When the paperboard transfer mechanism works, the paperboard is sucked, lifted, transversely moved and lowered by the paper transfer device 31, firstly placed in the three-port edge covering mechanism and then placed on the paper feed supporting plate 40, and then clamped and transversely conveyed forwards by the paper clamping device 42 in a matched mode, and conveyed into the forming mechanism.
The main conveying belt 6 of the paper box forming production line is longitudinally arranged, the paper moving pneumatic suction nozzles 33 are transversely moved to be matched with conveying, the paper feeding device (paper feeding supporting plate) is positioned on one transverse side of the main conveying belt, and a structure of transverse and longitudinal layout is formed, so that the longitudinal length of the production line is shorter, and the layout is more reasonable. In addition, from the main conveyer belt with the horizontal cooperation of material cardboard through the pneumatic suction nozzle of moving paper transport, cardboard and facial tissue can be close to the edge of main conveyer belt on the main conveyer belt, and distance is shorter when transversely carrying, and conveying efficiency is higher. The paper board moves and transmits the speed faster, more stable. Meets the production and manufacturing requirements of paper boxes with smaller sizes, and avoids the problem that the paper boxes with corresponding smaller sizes are difficult to convey and link.
The paper clamping device is provided with a clamp corresponding to the tail part of the paper board, and an opening of the clamp of the paper clamping device is correspondingly matched and connected with a paper supporting surface of the paper feeding supporting board.
Besides the single station, the paper moving pneumatic suction nozzle can be further optimized and is arranged into a double-station structure. When the double-station structure is adopted, the paper moving pneumatic suction nozzles 33 comprise a front group of suction nozzles 33A and a rear group of suction nozzles 33B, the front group of suction nozzles and the rear group of suction nozzles are transversely arranged, namely, the paper moving pneumatic suction nozzles are divided into two groups, one group of suction nozzles are arranged in front of the other group of suction nozzles in the transverse direction, the other group of suction nozzles are arranged behind the other suction nozzles in the transverse direction, the two groups of suction nozzles form a double-station paper sucking conveying structure, the paper moving conveying efficiency is higher, the front group of suction nozzles are correspondingly matched and connected with the paper conveying supporting plate, the sucked paper conveying supporting plate can be placed on the paper conveying supporting plate, and the paper conveying supporting plate is positioned in the advancing direction (front side) of the transverse moving direction of the paper moving pneumatic suction nozzles. The front group of suction nozzles are matched with the paper board in the three-mouth edge covering mechanism (such as the paper board on the edge covering supporting platform of the three-mouth edge covering mechanism) to be transferred and placed on the paper feeding supporting plate 40, and then the paper board is sent into the subsequent working procedure by the paper clamping device, and the rear group of suction nozzles are matched with the paper board to be transferred and placed on the main conveying belt to the three-mouth edge covering mechanism. Of course, a set of suction nozzles (simplex position) may be inefficient, requiring the pneumatic suction nozzle to be moved from the main conveyor to the three-port taping mechanism and then to the sheet feed tray.
In addition, the paper feeding supporting plate 40 adopts a transverse supporting plate, the paper clamping device is arranged between the transverse supporting plates, the installation is convenient, the position of the transverse supporting plates can be adjusted, and the requirements of paper boards with different sizes can be met. The transverse pallet may be attached to the longitudinal bars 44 by pallet mounts to adjust different distances to accommodate different sizes. Of course, the paper feeding pallet may be a common pallet.
