Background
The surface fabric is produced through the weaving machine to place and transport with the yardage roll mode usually, because the mode of yardage roll not only can conveniently collect the cloth that produces from weaving equipment, also can make things convenient for taking of people to the cloth simultaneously, be difficult to produce the fold when the surface fabric is deposited with the mode of yardage roll moreover, be favorable to the cloth to tailor at next step and make into the clothing. However, the yardage rolls often need to be wound with a large amount of cloth, so that the yardage rolls are relatively heavy in weight, the cloth often needs to be conveyed to a warehouse for storage after the production of the cloth is completed in a fabric factory, the cloth needs to be conveyed to the warehouse from a truck, and the yardage rolls on the truck can be conveyed to a forklift only manually for unloading of the yardage rolls on the truck at present, and then the yardage rolls are conveyed to the warehouse by the forklift for stacking. Because the cloth is carried only by a manual method, the working efficiency is low after the cloth is carried for a long time, and meanwhile, the cloth roll has heavier weight and is easy to cause damage to human bodies.

In order to realize the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: an automatic unloading system for large batching, which comprises an automatic truss, a grabbing mechanism, the ground, a truck, a first conveyor belt, a vertical warehouse, a second conveyor belt, a plurality of goods shelves and an elevator, the first conveyor belt, the second conveyor belt and the elevator are sequentially connected, a plurality of goods shelves are placed on the first conveyor belt, and moves along a first conveyor belt, the first conveyor belt is positioned at one side of the automatic truss, the grabbing mechanism is matched on the automatic truss in a sliding way, the cloth roll grabbing device is used for grabbing a cloth roll on a truck onto a goods shelf on a first conveying belt, the second conveying belt is positioned on one side of a vertical warehouse, the elevator and the vertical warehouse are parallel to each other, one end of the second conveyor belt corresponds to the elevator, a rotating table is arranged in the first conveyor belt, the revolving stage is used for conveying some goods shelves to the detection zone, be provided with the selective examination computer in the detection zone for to the yardage roll inspection on the goods shelves.

The use method of the large-batching automatic unloading system comprises the following steps:
firstly, stopping a truck to the bottom of an automatic truss according to an on-ground guiding line;
secondly, the grabbing mechanism slides along the automatic truss, a D scanning system on the grabbing mechanism scans yardage rolls on a truck and the truck at the same time, a point A and a point B which are at two sides of a yardage roll and are farthest away from the yardage rolls and a point C and a point D on two outer side surfaces of the yardage rolls are identified and sent to a computer, and coordinates are obtained through calculation;
step three, manually inputting the yardage roll information on the truck into a computer;
fourthly, the grabbing mechanism grabs the yardage roll on the truck to a goods shelf, conveys the yardage roll by the first conveying belt and conveys a part of the yardage roll to a detection area for spot check;
fifthly, conveying the goods shelf filled with the cloth roll to the second conveyor belt by a forklift at the tail end of the conveyor belt;
and sixthly, conveying the fabric rolls on the goods shelf to an elevator through the second conveyor belt, and placing the fabric rolls on the vertical warehouse through the elevator.
(III) advantageous effects
The invention provides an automatic large-batching unloading system and a using method thereof. The method has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the automatic unloading system for the large-volume cloth, the automatic truss and the truck are connected through the first conveying belt, so that cloth rolls on the truck are automatically conveyed to the first conveying belt by the grabbing mechanism on the automatic truss, meanwhile, a part of goods shelves filled with the cloth rolls can be conveyed to the detection area through the rotating table for sampling inspection, the goods shelves filled with the cloth rolls are moved to the second conveying belt from the first conveying belt by the forklift, the cloth rolls are conveyed to the elevator through the second conveying belt, and the cloth rolls can be placed on the corresponding vertical warehouse through the elevator. The system realizes the automation of the whole process from the unloading to the warehousing of the freight car, and greatly improves the working efficiency.

