Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cone crushers, and relates to a lining plate of a cone crusher and an anti-rotation assembly method thereof.
Background
The crusher is equipment for crushing crushable objects such as stones and ores through modes such as extrusion, impact and striking, and can be divided into a jaw crusher, a cone crusher, an impact crusher and the like, and each type of the crushable objects can be divided into a plurality of types, such as a spring cone crusher, a single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, a multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, a gyratory crusher, an inertial cone crusher and the like.
Cone crushers generally consist of a rotating oscillating moving cone and a frame. The movable cone lining plate is lined outside the movable cone, the fixed cone lining plate is lined inside the frame, a crushing cavity is formed between the fixed cone lining plate and the movable cone lining plate, along with the swing of the movable cone, the cavity changes from large to small in a circulating mode, crushed objects fall into the crushing cavity, the materials are extruded to be crushed when the cavity becomes small, and the materials fall down to be discharged to the crushing cavity when the cavity becomes large. The mounting mode between the moving cone lining plate and the moving cone or between the fixed cone lining plate and the frame mainly depends on the tight fit of the cone surfaces, or the gap between the moving cone lining plate and the frame is filled with adhesives such as epoxy resin and the like, and the moving cone drives the moving cone lining plate to rotate and swing by interference fit and adhesive force. Along with moving the awl welt and being worn and torn, welt thickness reduces, and under the extrusion of crushing force, the possibility that moves the awl welt and take place to warp increases, leads to interference fit to warp, and epoxy atress is uneven, and the adhesion is not enough or epoxy takes place the damage, and epoxy's the operation of pouring can not guarantee to move the awl welt and move the clearance of cone and all be filled up, can appear the void phenomenon. A similar phenomenon also occurs between the fixed cone lining plate and the upper frame, and the actuation cone, the upper frame and the lining plate are abnormally damaged. Tolerance sizes of the jointing parts of the lining plates produced in different units have errors, or after the lining plates are installed for many times, the matching surface of the frame or the movable cone body also deforms, so that the matching and jointing ratio of the lining plates and the movable cone body or the frame is reduced, and abnormal damage is also generated. With the 200720114003.3 construction, it is still difficult to avoid the backing plate rotating and shearing the fastening bolts.
The mounting mode of the existing lining plate and the movable cone or the rack of the cone crusher is not the most suitable mode, and the lining plate and the movable cone or the rack can generate extrusion dislocation, so that the middle colloid is crushed and dislocated, the outer surface of the movable cone and the inner surface of the movable cone lining plate are damaged, the movable cone lining plate is further abnormally damaged, the movable cone is not matched with the new movable cone lining plate, and the movable cone is abnormally scrapped. Therefore, there is a need for new ways to overcome the above disadvantages.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a moving cone of a conventional single-cylinder cone crusher. The conventional single-cylinder moving cone 4 is sleeved on a single-cylinder main shaft, the conventional single-cylinder moving cone lining plate 1 is sleeved on the conventional single-cylinder moving cone 4, and the upper part of the conventional single-cylinder moving cone lining plate 1 is locked and pressed by the compression nut 3 and cannot move upwards. However, under the action of crushing force, the conventional single-cylinder moving cone lining plate 1 still has the possibility of circumferential rotation, and the matching relationship between the moving cone and the moving cone lining plate is damaged.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of a moving cone of a conventional multi-cylinder cone crusher. The multi-cylinder main shaft 8 is arranged on the frame and is fixed, the conventional multi-cylinder movable cone 6 can rotate around the multi-cylinder main shaft 8, the conventional multi-cylinder movable cone lining plate 5 is sleeved on the conventional multi-cylinder movable cone 6, and the upper part of the conventional multi-cylinder movable cone lining plate is tightly pressed by the multi-cylinder distributing plate 7. The conventional multi-cylinder dynamic cone lining plate can not move upwards, but the conventional multi-cylinder dynamic cone lining plate 5 still has the possibility of circumferential rotation under the action of crushing force, so that the matching relation between the dynamic cone and the dynamic cone lining plate is damaged.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the anti-rotation lining plate and the anti-rotation cone of the cone crusher provided by the invention have the advantages that the protruding part is arranged on the movable cone, the concave part is arranged on the movable cone lining plate, the protruding part of the movable cone is matched and attached to one surface of the concave part of the movable cone lining plate, and the protruding part of the movable cone plays a role in stopping when the movable cone lining plate has a rotation trend. The invention also provides an anti-rotation assembly method of the anti-rotation lining plate of the cone crusher.
The lining board is prevented changeing by the cone crusher, has the bellying on the cone crusher's the movable cone, has concave lower part on the movable cone lining board, and the bellying of movable cone cooperates with the concave lower part one side of movable cone lining board, perhaps, has concave lower part on the cone crusher's the fixed cone lining board of preventing changeing, and it has the bellying to go up the support body inner wall, prevents changeing fixed cone lining board concave lower part and last support body inner wall bellying and mutually supports.
Preferably, the convex part of the movable cone and the movable cone can be integrally processed and formed, and can also be welded and mechanically connected into a whole.
Preferably, the number of the convex part of the movable cone and the concave part of the movable cone lining plate can be one pair or a plurality of pairs.