Besides other parts for clamping the paperboard, the paper clamping device is further optimized to clamp the tail part of the paperboard, specifically, the paper clamping device 42 is provided with a clamp (such as a pneumatic clamp or an electric clamping jaw) corresponding to the tail part of the paperboard, namely, the paper clamping device is used for clamping the tail part of the paperboard correspondingly, the tail part is a position opposite to the wrapping position of the three wrapping edges, the tail part is clamped to transversely advance and can be sent into a forming mechanism, the paper clamping device only needs to be retracted for a short distance, the forming mechanism can timely form the paperboard, the forming mechanism does not need to be retracted for a large distance, the efficiency is higher, the processing speed can be improved, and the forming work can be performed after the large distance retraction is not needed. The opening of the clamp of the paper clamping device is correspondingly matched and connected with the paper supporting surface of the paper feeding supporting plate, the opening of the clamp of the paper clamping device can be matched and clamped with the paper board with facial tissues on the paper supporting surface of the paper feeding supporting plate when being opened and closed, the matching structure is more compact, the operation is stable, and the speed is higher. The mould of the mould mechanism (comprising a plurality of moulds which are arranged in an equally-divided manner, such as four horizontal moulds which are arranged in an equally-divided manner) rotates in a rotary manner, when the mould rotates (revolves) to a first forming station at the front side of the paper clamping device (the advancing direction of the paper moving pneumatic suction nozzle), the paper clamping device is matched with the paper clamping device to convey the paper board to the lower part of the mould, the position of the mould corresponding to the bottom plate of the paper box faces the paper clamping device, and a paper ejecting positioning device and a side folding device are arranged at the first forming station, which are not repeated in the prior art.
The three-port binding mechanism 3 comprises a binding supporting platform 51, a binding device 52 and a binding transmission device 53, which is a mature technology, and an improved and more reasonable structure is provided in the embodiment. The three-opening edge covering mechanism in this embodiment includes an edge covering supporting platform 51, an edge covering device 52 and an edge covering transmission device 53, the edge covering device includes an edge covering plate 54, the edge covering plate 54 is used for folding and covering the edge of the cardboard with respect to the edge covering lifting seat, the edge covering plate is located at the front side of the edge covering supporting platform 51, the edge covering supporting platform can adopt a secondary conveying belt (such as an air suction conveying belt) or an edge covering supporting plate and other platforms capable of being used for placing materials (such as a cardboard with face paper attached to the bottom), the edge covering plate 54 is connected to an edge covering lifting seat 55, the edge covering plate is slidably arranged back and forth with respect to the edge covering lifting seat 55, so that the edge covering plate 54 can be lifted up and down with respect to the edge covering lifting seat (such as a sliding manner), and the direction of the front and back movement of the edge covering plate refers to the front and back movement (such as the transverse running direction of the pneumatic suction nozzle with respect to the edge covering supporting platform). The edge covering lifting seat is arranged on the frame in a lifting manner, and the edge covering lifting seat is lifted on the frame. The binding transmission device 53 comprises a binding lifting transmission device and a binding front-back sliding transmission device. The edge covering lifting transmission device 53 is in transmission connection with the edge covering lifting seat 55, the edge covering lifting transmission device drives the edge covering lifting seat 55 to lift on the frame, the edge covering front-back sliding transmission device is in transmission connection with the edge covering plate 54, and the edge covering front-back sliding transmission device drives the edge covering plate 54 to move front and back on the edge covering lifting seat 55. The three-port edge covering mechanism is reasonable in structural layout, more compact, stable in operation, shorter in distance between the front and rear direction crossing the edge covering plate, and capable of enabling the space occupied by the edge covering plate and the front and rear of the edge covering lifting seat to be as small as possible, and provides a structural basis for faster transmission operation and support for speed and efficiency of a lifting production line. The material will be conveyed from right to left in fig. 5 in cooperation.
In this embodiment, the binding slider 56 and the binding Bian Huagui are disposed between the binding plate and the binding lifting seat, so that the binding plate can slide back and forth on the binding lifting seat relatively, for example, in the drawing, the binding Bian Huakuai is disposed on the binding plate 54 (for example, on the lower side of the binding plate), and the binding Bian Huagui is disposed on the binding lifting seat 55 (for example, on the upper side of the binding lifting seat), which may be the reverse. The edge-covering lifting seat 55 is connected with a vertical guide rod 58, the vertical guide rod 58 is connected in an edge-covering guide sleeve 59 on the frame, and the vertical guide rod can stably lift in the edge-covering guide sleeve. The binding transmission device 53 drives the binding plate 54 to lift and move back and forth, the binding transmission device is more and mature, the binding lifting transmission device in this embodiment is further designed with a more reasonable structure and is further optimized, the binding lifting transmission device comprises a first cam transmission part 61, the first cam transmission part 61 is matched with the binding lifting seat 55 to lift, the binding front and back sliding transmission device comprises a second cam transmission part 62, and the second cam transmission part 62 is matched with the binding plate 54 to slide back and forth.