Detailed Description
The embodiment of the invention provides an automatic large-batching unloading system and a using method thereof, and as shown in figures 1-9, the automatic large-batching unloading system comprises an automatic truss 3, the ground, a grabbing mechanism, a first conveyor belt 5, a vertical warehouse 10, a second conveyor belt 8, a plurality of shelves 4 and an elevator 11, wherein the plurality of empty shelves 4 are placed on the first conveyor belt 5, so that the shelves 4 are conveyed by the first conveyor belt 5 and continuously move along the first conveyor belt 5. Meanwhile, the first conveying belt 5 is arranged on one side of the automatic truss 3, the grabbing mechanism is matched with the automatic truss 3 in a sliding mode, the yardage roll 2 on the truck 1 can be grabbed to the goods shelf 4 on the first conveying belt 5 close to one side of the automatic truss 3 through the grabbing mechanism, the yardage roll 2 on the truck 1 is grabbed to the goods shelf 4 through the grabbing mechanism continuously, and the goods shelf 4 is driven to move continuously through the first conveying belt 5. Meanwhile, a forklift 17 is arranged at the tail end of the first conveyor belt 5, so that the goods shelf 4 with the tail end of the first conveyor belt 5 filled with the cloth rolls 2 can be conveyed to the second conveyor belt 8 through the forklift 17. The vertical storehouses 10 are vertically arranged, the second conveyor belt 8 is arranged on one side of each vertical storehouse 10, and the elevator 11 is arranged between the two vertical storehouses 10 and is parallel to the vertical storehouses 10. One end of the second conveyor belt 8 corresponds to the elevator 11, so that the yardage roll 2 can be conveyed to the elevator 11 through the second conveyor belt 8, and the yardage roll 2 can be conveyed to each position of the vertical warehouse 10 through the elevator 11. In this embodiment, the elevator 11 is a mobile scissor lift, and the device realizes that the elevator 11 moves between the adjacent vertical storehouses 10, and simultaneously can also convey the fabric roll 2 to the vertical storehouses 10 and place the fabric roll on the vertical storehouses 10, thereby realizing the requirement of rapid warehousing. Set up revolving stage 6 in conveyer belt 5, the user can be according to the demand when conveyer belt 5 transports goods shelves 4, control revolving stage 6 rotates, transport some goods shelves 4 to the detection zone, set up selective examination computer 7 in the detection zone simultaneously, detect the yardage roll 2 on goods shelves 4 in transporting to the detection zone through selective examination computer 7, thereby realized the selective examination to yardage roll 2, how can effectually embody the quality of whole batch yardage roll 2.
The grabbing mechanism comprises a sliding block 12, a sliding plate 14, a first motor 19, a second motor 20, a lower pressing rod 25, a second air cylinder 26, a fixing rod 13, a lower pressing plate 18 and two hooks 21, wherein the sliding block 12 is matched with the top of the automatic truss 3 in a sliding mode, so that the sliding block 12 can slide along the automatic truss 3, the first motor 19 is arranged on the sliding block 12, the output end of the first motor 19 is connected with a roller in the sliding block 12, the rotation of the roller in the sliding block 12 is driven through the rotation of the output end of the first motor 19, and the sliding of the sliding block 12 on the automatic truss 3 is achieved. The fixed rod 13 is arranged at the top of the sliding block 12 and is perpendicular to the sliding block 12, the sliding plate 14 is horizontally matched with the top of the fixed rod 13 in a sliding mode, meanwhile, the second motor 20 is arranged on the sliding plate 14, the output end of the second motor 20 is connected with the roller in the sliding plate 14, and therefore the roller in the sliding plate 14 is driven to rotate through rotation of the output end of the second motor 20, and the sliding plate 14 can slide on the fixed rod 13. The first motor 19 drives the sliding plate 14 to slide back and forth on the automatic truss 3, and the second motor 20 drives the sliding plate 14 to move left and right on the fixed rod 13.
The lower pressing rod 25 is arranged at the bottom of the sliding plate 14, the top of the lower pressing plate 18 is vertically and slidably connected with the bottom of the lower pressing rod 25, the second air cylinder 26 is arranged in the lower pressing rod 25, and the output end of the second air cylinder 26 is connected with the output end of the lower pressing plate 18, namely, the second air cylinder 26 can drive the lower pressing plate 18 to extend and retract in the lower pressing rod 25, so that the cloth rolls 2 on the truck 1 can be stacked from top to bottom. The two sides of the lower pressing plate 18 are respectively provided with a sliding rod 24 which is horizontally and slidably connected with the lower pressing plate 18, the two sides of the lower pressing plate 18 are respectively provided with a first air cylinder 23, the output ends of the first air cylinders 23 are respectively connected with the sliding rods 24, and the sliding rods 24 are driven to slide on the lower pressing rods 25 through the expansion and contraction of the first air cylinders 23. The two hooks 21 are respectively arranged at the bottom of the sliding rod 24, the two hooks 21 are respectively hooked on cloth rollers on two sides of the cloth roll 2, the distance between the two hooks 21 is adjusted through the first air cylinder 23, the two hooks 21 can better hook the cloth roll 2, the cloth roll 2 on the hook 21 is conveyed to the goods shelf 4 through the matching of the first motor 19 and the second motor 20, the second air cylinder 26 drives the hooks 21 to descend, the hooks 21 are matched with the first motor 19 and the second motor 20 to enable the hooks 21 to be separated from the cloth roll 2, and the cloth roll 2 on the goods shelf 1 can be conveyed to the goods shelf 4 through the hooks 21.
