Abstract

一种四轴联动大型圆振动筛,属于振动筛分机械领域,解决了圆振动筛运行稳定和大型化发展的问题。包括筛框、筛面、轴式激振器、减振支撑装置和电机传动装置。筛机的激振源是由四个轴式激振器组成,四个轴式激振器等间距、并列对称布置在筛框重心G的两侧;相邻两个轴式激振器之间通过同步齿形带轮和同步齿形带连接,依次组成四轴同步联动传动;四个轴式激振器同步同向旋转,使筛框和筛面产生圆运动轨迹。圆振动筛的筛面由2~4层组成;筛面倾角α=18~25°;每个轴式激振器的一端或两端与电机传动装置连接。具有筛机性能良好、处理能力大、筛分效率高和使用寿命长的特点。可适用于矿山、煤矿、筑路和生活领域对各种物料的筛分。

四轴联动大型圆振动筛
技术领域
本发明属于振动筛分机械领域,主要是涉及激振力大、承载能力强、运行稳定、便于筛分面积大型化发展和可更大限度的提高振动筛的处理能力的四轴联动大型圆振动筛。
背景技术
振动筛的大型化发展主要是要增加振动筛的筛分面积、激振器的振动强度和延长激振器轴承的使用寿命。现有的圆振动筛,激振器大部分都是单轴或双轴结构,这样结构的圆振动筛,筛机的筛分面积和参振重量受激振器轴承使用寿命约束,无法适应圆振动筛大型化的需要,振动参数无法提升,影响处理能力的加大。所以,单纯以加大振动参数适应振动筛的大型化发展不是有效的方法。必须从结构上和整体上考虑,才能从根本上解决振动筛大型化带来的筛框整体刚性差,振动时筛框各点受力不均衡,筛机寿命短及可靠性低等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种四轴联动大型圆振动筛,该振动筛的激振力大,承载能力强,便于筛分面积大型化发展,可更大限度的提高振动筛的处理能力。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的,包括筛框、筛面、轴式激振器、减振支撑装置和电机传动装置,其特征是:筛机的激振源是由四个轴式激振器组成,四个轴式激振器等间距、并列对称布置在筛框重心G的两侧;相邻两个轴式激振器之间通过同步齿形带轮和同步齿形带连接,依次组成四轴同步联动传动;四个轴式激振器同步同向旋转,使筛框和筛面产生圆运动轨迹。
圆振动筛的筛面由2~4层组成;筛面倾角α=18~25°。每个轴式激振器的一端或两端与电机传动装置连接。
本发明的有益效果是,圆振动筛采用四轴联动运行,激振力大,轴承数量增多单个轴承受力减小,承载能力强,使用寿命长,便于筛机筛分面积大型化发展,可更大限度的提高振动筛的处理能力。另外由于四个轴式激振器等间距、并列对称布置在筛框重心两侧,通过齿形带连接,同步效果好。筛机运行平稳,筛框可靠性高,受力均匀衡定,使用寿命长。具有筛机性能良好、处理能力大、筛分效率高和使用寿命长的特点。可适用于矿山、煤矿、筑路和生活领域对各种物料的筛分。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图说明本发明的具体实施方式:包括筛框1、筛面2、轴式激振器、减振支撑装置9和电机传动装置10,其特征是:筛机的激振源是由四个轴式激振器组成,四个轴式激振器等间距、并列对称布置在筛框1重心G的两侧。相邻两个轴式激振器之间通过同步齿形带轮6和同步齿形带7连接;轴式激振器Ⅰ3与轴式激振器Ⅱ4、轴式激振器Ⅲ5与轴式激振器Ⅳ8之间的同步齿形带连接设置在轴式激振器的一端;轴式激振器Ⅱ4与轴式激振器Ⅲ5之间的同步齿形带连接设施在轴式激振器的另一端,依次组成四轴同步联动传动。工作时四个轴式激振器同步同向旋转,使筛框1和筛面2产生圆运动轨迹。
圆振动筛的筛面2由两层组成;筛面倾角α=20°;每个轴式激振器的一端与电机传动装置10连接。

1.一种四轴联动大型圆振动筛,包括筛框(1)、筛面(2)、轴式激振器、减振支撑装置(9)和电机传动装置(10),其特征是:筛机的激振源是由四个轴式激振器组成,四个轴式激振器等间距、并列对称布置在筛框(1)重心G的两侧;相邻两个轴式激振器之间通过同步齿形带轮(6)和同步齿形带(7)连接,依次组成四轴同步联动传动;四个轴式激振器同步同向旋转,使筛框(1)和筛面(2)产生圆运动轨迹。
2.根据权利要求1所述的四轴联动大型圆振动筛,其特征是:圆振动筛的筛面(2)由2~4层组成;筛面倾角α=18~25°。
3.根据权利要求1所述的四轴联动大型圆振动筛,其特征是:每个轴式激振器的一端或两端与电机传动装置(10)连接。