The first cam gear 61 and the second cam gear 62 are located on the same cam body, such as a double-sided cam body or a double-groove cam body, or the first cam gear and the second cam gear are located on two different cam bodies, namely, the first cam gear is located on one cam body, and the second cam gear is located on the other cam body, so that adjustment on the two different cam bodies is more convenient. The edge-wrapping transmission device adopts the cam transmission part to match transmission for edge-wrapping, so that the operation speed is faster, the operation is more stable, and the mechanical structure is more reasonable.
On the basis of adopting cam transmission part cooperation, the hemming lifting transmission device in the embodiment further comprises a first swing arm 63 and a first connecting rod 64, wherein the first cam transmission part 61 is in transmission connection with the first swing arm 63, the first swing arm is in transmission connection with the first connecting rod, the first connecting rod 64 is in transmission connection with the hemming lifting seat 55, and when the hemming lifting transmission device works, the first cam transmission part cooperates to drive the first swing arm to swing, and the first swing arm 63 cooperates to drive the first connecting rod 64 to drive the hemming lifting seat 55 to lift. In this embodiment, the edge-wrapping front-back sliding transmission device further includes a second swing arm 65 and a second connecting rod 66, the second cam transmission portion 62 is in transmission connection with the second swing arm 65, the second swing arm is in transmission connection with the second connecting rod 66, and the second connecting rod is in transmission connection with the edge-wrapping plate 54.

Or as in the drawings, the first cam transmission part 61 adopts a first curved surface, the hemming lifting transmission device also comprises a first reset spring 67, the first reset spring is in transmission connection with the hemming lifting seat 55, the hemming lifting seat is lifted and reset through the first reset spring 67, the first reset spring can be in transmission connection with the hemming lifting seat or the first swing arm or the vertical guide rod, the second cam transmission part 62 adopts a second curved surface, the hemming front-back sliding transmission device also comprises a second reset spring 68, the second reset spring is in transmission connection with the hemming plate 54, the hemming plate is in front-back sliding reset through the second reset spring, the second reset spring can be in transmission connection with the hemming plate or the second swing arm, and the mode of the curved surface is adopted to facilitate adjustment and processing.
When the first cam transmission part and the second cam transmission part are positioned on two different cam bodies, the two different cam bodies are coaxially connected to the cam driving shaft, and the cam driving shaft drives the cam bodies to synchronously rotate, so that the cam driving shaft is coaxially driven and is convenient to install. Of course, the device can also be arranged on different driving shafts, but is troublesome and needs to be matched in a linkage way.
The taping support platform 51 is provided with a taping suction pneumatic suction nozzle 69, and the taping suction pneumatic suction nozzle 69 sucks the paper board and the facial tissue placed on the taping support platform from the lower side, so that the paper board and the facial tissue are stable in position on the taping support platform, and the taping board is taping smoothly. For example, when the edge-covering supporting platform adopts the edge-covering supporting plate, the corresponding suction nozzles are adopted by the corresponding edge-covering material suction pneumatic suction nozzles, or for example, when the air suction conveyer belt is adopted, the corresponding edge-covering material suction pneumatic suction nozzles are directly adopted by the suction holes on the conveyer belt. The pneumatic suction nozzle for edge covering and sucking sucks materials when the pneumatic suction nozzle is in a negative pressure state, and releases the materials in the negative pressure state. The pneumatic air tap for the tipping material suction is more compact in structure compared with a tipping material pressing part with lifting action arranged above a tipping supporting platform, and in addition, the space above the tipping supporting platform is not occupied, so that the materials such as paper boards and facial tissues can be grabbed or sucked and shifted. Of course, the structure of the edge-covering material pressing component can be adopted, but the lifting stroke is increased when the material is sucked and grabbed, and the speed is influenced.