During transportation, a part of cloth of the cloth roll 2 is often separated from the cloth roll 2, which may cause a part of the cloth to contact with the ground during transportation, thereby polluting the cloth. Therefore, in the present embodiment, a rack 29 vertically slidably connected to the slide rod 24 is disposed in the slide rod 24, and a spring four 38 is disposed between the slide rod 24 and the rack 29, the rack 29 is moved upward by the elastic force of the spring four 38, a driving wheel 31 and a driven wheel 32 are pivoted in the slide rod 24, and the driving wheel 31 and the driven wheel 32 are engaged with each other, and when the driving wheel 31 rotates, the driven wheel 32 is driven to rotate, and the rotation directions of the driving wheel 31 and the driven wheel 32 are opposite. A driving wheel 31 and a driven wheel 32 are both located in the toothed frame 29, and one side of the toothed frame 29 is provided with a rack, and the rack is engaged with the driving wheel 31, while a hook 21 is provided at the bottom of the toothed frame 29, so that when the roll 2 is lifted up by the hook 21, the toothed frame is lowered by the action of gravity of the roll 2, thereby driving the driving wheel 31 to rotate.
An accommodating plate 28 is arranged on one side of the two sliding rods 24 close to each other, a plurality of expanding plates 34 are arranged in the accommodating plate 28, the accommodating plate 28 and the expanding plates 34 are both in a fan shape, and the tops of the expanding plates are convex relative to the positions close to each other, so that when the expanding plates 34 are opened, the cloth can be wound around the cloth roll 2 on the upper portion of the hook 21, the cloth falling off from the bottom of the cloth roll 2 is supported upwards, and the cloth is prevented from contacting with the ground. A spring three 36 is arranged between the tail part of the accommodating plate 28 and the tail part outside the adjacent unfolding plate 34, and the two adjacent unfolding plates 34 are connected end to end through the spring three 36, namely, when no external force exists, the plurality of unfolding plates 34 are retracted into the accommodating plate 28 through the elastic force of the spring three 36. The driven wheel 32 is provided with a telescopic rod 27, the other end of the telescopic rod 27 is connected with the innermost expansion plate 34 in the accommodating plate 28, the front parts of the accommodating plate 28 and the expansion plate 34 are both provided with a first protrusion 35, the rear part of the expansion plate 34 is both provided with a second protrusion 37, and the second protrusion 37 corresponds to the first protrusion 35. When the hook 21 hooks the fabric roll 2, the gear frame 29 is driven by gravity to move downwards, so as to drive the driving wheel 31 to rotate, the driven wheel 32 rotates along with the driving wheel 31, the telescopic rod 27 slides the innermost expanding plate 34 in the accommodating plate 28 out of the accommodating plate 28, the second projection 37 at the rear part of the expanding plate 34 contacts the first projection 35 of the adjacent expanding plate 34, so as to drive the adjacent expanding plate 34 to be continuously opened, the second projection 37 at the rear part of the expanding plate 34 which reaches the outermost expanding plate 34 contacts the projection of the accommodating plate 28, the whole expanding plate 34 and the accommodating plate 28 are fixed, so that the expanding plate 34 and the accommodating plate 28 form a barrel shape, the barrel shape wraps the outer side of the fabric roll 2, and therefore the fabric at the bottom of the fabric roll 2 is prevented from contacting the ground.
The telescopic rod 27 comprises a front rod 39 and a rear rod 40, the front rod 39 is slidably fitted in the rear rod 40, a spring five 41 is arranged between the front rod 39 and the rear rod 40, and the front rod 39 is retracted into the rear rod 40 through the elastic force of the spring five 41. The end of the front rod 39 far from the rear rod 40 is connected to the driven wheel 32, and the end of the rear rod 40 far from the front rod 39 is connected to the innermost deployment plate 34 in the receiving plate 28, so that when the expansion rod 27 rotates to open the deployment plate 34, the expansion rod 27 can expand and contract to some extent, thereby preventing the deployment plate 34 from opening and interfering. Since the cloth rolls 2 are often stacked, which results in that the unrolling plate 34 can be clamped in the gap between the cloth rolls 2 when the cloth rolls 2 are not lifted, the connecting rod 33 connected with the tooth frame 29 in a vertical sliding manner is arranged at the bottom of the tooth frame 29, the hook 21 is arranged at the bottom of the connecting rod 33, the spring two 30 is arranged between the top of the connecting rod 33 and the tooth frame 29, the distance between the connecting rod 33 and the tooth frame 29 is reduced by the elastic force of the spring two 30, and when the unrolling plate 34 is clamped in the cloth roll 2 when the hook 21 is lifted upwards, the spring two 30 can provide certain elastic force to buffer the unrolling plate 34.
