Technical Field

Background
The electric tool mainly comprises an electric drill, a polishing machine, a grinding machine and other rotatable electric tools, wherein the principle of the electric drill is that a motor rotor of an electromagnetic rotary or electromagnetic reciprocating small-capacity motor does magnetic field cutting work doing operation, and an operation device is driven by a transmission mechanism to drive a gear to increase the power of a drill bit, so that the drill bit scrapes the surface of an object and better holes penetrate the object.
Conventional electric drill instrument not only can drill, can also accomplish most kind of terminal surface through connecting different kind of supporting instruments and polish, when polishing fast some specific work pieces, can fix the electric drill centre gripping on the unable adjustment base that sets up on the desktop, start the electric drill control and polish the head and last high-speed rotatory this moment, can play the effect of similar small-size abrasive machine, the operator can carry out specific the polishing with the work piece of treating polishing.
The existing fixed base is generally installed on any plate-shaped structure in advance, and the electric drill is fixed by the fixed base, so the operation area needs to be carried out in a specific area where the fixed base is installed, and the following problems still exist when the fixed base is used and need to be improved:
(1) still there is electric tool to produce certain vibration when processing in the use, and the vibration range may increase when the instrument head of different sizes is installed, because prior art unable adjustment base generally is through the relative pressure centre gripping in two directions on platelike structure, may lead to becoming flexible between unable adjustment base and the platelike structure when electric tool vibrates greatly, is difficult to provide good support.
(2) Install electric tool back on unable adjustment base, be difficult to adjust electric tool's orientation, generally need operator self constantly to adjust the position and process, the operation is comparatively inconvenient and danger coefficient is higher relatively.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an adjustable fixing base of a multipurpose electric tool, which aims to solve the problems that the fixing base in the prior art is difficult to provide good support, and the fixing base cannot adjust the orientation of the mounted electric tool.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention specifically provides the following technical scheme:

the clamping device is connected with the fixing mechanism through the direction adjusting mechanism, the electric tool on the clamping device is clamped at the corner of any plate-shaped structure through the fixing mechanism to realize fixation, and the fixing mechanism restrains the displacement of the electric tool on the clamping device, which is generated by vibration;
the orientation adjusting mechanism comprises an axial adjusting mechanism for adjusting the transverse angle of the clamping device and a longitudinal adjusting mechanism for adjusting the longitudinal angle of the clamping device, and the axial adjusting mechanism and the longitudinal adjusting mechanism are matched for adjusting the orientation of the output end of the electric tool fixed on the clamping device;
the fixing mechanism comprises a right-angle buckling seat and a pressing and positioning assembly, the right-angle buckling seat is in contact with the lower surface of the plate-shaped structure and forms two buckling points, the pressing and positioning assembly is in contact with the upper surface of the plate-shaped structure and forms one pressing point, the pressing force of the pressing and positioning assembly is opposite to the direction of the buckling force of the right-angle buckling seat, one pressing point and the two buckling points form an isosceles triangle structure, and the two buckling forces provided by the right-angle buckling seat and the pressing force provided by the pressing and positioning assembly are matched and clamped and fixed on the outer edge of the plate-shaped structure.
As a preferred scheme of the present invention, the right-angle buckling seat includes a connecting platform and two buckling arms symmetrically welded about a central axis of the connecting platform, the two buckling arms are symmetrically and obliquely distributed about the connecting platform to form an arch structure, and bottom ends of the two buckling arms are both provided with a plate bottom buckling assembly for buckling a lower surface of the plate structure.
As a preferable scheme of the present invention, the plate bottom fastening assembly includes a rotary claw rotatably connected to an end of the fastening arm, an internal fixing bolt for fixing the rotary claw by screwing in the end of the fastening arm is disposed inside the rotary claw, a fastening screw moving longitudinally is connected to the rotary claw through a thread, and a position of the fastening screw is adjusted by rotating the rotary claw along an axis of the end of the fastening arm;
the top end of the buckling screw rod is provided with a plate bottom buckling block for adhering to the lower surface of the plate-shaped structure, the bottom end of the buckling screw rod is fixedly connected with a screw rod rotating handle, and the center position of the bottom end of the screw rod rotating handle is provided with an inner hexagonal hole.
