Abstract
The invention discloses a system and a method for accurately controlling the size of a rubber strip in tread winding.A pressure sensor arranged on an extruder head of an extruder head pressure feedback control unit is connected with a PLC (programmable logic controller) I through a signal line so as to adjust the rotating speed of an extrusion screw; the molding machine of the molding machine rubber strip size feedback control unit comprises an upper molding roll, a lower molding roll and a high-precision line laser measuring instrument which is connected with a PLC (programmable logic controller) II through a signal line so as to adjust the rotating speed of the lower molding roll; in the rubber strip tension constant control unit in the rubber strip conveying process, suspension type speed matching mechanisms are arranged between the front module belt type rubber strip conveyor and the rear module belt type rubber strip conveyor and between the front module belt type rubber strip conveyor and the forming press, ultrasonic sensors I and II are arranged corresponding to the suspension type speed matching mechanisms, and the ultrasonic sensors are connected with a PLC (programmable logic controller) III through signal lines to control the conveying speed of the rubber strips; the control units work cooperatively to keep the rubber strip stable in size in the extrusion, profiling and conveying processes.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a tire manufacturing technology, in particular to a system and a method for accurately controlling the size of a rubber strip in tread winding.
Background
The process of winding the tire tread is an important link in the production of tires (especially for large tires and giant tires), and the winding of the tire tread is the most preferable production process at present because of the particularly large size and weight of the tire tread.
The so-called tread winding is to wind a rubber strip around a tire carcass in a specific path to obtain a desired tread shape and size. Therefore, in the process of tread winding, the dimensional accuracy of the rubber strip greatly influences the dimensional accuracy of the molded tread.
The conventional process requires that the dimensional accuracy error of the finally molded tread is less than 1% of a standard value, and the dimensional accuracy error of the rubber strip during winding must be less than 0.3% through mathematical calculation to meet the requirement.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a system and a method for accurately controlling the size of a rubber strip in tread winding, which meet the requirements of a production process.
Rubber adhesive tape size accurate control system in tread winding that can solve above-mentioned technical problem, its technical scheme includes extruder aircraft nose pressure feedback control unit, forming press adhesive tape size feedback control unit and adhesive tape transportation process adhesive tape tension invariable control unit, wherein:
1. the extruder head pressure feedback control unit comprises an extruder, a pressure sensor is arranged on an extruder head of the extruder, and the pressure sensor is connected with a PLC (programmable logic controller) I capable of adjusting the rotating speed of an extrusion screw of the extruder in real time through a signal line.
2. The rubber strip width feedback control unit of the forming press comprises a forming press, the forming press comprises an upper forming roll, a lower forming roll and a high-precision line laser measuring instrument for measuring the sectional dimension of the rubber strip, the high-precision line laser measuring instrument is connected with a PLC (programmable logic controller) II for controlling a servo motor and a driver through a signal line, and the servo motor and the driver are connected with the upper forming roll and the lower forming roll through a precision transmission mechanism.
3. The constant control unit for the adhesive tape tension in the adhesive tape conveying process comprises at least two servo-driven module belt type adhesive tape conveyors arranged in the front and the back of the extrusion direction, suspension type speed matching mechanisms are arranged between the front module belt type adhesive tape conveyor and the back module belt type adhesive tape conveyor and between the back module belt type adhesive tape conveyor and the forming press, ultrasonic sensors I and ultrasonic sensors II for detecting the suspension length of the adhesive tape are arranged corresponding to the suspension type speed matching mechanisms in the front and the back, and each ultrasonic sensor is connected with a PLC (programmable logic controller) III capable of respectively controlling the conveying speed of the conveying belts of the front and the back module belt type adhesive tape conveyors through corresponding signal lines.
The device also comprises a master control unit which cooperates with the extruder head pressure feedback control unit, the molding press rubber strip size feedback control unit and the rubber strip tension constant control unit in the rubber strip conveying process to keep the rubber strip stable in size in the extruding, molding and conveying processes.
Further, the pressure gap between the upper profiling roller and the lower profiling roller is adjusted to be smaller than 0.8mm, and correspondingly, a high-precision line laser measuring instrument with the measuring precision smaller than 0.02mm can be selected to be matched with the upper profiling roller and the lower profiling roller.
In the tread winding, the method for controlling the size precision of the rubber strip by adopting the rubber strip size precision control system in the tread winding comprises the following steps:
1. the size precision of the rubber strip extruded from the extruder head is controlled to be +/-1% by the extruder head pressure feedback control unit.
2. The rubber strip with the extruded dimensional accuracy controlled within +/-1% is further controlled within 0.1% by a width feedback control unit of the rubber strip of the forming press.
3. The rubber strip tension constant control unit realizes that the dimensional accuracy of the rubber strip which is not more than 0.1% of dimensional accuracy after compression is controlled within 0.12% during conveying, thereby meeting the process requirement that the dimensional accuracy error of the tread is less than 1% of the standard value during winding.
