s2, the tiny particle dust is concentrated at the top of the fine filter screen (71) after entering the collection box (2), one part can be adhered to the dustproof ventilation net (710), the reciprocating motor (72) is started, the tiny filter screen (71) is driven to vibrate up and down through the cooperation of the second cam (76) and the vibration spring (75), the tiny particle dust is concentrated at the right side of the top of the fine filter screen (71), the tiny particle is mixed with water inside the collection box (2) through the fine filter screen (71), when the tiny particle dust is taken out, the driving cylinder (77) is started, the sealing cover (79) is driven to be separated from the discharge chute (78) through the driving cylinder (77), and at the moment, the tiny particle dust can be taken out.