In the figure, the edge covering plate 54 is in inclined press fit with the edge covering supporting platform 55, namely, the edge covering plate descends to form inclined downward when advancing towards the edge covering supporting platform, so that the effect of covering edges by inclined pressing of facial tissues is achieved, and the edge covering effect is better, and the edge covering and pressing functions are achieved. The oblique press fit will be achieved by a binding transmission fit, such as by a curved (i.e., curved or curved slot) design of the first cam transmission portion 61 and the second cam transmission portion 62 in the figures, in combination with the figures, by a binding lifting transmission with the first cam transmission portion and a binding fore-and-aft sliding transmission with the second cam transmission portion. The edge covering supporting platform 51 can adopt an auxiliary conveying belt (such as an air suction conveying belt) or an edge covering supporting plate, and can be further improved, the edge covering transmission device also comprises an edge covering platform left-right movement transmission device, the edge covering supporting platform and the edge covering platform left-right movement transmission device are matched with each other to drive the edge covering supporting platform to move left and right, so that correction in the left-right direction can be performed, and the position during subsequent forming is more accurate. The forming mechanism 5 further comprises an upper side forming mechanism 7, which is configured at the first forming station, wherein the upper side forming mechanism 7 is used for forming the upper side of the paper box and comprises an upper folding device 76 and an upper veneering device, which is a mature technology. In this embodiment, an improved upper side forming mechanism with more reasonable layout and neat structure will be provided. The mounting frame 75 of the improved upper side forming mechanism is provided with an upper folding device 76, the upper folding device 76 comprises a folding sliding seat 78 and a folding lifting bracket 79, the folding lifting bracket 83 is used for mounting a folding component 89, and the folding component 89 mounted on the upper side can be a folding plate (such as a shovel plate). The improved upper folding device of the upper side forming mechanism is more reasonable in layout, the folding lifting support and the folding component of the upper folding device do not need to swing in space, but adopt lifting and horizontal left-right movement (with the longitudinal direction of the main conveying belt) matched mode to perform oblique displacement, so that the upper folding device is smaller and more compact in occupied space, the corresponding mounting frame is smaller in size, and the lifting and transverse movement matched mode is uniform and stable in stress compared with the swinging mode. In order to meet the production requirements of different specifications, the oblique adjustment is simpler and more convenient, and the requirements of different lifting heights can be met by adjusting and setting the oblique angle of the installation of the oblique track, so that other parts and a transmission structure are not influenced.
The folded surface horizontal sliding transmission device can adopt transmission driving modes such as an air cylinder or a motor and the like. The mounting frame 75 comprises a folding surface mounting plate 75A, a folding surface horizontal sliding transmission device is mounted on the folding surface mounting plate 75A, and a folding surface synchronous wheel, a folding surface synchronous belt, a folding surface horizontal sliding rail and a folding surface sliding seat are positioned on the front surface of the folding surface mounting plate, and a folding surface driving motor, a folding surface lifting bracket and an inclined rail are positioned on the back surface of the folding surface mounting plate. The upper folding device has reasonable layout and convenient installation.
In the figure, the oblique track 84 adopts an oblique track (namely a guide groove) with a groove, the guide part adopts a guide wheel, the guide wheel is positioned in the groove of the oblique track, the processing and the installation are convenient, and the guide wheel is connected to the folding lifting bracket through a rotating shaft 85. Of course, the oblique track and the guide part can also adopt the matching modes of matching the sliding block with the guide rail or matching the guide sleeve with the guide rod, etc.
The mounting frame 75 of the improved upper side forming mechanism is further provided with an upper veneering device 77, which is a mature technology, and the application also provides an improved structure, and the improved upper veneering device comprises a veneering sliding seat 82 and a veneering bracket 83, wherein the veneering bracket is used for mounting a veneering component 89, and a veneering roller (such as a rubber roller or a brush roller) can be adopted for mounting the veneering component 89. The veneer support is connected to the veneer sliding seat, the veneer sliding seat is horizontally arranged on the mounting frame in a sliding manner, the veneer sliding seat is connected with the veneer horizontal sliding transmission device, the veneer horizontal sliding transmission device drives the veneer sliding seat and the veneer support to horizontally slide on the mounting frame, the veneer sliding seat and the veneer support can be arranged in a split manner or integrally, and the split arrangement can adjust the relative positions so as to meet different planning demands. The upper veneering device is more reasonable in layout, the veneering support and the veneering components of the upper veneering device are free of swinging space in operation mode, small and compact in occupied space, and stable in operation and uniform in stress in mode different from horizontal sliding in swinging mode. In addition, the folding surface sliding seat and the veneering bracket adopt horizontal sliding and transmission matching structures, so that the whole structure is more neat, and the visual effect is more coordinated.
The veneering horizontal sliding transmission device can adopt a transmission driving mode such as an air cylinder or a motor and the like.
