Background
The box bodies such as the gear box and the like are cavities for storing liquid for system circulation, and the liquid for system circulation can bring a lot of impurities, or has infiltration of foreign substances, or has variation due to the fact that the liquid exceeds the quality guarantee period, and needs to be replaced regularly.

The traditional operating method is to open a hole at the bottom of the box and add a sealing cover plate. This approach to treatment can create several disadvantages: 1. the sealing cover plate is repeatedly disassembled during oil drainage, so that leakage is easy to occur; 2. the oil drain cover plate is usually fixed by more than four screws, so that the oil drain cover plate is not convenient to disassemble; 3. when the oil drain cover plate is detached, liquid is easy to splash and other dangers; 4. the traditional cover plate design method is not suitable for discharging oil and other liquids to a desired place by adopting an external pipeline method; 5. conventional cover plate design methods cannot assist evacuation with pumping.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems of the prior art and provides a gear box oil drain device, wherein an oil drain ball body is tightly pressed on an oil drain hole through oil pressure and the dead weight of the oil drain ball body to form linear sealing, and a sealing gasket of an outer side plug reinforces the sealing to reduce the risk of leakage; when oil drainage is needed, the plug is detached, the oil drainage steel ball is jacked up by using a screw or an oil drainage pipe joint, and oil is placed in a designated container. Four inner hexagonal cylindrical head bolts around the oil drain steel ball form a ball cage, so that the oil drain ball body is prevented from being displaced when being jacked up and cannot be reset after oil drain is completed.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) according to the oil drainage mechanism, when oil is drained, the plug is taken down, the oil drainage ball is jacked up, so that oil in the gear box body is directly drained along the oil drainage hole and the oil drain hole, and the oil is guided to a specified position; therefore, the oil drainage mechanism has the advantages of simple structure and convenient operation;
(2) the filtering piece disclosed by the invention can be used for filtering oil residue impurities during oil drainage, so that the problem that the oil needs to be further filtered after being discharged can be effectively solved, and the filtering and purifying treatment can be carried out in the oil drainage process through the filtering piece, so that the steps of treating the oil in the later period are reduced, and the oil treatment efficiency is improved;
(3) the ball ejecting mechanism can automatically eject the oil discharging ball body for oil discharging during oil discharging, so that a worker does not need to drill into the top of the gearbox body, the oil discharging ball body is ejected by a handheld tool for oil discharging, the oil discharging is realized in such a way, the ball ejecting action is rapid, and otherwise oil can be scattered on the body of the worker.

the bottom of the oil drainage cover plate 1 is provided with a ball ejecting mechanism 8, and the ball ejecting mechanism 8 comprises a cylinder 15, a hose 17, a sealing connector 18, a connecting pipe 19, a ball ejecting block 20, an ejector rod 21, a piston plate 22 and a spring 23; the connecting pipe 19 is an L-shaped pipe, the horizontal part of the connecting pipe 19 is connected with the hose 17 through the sealing connector 18, compressed gas can be introduced into an air inlet of the hose 17, a piston plate 22 is arranged in the vertical part of the connecting pipe 19 in a sliding mode, the piston plate 22 can move up and down along the connecting pipe 19, the bottom end of a mandril 21 is connected with the piston plate 22, the top end of the mandril 21 penetrates through the connecting pipe 19 and is connected with the connecting pipe 19 in a sliding mode, the top end of the mandril 21 is connected with a ball jacking block 20, a spring 23 is sleeved on the mandril 21, the top end of the spring 23 is connected with the inner wall of the connecting pipe 19, and the bottom end of the spring 23 is connected with the piston plate 22; the output end of the cylinder 15 is connected with the sealing connector 18 through a limiting part, and the specific work of the ball ejecting mechanism 8 is as follows: the cylinder 15 is controlled to work, the connecting pipe 19 moves horizontally through the limiting part and the sealing connector 18, the vertical part of the connecting pipe 19 moves to the position right below the oil discharge hole, then compressed gas is input into the hose 17, and when the compressed gas enters the inner cavity of the connecting pipe 19, when the air pressure of the inner cavity of the connecting pipe 19 is gradually increased, the spring 23 is extruded, the piston plate 22 is pushed to move upwards, the piston plate 22 drives the ball jacking block 20 to move upwards through the ejector rod 21, and the oil discharging ball 2 is jacked upwards; the gearbox housing 6 can be drained; after jacking, releasing compressed gas in the connecting pipe 19 to enable the ball jacking block 20 to reset under the action of the spring 23, and driving the connecting pipe 19 to reset through the air cylinder 15; through the arranged ball ejecting mechanism 8, the oil discharging ball body 2 can be automatically ejected to discharge oil during oil discharging, so that a worker does not need to drill into the top of the gearbox body 6, the handheld tool ejects the oil discharging ball body 2 to discharge oil, the oil discharging is realized in the mode, the ball body ejecting action is rapid, and otherwise, oil can be scattered on the body of the worker;

The working principle of the invention is as follows: when oil is drained, the plug 4 is taken down; then, the cylinder 15 is controlled to work, the connecting pipe 19 moves horizontally through the limiting piece and the sealing connector 18, the vertical part of the connecting pipe 19 moves to the position right below the oil discharge hole, then, compressed gas is input into the hose 17, and when the compressed gas enters the inner cavity of the connecting pipe 19, when the air pressure of the inner cavity of the connecting pipe 19 is gradually increased, the spring 23 is extruded, the piston plate 22 is pushed to move upwards, the piston plate 22 drives the ball jacking block 20 to move upwards through the ejector rod 21, and the oil discharging ball 2 is jacked upwards; the gearbox casing 6 can be drained, so that oil in the gearbox casing 6 is directly drained along the oil drain hole and the oil drain hole, and the oil is guided to a specified position; meanwhile, after the oil drainage ball 2 is jacked up, compressed gas in the connecting pipe 19 is released, so that the ball jacking block 20 is reset under the action of the spring 23, and then the connecting pipe 19 is driven to reset through the air cylinder 15.
