Technical Field

Background
The existing moisture-preserving cigarette packet mostly wraps cigarettes through aluminum foil paper to form two inner clamping cigarette packets, and the two inner clamping cigarette packets are formed through bonding inner frame paper and label paper to achieve the purpose of moisture preservation.
The existing moisture-preserving cigarette packet can only achieve the moisture-preserving effect to a certain extent, in order to meet the requirements of individual markets, the moisture-preserving cigarette packet with repeatable bonding openings is provided, the cigarette packet is bonded into a cigarette case by white cardboard and then is filled with cigarettes, the traditional aluminum foil paper wrapping cigarette is replaced, and the moisture-preserving paper is compounded on the white cardboard cigarette packet to form the moisture-preserving cigarette packet. The bonding part of the moisture-preserving paper is completely sealed, and the characteristic of repeatable bonding at the opening part achieves better moisture-preserving effect. The existing tobacco packaging equipment and technology realize wrapping type packaging technology, the requirements of filling type cigarette packaging technology cannot be met, the series of technology is manually completed, the efficiency is low, the uniformity of product quality is difficult to ensure due to the manual difference, and the market development is limited. Accordingly, there is a need for improvements in the art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a production device of a moisture-preserving tobacco packet with a partition board, and provides a production method of the moisture-preserving tobacco packet with the partition board based on the device.

The invention provides a production method of a moisture-preserving tobacco packet with a partition plate, which comprises the following steps:

Step nine, dividing a plurality of cigarettes into a plurality of groups, loading the groups into the white cardboard cigarette case once by taking the groups as units, and simultaneously folding the top of the white cardboard cigarette case to form the white cardboard cigarette case with cigarettes and delivering the white cardboard cigarette case;
Step ten, folding and bonding the smooth moisturizing paper into a moisturizing paper shell with an open top which is suitable for the white cardboard cigarette case;
and step eleven, feeding the white cardboard cigarette box filled with cigarettes in the step nine into the moisture-preserving paper shell in the step ten, and folding and bonding the open top of the moisture-preserving paper shell to obtain the totally-enclosed moisture-preserving paper cigarette box.
The technical scheme has the advantages that in the white cardboard conveying process, the downward upright partition board is formed on the front face of the white cardboard through the partition board forming mechanism, the folding and bonding of one side face of the white cardboard and the bottom face of the box are realized through the pushing and folding mechanism, finally, the white cardboard cigarette box with the partition board and two chambers is completed through the folding and forming mechanism, cigarettes are effectively prevented from being extruded mutually after being put into the white cardboard cigarette box, the quality of the cigarettes is ensured, in addition, the flat moisturizing paper is folded and bonded into the moisturizing paper shell which is suitable for the white cardboard, the white cardboard cigarette box with the cigarettes is sent into the moisturizing paper shell, the folding and bonding of the top of the moisturizing paper shell are completed, the fully-closed moisturizing paper cigarette box is obtained, the production efficiency is greatly improved, the product quality is ensured, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, the automatic and mechanical production of the cigarette box with the partition board is realized, and the market personalized requirements are met.