As a preferred scheme of the present invention, the pressing and positioning assembly includes a supporting arm fixedly disposed at a bottom end of the connecting platform, a pressing sliding plate for adjusting a transverse position is disposed at a bottom end of the supporting arm, the pressing sliding plate is configured to be pressed on an upper surface of the plate-shaped structure, and a corner engaging assembly for limiting a transverse movement by engaging a corner of the plate-shaped structure is disposed at an end of the pressing sliding plate.
As a preferred scheme of the present invention, the cross section of the pressing sliding plate is a boss structure, the top end of the pressing sliding plate is provided with latch structures arranged at equal intervals, the bottom end of the supporting arm is provided with a sliding chute matched with the outer side structure of the pressing sliding plate, the inner side of the sliding chute at the bottom end of the supporting arm is provided with a clamping groove matched with the latch structure at the top end of the pressing sliding plate, the pressing sliding plate can slide along the sliding chute at the bottom end of the supporting arm and can be always located on the central axis between the two connecting platforms, and the supporting arm can be clamped and fixed with each other when being completely attached to the pressing sliding plate through the sliding chute at the bottom end.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the corner clamping assembly comprises a protective connecting sheet fixedly connected to the end of the pressing sliding plate, the bottom end of the protective connecting sheet is rotatably connected with two side wall limiting blocks symmetrically distributed about the central axis of the protective connecting sheet, the side wall limiting blocks are integrally in a right-angled triangle structure, inclined planes of the two side wall limiting blocks are opposite to each other and form a notch for the two side faces of the corner of the plate-shaped structure to be attached to, and the two side wall limiting blocks are used for attaching the corner of the plate-shaped structure at any angle by rotating and adjusting included angles of the two inclined planes.
As a preferable scheme of the present invention, the plate bottom fastening block and the end surface of the pressing sliding plate contacting with the plate-shaped structure are both provided with a rubber pad for buffering.
As a preferable scheme of the present invention, the axial adjustment mechanism includes a lower connection column fixedly connected to the top end of the support arm, and an upper connection column fixedly connected to the longitudinal adjustment mechanism, a hole recessed inward is formed in the center of the end portion of the lower connection column and the upper connection column, the end portion of the lower connection column in butt joint with the upper connection column is guided to be in butt joint by a butt joint guide column, the end portion of the lower connection column in butt joint with the upper connection column is provided with a snap-fit annular tooth, and the outer side of the end portion of the lower connection column in butt joint with the upper connection column is provided with a butt joint fixing component for fixing the butt joint state.
As a preferred scheme of the present invention, the butt joint fixing component includes an outer column fixing clamping seat fixedly sleeved outside the lower connecting column, and an outer column screwing seat sleeved outside the upper connecting column and axially rotated along the outer side of the upper connecting column, the outer column screwing seat is rotatably connected with a movable clamping jaw for fastening the outer column fixing clamping seat, and the movable clamping jaw can be fastened and fixed on the outer column fixing clamping seat when the lower connecting column is in butt joint with the upper connecting column.
As a preferred scheme of the present invention, the longitudinal adjusting mechanism includes a connecting seat fixedly disposed at the top end of the upper connecting column, and a longitudinal movable seat fixedly connected to the clamping device, the connecting seat and the longitudinal movable seat are rotatably and longitudinally connected by a connecting screw, and the connecting screw is connected by a fixing nut for pressing and fixing the longitudinal movable seat.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) according to the invention, the base provides two buckling points at the bottom end of the plate-shaped structure and the pressing point at the top end of the plate-shaped structure, and the two buckling points and the pressing point which are opposite in direction are matched to clamp and fix the plate-shaped structure at the corner in a triangle-like manner;
(2) the invention adjusts the orientation on the horizontal plane of the electric tool through the axial adjusting mechanism of the orientation adjusting mechanism, adjusts the orientation on the vertical plane of the electric tool through the longitudinal adjusting mechanism, and can adjust the electric tool to most orientations which are convenient for processing through the matching of the axial adjusting mechanism and the longitudinal adjusting mechanism.