4. The rubber strip is kept in a stable desirable size all the time in the whole process of extrusion, profiling and conveying through the cooperative control of the total control unit.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the system and the method for accurately controlling the size of the rubber strip in the tread winding process, the rubber strip wound on the tire body is always stabilized to be less than 0.12 percent and far lower than the requirement of the conventional process to be less than 0.3 percent through the cooperative operation of extruder head pressure feedback control, molding machine rubber strip size feedback control and rubber strip tension constant control in the conveying process, so that the requirement of the production process is met.

Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention will be further explained with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings.
The invention discloses a rubber strip size accurate control system in tread winding, which comprises an extruder head pressure feedback control unit, a profiling machine rubber strip width feedback control unit, a rubber strip tension constant control unit in the rubber strip conveying process and a master control unit which is cooperated with all control units to operate.
The extruder head pressure feedback control unit comprises a pin type extruder 1, a pressure sensor 8 is arranged on an extruder head 1-1 of the extruder 1, the pressure sensor 8 is connected with a PLC (programmable logic controller) I through a signal line, and the PLC I adjusts the rotating speed of an extrusion screw of the extruder 1 in real time according to pressure feedback information of the pressure sensor 8 so as to control the extrusion speed of the rubber strip 7, as shown in figure 1.
The rubber strip size feedback control unit of the forming press comprises a forming press 2, the forming press comprises an upper forming roll 2-1 and a lower forming roll 2-2 which are connected with a precise transmission mechanism, the upper forming roll 2-1 can move up and down to adjust a press gap, the precise transmission mechanism is driven by a servo motor and a driver, the forming press also comprises a high-precision line laser measuring instrument 2-3 for measuring the section size of a rubber strip 7 (pressed by the upper forming roll 2-1 and the lower forming roll 2-2), the high-precision line laser measuring instrument 2-3 is connected with a PLC (programmable logic controller) II through a signal line, and the PLC II controls the operation of the servo motor and the driver according to the size measurement feedback information of the high-precision line laser measuring instrument 2-3, as shown in figure 1.
In the structure, the press gap between the upper molding roll 2-1 and the lower molding roll 2-2 can be adjusted to be less than 0.8mm according to the process requirements, and a high-precision line laser measuring instrument 2-3 with the measuring precision of less than 0.02mm is adopted, as shown in figure 1.
The rubber strip tension constant control unit in the rubber strip conveying process comprises a front module belt type rubber strip conveyor 3 and a rear module belt type rubber strip conveyor 4 which are provided with two servo drives along the extrusion direction, a suspension type speed matching mechanism is respectively arranged between the front module belt type rubber strip conveyor 3 and the rear module belt type rubber strip conveyor 4 and between the rear module belt type rubber strip conveyor 4 and a forming press 2, an ultrasonic sensor I5 and an ultrasonic sensor II 6 for detecting the suspension length of a rubber strip 7 are respectively arranged below the front suspension type speed matching mechanism and the rear suspension type speed matching mechanism, each ultrasonic sensor is connected with a PLC III through a corresponding signal line, and the PLC III respectively controls the front module belt type rubber strip conveyor 3 and the rear module belt type rubber strip conveyor 3 according to the suspension length feedback information of the rubber strip 7 of each ultrasonic sensor, 4, as shown in fig. 1 and 2.
The modular belt type rubber strip conveyor has the characteristics that the conveyor belt cannot deviate, the driving wheel cannot slip with the conveyor belt, the adhesion between the conveyor belt and the rubber strip 7 is small, the servo driving is configured, and the size precision change control of the conveying of the rubber strip 7 can be guaranteed within 5%.
The master control unit cooperates with the extruder head pressure feedback control unit, the profiling machine rubber strip width feedback control unit and the rubber strip tension constant control unit to maintain the dimensional stability of the rubber strip 7 in the extruding, profiling and conveying processes.
The rubber strip 7 with the molding thickness of 0.8mm is used for tread winding as an example to illustrate the technical scheme of the method for accurately controlling the size of the rubber strip in the tread winding, which comprises the following steps:
1. the pressure feedback control scheme of the extruder head pressure feedback control unit is as follows:
the size precision of the rubber strip 7 extruded from the extruder head 1-1 is controlled to be 0.8mm +/-1% through the extruder head pressure feedback control unit.
The rubber pressure value in the extruder head 1-1 can be measured in real time through a pressure sensor arranged on the extruder head 1-1 and fed back to a PLC I, and the PLC I adjusts the rotating speed of a screw in real time to stabilize the pressure in the extruder head 1-1 to be a set value; by such control, the dimensional accuracy of the rubber strip 7 extruded from the die of the extruder head 1-1 can be ensured to be stabilized at 0.8mm +/-1%.
