The ladder stand and the operation platform are suitable for being installed at high altitude of a steel structure, an operator can safely and quickly reach the operation platform through the ladder stand, the operation platform provides reliable safety protection for installation operators, life safety and wide operation space of the operator are guaranteed, and the ladder stand and the operation platform are suitable for various high altitude steel structures, wide in application range, convenient to install and reliable in structure.