As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides an adjustable fixing base for a multipurpose power tool,
the clamping device 1 is connected with the fixing mechanism 2 through the orientation adjusting mechanism 3, the electric tool on the clamping device 1 is clamped at the corner of any plate-shaped structure through the fixing mechanism 2 to realize fixation, and the fixing mechanism 2 restrains the displacement of the electric tool on the clamping device 1 caused by vibration;
the orientation adjusting mechanism 3 comprises an axial adjusting mechanism 31 for adjusting the transverse angle of the clamping device 1 and a longitudinal adjusting mechanism 32 for adjusting the longitudinal angle of the clamping device 1, and the axial adjusting mechanism 31 and the longitudinal adjusting mechanism 32 are matched for adjusting the orientation of the output end of the electric tool fixed on the clamping device 1;
after the clamping device 1 clamps and installs the electric tool, different tool heads are installed on the output end of the electric tool according to the machining requirements, then the orientation on the horizontal plane of the electric tool is adjusted through the axial adjusting mechanism 31 of the orientation adjusting mechanism 3, the orientation on the vertical plane of the electric tool is adjusted through the longitudinal adjusting mechanism 32, and the electric tool can be adjusted to most of the orientations convenient to machine through the cooperation of the axial adjusting mechanism 31 and the longitudinal adjusting mechanism 32.

When the longitudinal angle of the clamping device 1 is adjusted, the fixing nut 324 is loosened, so that the longitudinal movable seat 322 can rotate along the connecting screw 323, and the included angle between the longitudinal movable seat 322 and the connecting seat 321 is adjusted, and when the longitudinal angle is adjusted to a proper angle, the fixing nut 324 is tightened to fixedly press the longitudinal movable seat 322 and the connecting seat 321, and the longitudinal orientation of the clamping device 1 on the longitudinal movable seat 322 is fixed.
The fixing mechanism 2 comprises a right-angle buckling base 21 and a pressing positioning assembly 22, the right-angle buckling base 21 is in contact with the lower surface of the plate-shaped structure to form two buckling points A, the pressing positioning assembly 22 is in contact with the upper surface of the plate-shaped structure to form a pressing point B, the pressing force of the pressing positioning assembly 22 is opposite to the direction of the buckling force of the right-angle buckling base 21, the pressing point B and the two buckling points A form an isosceles triangle structure, and the two buckling forces A provided by the right-angle buckling base 21 and the pressing force B provided by the pressing positioning assembly 22 are matched and clamped and fixed on the outer edge of the plate-shaped structure.
The pressing positioning assembly 22 includes a supporting arm 221 fixedly disposed at the bottom end of the connecting platform 211, a pressing sliding plate 222 for adjusting the transverse position is disposed at the bottom end of the supporting arm 221, the pressing sliding plate 222 is configured to be pressed on the upper surface of the plate-shaped structure, and a corner fastening assembly 223 for limiting the transverse movement by fastening the corner of the plate-shaped structure is disposed at the end of the pressing sliding plate 222.
The cross section of the pressing sliding plate 222 is of a boss structure, the top end of the pressing sliding plate 222 is provided with latch structures arranged at equal intervals, the bottom end of the supporting arm 221 is provided with a sliding chute matched with the outer side structure of the pressing sliding plate 222, the inner side of the sliding chute at the bottom end of the supporting arm 221 is provided with a clamping groove matched with the latch structures at the top end of the pressing sliding plate 222, the pressing sliding plate 222 can always be located on a central axis between the two connecting platforms 211 when sliding along the sliding chute at the bottom end of the supporting arm 221, and the supporting arm 221 can be mutually clamped and fixed when being completely attached to the pressing sliding plate 222 through the sliding chute at the bottom end.
When the pressing and positioning assembly 22 needs to be fixed on the upper surface of the plate-shaped structure and a pressing point B is formed, the pressing and sliding plate 222 needs to be placed on the top of the corner of the plate-shaped structure, aligning the corner fastening component 223 at the end of the pressing skateboard with the corner of the board-shaped structure until the two side wall limiting blocks 2232 at the bottom end of the protective connecting sheet 2231 are attached to the two side edges of the board-shaped structure, fastening the supporting arm 221 on the connecting platform 211 to the top end of the pressing skateboard 222, providing downward pressure by the fastening arms 212 at the two sides of the connecting platform 211 and the board bottom fastening component 213, and making the fastening groove at the bottom end of the supporting arm 221 fit with the fastening tooth at the top end of the pressing skateboard 222, so that the position of the connecting platform 211 is fixed, lateral restraint is provided by the two sidewall restraining blocks 2232 abutting the sides of the plate-like structure when the device as a whole is subjected to lateral pressure, so that the device as a whole does not move toward the inside of the plate-like structure.
The right-angle buckling base 21 includes a connecting platform 211 and two buckling arms 212 symmetrically welded about a central axis of the connecting platform 211, the two buckling arms 212 are symmetrically distributed obliquely about the connecting platform 211 and form an arch structure, and bottom ends of the two buckling arms 212 are provided with a plate bottom buckling assembly 213 for buckling a lower surface of a plate structure.
The plate bottom buckling assembly 213 comprises a rotary claw 2131 which is rotatably connected with the end part of the buckling arm 212, the inner side of the rotary claw 2131 is provided with an inner fixing bolt 2132 which is screwed into the fixed rotary claw 2131 at the end part of the buckling arm 212, the rotary claw 2131 is connected with a buckling screw 2133 which moves longitudinally through a thread, and the rotary claw 2131 rotates along the axis of the end part of the buckling arm 212 to adjust the position of the buckling screw 2133;
the top end of the fastening screw 2133 is provided with a plate bottom fastening block 21331 for attaching to the lower surface of the plate-shaped structure, the bottom end of the fastening screw 2133 is fixedly connected with a screw knob 21332, and the center position of the bottom end of the screw knob 21332 is provided with a hexagon socket 21333.
When the plate bottom engaging components 213 at the ends of the two engaging arms 212 are engaged with the bottom end of the plate-shaped structure, the rotating claws 2131 at the ends of the engaging arms 212 are rotated until the engaging screws 2133 on the rotating claws 2131 move to a position where they cover the bottom surface of the plate-shaped structure, and at this time, the inner fixing bolts 2132 on the rotating claws 2131 are tightened. The inner fixing bolt 2132 is screwed into a screw hole arranged at the end of the buckling arm 212, so that the rotating claw 2131 is fixed and pressed at the end of the buckling arm 212.
At this time, by quickly screwing the screw knob 21332, the screw knob 21332 and the fastening screw 2133 are rotated on the rotary claw 2131 and start to rise under the action of the thread until the plate bottom fastening block 21331 at the top end of the fastening screw 2133 contacts with the bottom end of the plate-shaped structure, then the plate bottom fastening component 213 on the other fastening arm 212 is installed in the same manner, finally, the hexagon socket wrench is used for being clamped into the hexagon socket 21333 on the two screw knobs 21332, and the two screw knobs 21332 are screwed, so that the force for fastening the bottom end of the plate-shaped structure by the plate bottom fastening component 213 is ensured.
The end faces of the plate bottom buckling block 21331 and the pressing sliding plate 222, which are in contact with the plate-shaped structure, are provided with rubber pads for buffering, buffering is increased between the device and the plate-shaped structure, stability of clamping with the plate-shaped structure when the device vibrates is reduced, and looseness is not easily generated.
According to the invention, the detachable fixing base is used for installing the electric tool, and the electric tool installed in parallel is quickly and fixedly installed at the corner of the plate-shaped structure, so that drilling and fixing are not needed, the base can be quickly detached from the plate-shaped structure when the electric tool is not needed, and the electric tool is conveniently and temporarily fixed for use.
When the electric tool is connected with tool heads with different weights to be rotationally processed, the tool head with larger weight can be connected with the electric tool and the clamping device 1 to generate stronger vibration, and then the clamping device 1 is connected with the adjusting mechanism 3 and the fixing mechanism 2 to vibrate, the clamping stability of the traditional clamping device is lower, and the stability of clamping and fixing with a plate can be reduced or even separated when the vibration occurs, however, the fixing mechanism 2 is matched with a similar triangle to clamp and fix by two buckling points A and a pressing point B which are opposite in direction at the edge of a plate-shaped structure, compared with the traditional single clamping mode, the triangular clamping mode can more comprehensively support, and therefore the stability and the anti-seismic effect are better.
Corner block subassembly 223 includes the protection connection piece 2231 of fixed connection at pressfitting slide 222 tip, the bottom of protection connection piece 2231 is rotated and is connected with two lateral wall restriction pieces 2232 about protection connection piece 2231 central axis symmetric distribution, the whole right angled triangle structure that is of lateral wall restriction piece 2232, the inclined plane of two lateral wall restriction pieces 2232 is relative and forms the notch that supplies two side laminating of platelike structure corner, and two lateral wall restriction pieces 2232 are used for the platelike structure corner of laminating arbitrary angle through the contained angle of two inclined planes of rotation adjustment.
The press joint point B provided by the base is clamped with the corner of the plate-shaped structure, so that transverse constraint force is provided for the base, when the output end of the electric tool is transversely pressed, the press joint point B of the base is clamped with the corner of the plate-shaped structure, the base can be prevented from moving towards the central part of the plate-shaped structure, and the shockproof effect of the base is further enhanced.