Preferably, the concave part of the moving cone lining plate can be a hole in the moving cone lining plate.
Preferably, the concave parts on the inner surface of the moving cone lining plate do not necessarily correspond to the convex parts of the moving cone, and the number of the concave parts on the inner surface of the moving cone lining plate is more than or equal to that of the convex parts of the moving cone.
Preferably, the height of the outer surface corresponding to the concave part on the inner surface of the moving cone lining plate can be increased, so that the thickness of the moving cone lining plate is ensured.
Preferably, the concave part of the moving cone lining plate shows a water drop shape.
A method for assembling the anti-rotation liner plate of conic crusher features that the movable cone has a convex part and a concave part, and the convex part of movable cone is matched with the concave part of liner plate.
Two processes were assembled, one being: heating the moving cone lining plate, expanding the inner hole, then loading the moving cone lining plate on the outer surface of the moving cone, slightly rotating the moving cone lining plate, and enabling one surface of the concave lower part of the moving cone lining plate to be tightly attached to one surface of the convex part of the moving cone; the direction that the moving cone welt pivoted should move with broken operation moving cone moving direction unanimous, because the turning to of motor is different, moving cone rotatory direction has two directions during broken operation: clockwise and anticlockwise, the face that the concave part of moving cone welt and the face that pastes of moving cone bellying are also different, and the purpose is when making the moving cone welt have the pivoted trend, can let the protruding atress of moving cone, prevents to move the cone welt and rotate for moving the cone. And then the movable cone is tightly pressed to wait for cooling.
In the other process, the part of the moving cone lining plate, which is tightly attached to the moving cone, is few, and the gap is filled with adhesive force. Similarly, the movable cone lining plate is arranged on the outer surface of the movable cone, and the movable cone lining plate is slightly rotated, so that one surface of the concave lower part of the movable cone lining plate is tightly attached to one surface of the convex part of the movable cone. And then the movable cone lining plate is pressed tightly, the adhesive is injected from the gap, and the adhesive is cured. When the crushing machine is in crushing operation, the main shaft is driven by the eccentric copper sleeve to rotate towards one direction, and the materials in the crushing cavity enable the moving cone lining plate to rotate in the opposite direction. Compared with the prior art, the moving trend of the movable cone lining plate is opposite to that of the movable cone lining plate, when the moving trend is too large and exceeds the expansion joint force of the movable cone lining plate and the movable cone or the bonding force between the movable cone lining plate and the movable cone, the movable cone lining plate and the movable cone lining plate can be separated actually, and therefore the movable cone and the movable cone lining plate are damaged. The convex part with the movable cone is matched and attached to one surface of the concave part of the movable cone lining plate, so that the separation trend cannot be converted into actual separation. The movable cone lining plate and the movable cone are protected, and the crushing work can be continuously carried out.

The method is characterized in that the blank body is cast simply, but the machining process is complex, the movable cone without the protruding portion is machined by a common vertical lathe, the movable cone with the protruding portion is machined by a numerical control boring and milling machine or a machining center, the cost and the machining time are increased greatly, if the movable cone without the protruding portion is machined by the common vertical lathe, and then the protruding portion is welded on the movable cone, the same effect can be achieved as long as the process is proper.
The number of the convex part of the movable cone and the concave part of the movable cone lining plate can be one pair or a plurality of pairs. Primarily to increase the force. The fit is required to be good and can be tightly attached together.
The concave part on the inner surface of the moving cone lining plate can be heightened on the corresponding outer surface. Early wear-through of the liner in the recess can be avoided.
The concave part of the moving cone lining plate can be a hole on the lining plate. The hole on the lining plate of the movable cone can be used as a lifting hole, and during installation, the hole of the lining plate can be aligned to the convex part of the movable cone by using a special lifting tool, and the hole of the lining plate and the convex part are tightly attached after slight rotation.
The mutual relation between the moving cone lining plate and the moving cone is mainly described, but the anti-rotation cone lining plate of the cone crusher is provided with the concave part, the inner wall of the upper frame body is provided with the convex part, and the concave part of the anti-rotation cone lining plate is matched with the convex part of the inner wall of the upper frame body, so that the anti-rotation purpose can be still achieved.
Similarly, the lining plate and the frame or the concave lower part and the convex part of the lining plate and the movable cone are oppositely matched. The above description has been mainly described with the concave portion on the lining plate and the convex portion on the inner wall of the movable cone or the frame, but the opposite concave-convex relationship still can play the role of rotation prevention. The description is not repeated.
Use this technical scheme, an effect in addition, the movable cone body of the compatible old-fashioned design of movable cone welt that this application provided does not have the bellying on the old-fashioned movable cone, as long as the laminating size does not change, and new movable cone welt still can be installed well with old movable cone, has just not had this technical scheme's the function of preventing changeing, consequently, uses this technical scheme, need not prepare two sets of spare parts stocks, and the stock management can not complicated.
The anti-rotation cone lining plate has a simple structure, only the raised part on the anti-rotation cone and the concave part or the hole on the anti-rotation cone lining plate are needed to be added, the anti-rotation function of the anti-rotation cone lining plate can be enhanced, and the anti-rotation cone lining plate is downward compatible. Inventory management costs and complexity need not be increased.