Wherein hook 21 articulates in the bottom of connecting rod 33, is provided with spring 22 between hook 21 and the connecting rod 33 simultaneously, makes hook 21 carry out certain rotation through the elasticity of spring 22, makes things convenient for on hook 21 gets into the yardage roll of 2 both sides of yardage roll, receives when doing all can downwards when hook 21, draws spring 22 to make hook 21 and connecting rod 33 be in same straight line, prevents to lift by crane the in-process and produces and rock. A guide line 9, a computer 15 and a display 16 are provided on the ground, and the guide line 9 is located inside the automatic girder 3 to guide the truck 1 to a designated position. Meanwhile, the grabbing mechanism is provided with a 3D scanning system, so that when the grabbing mechanism moves on the automatic truss 3, the 3D scanning system can scan the position of the cloth roll 2 on the truck 1, and in the embodiment, the 3D scanning system is a newly developed three-dimensional XTOM-MATRIX-5M blue-light three-dimensional scanner, so that the scanning measurement can be performed on the position of the cloth roll 2 on the truck 1. And meanwhile, the grabbing mechanism, the display 16 and the 3D scanning system are connected with the computer 15, the position of the yardage roll 2 on the truck 1 is transmitted to the computer 15 through the 3D scanning system, after corresponding calculation is carried out, the grabbing mechanism is controlled by the computer 15 to grab the yardage roll 2 on the truck 1 onto the goods shelf 4, and meanwhile, the display 16 displays information related to the yardage roll 2.
The specific method of operation for this system is as follows:
firstly, the truck 1 stops to the bottom of the automatic truss 3 according to an on-ground guiding line;
secondly, the grabbing mechanism slides along the automatic truss 3, and a D scanning system on the grabbing mechanism scans yardage rolls 2 on the truck 1 and the truck 1 at the same time, identifies points A and B at two sides of a yardage roll, which are far away from the farthest end of the yardage roll 2, and points C and D on two outer side surfaces of the yardage roll 2, and sends the points A and B and the points C and the points D to a computer 15 to calculate coordinates;
thirdly, manually inputting the information of the yardage roll 2 on the truck 1 into a computer 15;
fourthly, the sliding block 12 is moved to the cloth roll 2 above the truck 1 through the first motor 19, the sliding plate 14 is moved to the position above the cloth roll 2 to be grabbed through the second motor 20 according to the analysis of a 3D system obtained by a computer 15, the distance between the two sliding rods 24 is controlled through the first air cylinder 23, the hook 21 on the connecting rod 33 is positioned at two sides of the cloth roller of the cloth roll 2 to be grabbed, the second air cylinder 26 moves simultaneously, the hook 21 is descended to the rear side of the cloth roll 2 to be grabbed, the first motor 19 drives the hook 21 to move forwards, the cloth roller of the cloth roll 2 is positioned at the upper part of the hook 21, the second air cylinder 26 moves again to enable the hook 21 to ascend, the hook 21 hooks the cloth roller to enable the first spring 22 to be stretched, the hook 21 and the connecting rod 33 are parallel to each other, and the hook 21 descends to drive the toothed frame 29 to slide, so that the driving wheel 31 drives the driven wheel 32 to rotate, therefore, the telescopic rod 27 on the driven wheel 32 drives the innermost expanding plate 34 in the containing plate 28 to be opened outwards, when the innermost expanding plate 34 is opened to a certain degree, the second bulge 37 at the tail part of the opened expanding plate 34 is contacted with the first bulge 35 on the adjacent expanding plate 34, so that the adjacent expanding plate 34 is driven to be opened outwards, and the expanding plate 34 is continuously opened from the containing plate 28, so that a barrel shape is formed between the containing plate 28 and the expanded expanding plate 34. When the spreading plate 34 is clamped against the cloth roll 2, the second spring 30 can increase the distance between the toothed frame 29 and the connecting rod 33, so that certain buffering is formed. So that the yardage roll 2 on the truck 1 is grabbed on the goods shelf 4 and conveyed by the first conveyor belt 5, and one part of the yardage roll is conveyed to a detection area for spot check;
fifthly, the goods shelf 4 filled with the cloth roll 2 is conveyed to the second conveyor belt 8 by a forklift 17 at the tail end of the second conveyor belt;
sixthly, the cloth roll 2 on the goods shelf 4 is conveyed to the elevator 11 through the second conveyor belt 8, and the cloth roll 2 is placed on the vertical warehouse 10 through the elevator 11.