2. The measurement feedback control scheme of the molding press rubber strip width feedback control unit is as follows:
the size accuracy of the rubber strip 7 with the size accuracy controlled within 0.8mm +/-1% after extrusion is further controlled within 0.1% through a size feedback control unit of the forming press rubber strip.
The servo motor and the driver precisely drive the rotating speed of the upper and lower molding rolls 2-2 through a precise transmission system.
The upper profiling roller 2-1 and the lower profiling roller 2-2 are used for profiling the extruded rubber strip 7 into the rubber strip 7 meeting the requirements of shape, thickness and width, and the rotation degree of the upper and lower profiling rollers 2-2 is controlled by feeding back the measurement of the high-precision line laser measuring instrument 2-3 to the PLC II, so that the rubber strip 7 with the dimensional precision stabilized within 0.8mm +/-1% can further stabilize the dimension within 0.1%.
3. The measuring feedback control scheme of the adhesive tape tension constant control unit in the adhesive tape conveying process is as follows:
the adhesive tape tension constant control unit realizes that the dimensional accuracy of the adhesive tape 7 with the dimensional accuracy not exceeding 0.1% after compression is finally controlled within 0.12% during conveying.
The ultrasonic sensor I5 and the ultrasonic sensor II 6 respectively feed back detected adhesive tape hanging data to the PLC III, the PLC III controls the speed difference between the front module belt type adhesive tape conveyor 3 and the rear module belt type adhesive tape conveyor 4 and the adhesive tape 7 conveyor so as to achieve the purpose that the linear speeds of the front module belt type adhesive tape conveyor and the rear module belt type adhesive tape conveyor are completely matched, and therefore when the adhesive tape 7 with the size precision not exceeding 0.1% after being pressed is finally conveyed to a winding head, the size precision is controlled to be not exceeding 0.12%.
4. The total control unit cooperatively controls the speed matching between the extruder 1 and the molding press 2, between the molding press 2 and the conveyor belt of the rear module belt type rubber strip conveyor 4 and between the conveyor belts of the front and rear module belt type rubber strip conveyors 3 and 4 so as to keep the rubber strip 7 in a stable and desirable size all the time in the whole process from extrusion, molding to conveying to the winding head.
Claims (3)
1. Rubber adhesive tape size accurate control system in tread winding, including extruder aircraft nose pressure feedback control unit, forming press adhesive tape size feedback control unit and adhesive tape transportation process adhesive tape tension invariable control unit, wherein:
the extruder head pressure feedback control unit comprises an extruder (1), a pressure sensor (8) is arranged on an extruder head (1-1) of the extruder (1), and the pressure sensor (8) is connected with a PLC (programmable logic controller) I capable of adjusting the rotating speed of an extrusion screw of the extruder (1) in real time through a signal line;
the rubber strip size feedback control unit of the forming press comprises a forming press (2), the forming press comprises an upper forming roll (2-1), a lower forming roll (2-2) and a high-precision line laser measuring instrument (2-3) for measuring the cross section size of the rubber strip, the high-precision line laser measuring instrument (2-3) is connected with a PLC (programmable logic controller) II for controlling a servo motor and a driver through a signal line, and the servo motor and the driver are connected with the upper forming roll (2-1) and the lower forming roll (2-2) through a precision transmission mechanism;
the rubber strip tension constant control unit in the rubber strip conveying process comprises at least two servo-driven module belt type rubber strip conveyors arranged in the front and the back along the extrusion direction, suspension type speed matching mechanisms are arranged between the front module belt type rubber strip conveyor (3) and the back module belt type rubber strip conveyor (4) and between the back module belt type rubber strip conveyor (4) and the forming press (2), ultrasonic sensors I (5) and II (6) for detecting the suspension length of the rubber strip are arranged corresponding to the suspension type speed matching mechanisms in the front and the back respectively, and each ultrasonic sensor is connected with a PLC (programmable logic controller) III capable of respectively controlling the conveying speed of the rubber strip on the front and the back module belt type rubber strip conveyors (3 and 4) through corresponding signal lines;
the device also comprises a master control unit which cooperates with the extruder head pressure feedback control unit, the profiling machine rubber strip width feedback control unit and the rubber strip tension constant control unit in the rubber strip conveying process to keep the rubber strip (7) stable in size in the extruding, profiling and conveying processes.
2. The system for precisely controlling the size of a rubber strip in tread winding according to claim 1, wherein: the press gap between the upper molding roller (2-1) and the lower molding roller (2-2) is less than 0.8mm, and the measurement precision of the high-precision line laser measuring instrument (2-3) is less than 0.02 mm.

The method for accurately controlling the size of the rubber strip in the tread winding is characterized by adopting the system for accurately controlling the size of the rubber strip in the tread winding as claimed in claim 1 or 2, and the scheme for controlling the size accuracy of the rubber strip is as follows:
