Abstract
The invention discloses a water glue with good re-peeling property, which relates to the technical field of glue films and comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of propenyl polymer, 0.01-1 part of cross-linking agent and 0.5-6 parts of fatty acid ester plasticizer; wherein the propylene-based polymer comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 50-99.5% of alkyl acrylate and 0.5-5% of ethylene unsaturated monomer; wherein the alkyl acrylate contains alkyl with 2-12 carbon atoms; the ethylenically unsaturated monomer is prepared by emulsion polymerization of carboxyl groups. The glue layer has strong affinity to the base material, can inhibit adhesive force, and has good removability.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of glue films, in particular to a glue with good re-peeling property.
Background
In recent years, various studies have been made on a water-based adhesive for the purpose of improving removability of the adhesive and improving contamination resistance during removability. The glue film is generally formed by coating a glue layer on a substrate such as paper or a plastic film. In the case of a paper substrate, since the aqueous glue is partially immersed in the paper substrate if it is directly applied to the paper substrate, a transfer coating method is generally employed in which the aqueous glue is applied to a releasable film and then transferred to the paper substrate. However, when the affinity with the substrate is poor at the time of transfer, not only the removability after the adhesive film is stuck to the adherend is deteriorated, but also if the adhesive layer is squeezed out of the film, or dirt is generated at the time of cutting the film, which is a problem.
In order to improve the affinity with the substrate, the conventional removable hydrogel has a reduced molecular weight of a propylene copolymer, and thus has an improved affinity with the substrate. However, if the adhesive layer is too strongly adhered to the substrate after the adhesive film is stuck to the adherend (the object to which the tape is applied) in a high-temperature environment or a high-temperature and high-humidity environment, the adhesive layer remains on the substrate when the adhesive film is peeled off, and the adherend is contaminated. Although the glue layer has a certain affinity for the substrate, the adhesive force to the adherend is too high, and therefore, when the adhesive film is peeled off, there is a problem that the substrate is broken and cannot be peeled off any more.

The invention aims to provide a reasonable-designed water gel with good removability, which has strong affinity to a base material, can inhibit adhesive force and has good removability.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of propenyl polymer, 0.01-1 part of cross-linking agent and 0.5-6 parts of fatty acid ester plasticizer; wherein the propylene-based polymer comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 50-99.5% of alkyl acrylate and 0.5-5% of ethylene unsaturated monomer; wherein the alkyl acrylate contains alkyl with 2-12 carbon atoms; the ethylenically unsaturated monomer is prepared by emulsion polymerization of carboxyl groups.
Further, the essential fatty acid of the fatty acid ester based plasticizer is a C6 or more.
Further, the alkyl acrylate is an alkyl phosphate containing an alkyl group having 6 to 12 carbon atoms.
Further, the weight of the insoluble matter of the ethyl acetate in the glue layer formed after the water glue with good re-peeling performance is coated is 30-65% of the total coating weight.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the insoluble content of the ethyl acetate in the glue is adjusted to a proper range, and the glue layer has strong affinity to the base material due to the matching of the fatty acid ester plasticizer; moreover, the adhesive tape is excellent in removability because the adhesive force can be suppressed even if the adhesive tape is left in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment and the adhesive layer has a strong affinity with the base material.
After the components are adopted, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention provides a water gel with good re-stripping performance, the glue layer has strong affinity to the base material, can inhibit adhesive force and has good re-stripping performance.
The specific implementation mode is as follows:
the specific implementation mode adopts the following technical scheme: adding 0.2 part of N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide, 1.0 part of trioctyl phosphate, 0.06 part of 1-octyl mercaptan, 7.0 parts of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether ammonium salt (serving as an anionic emulsifier) and 23.1 parts of deionized water into the acrylic monomer serving as 2-isooctyl acrylate and 2.0 parts of acrylic acid in parts by weight, and stirring to obtain an emulsion;
50.0 parts of deionized water and 2.0 parts of the above emulsion were put into a four-necked flask equipped with a stirrer, a cooling tube, a thermometer and a dropping tube, the interior of the flask was replaced with nitrogen gas, and the flask was heated to 78 ℃ under stirring;
adding 3.0 parts of an aqueous ammonium persulfate solution to the mixture, dropping the emulsion over 180 minutes while maintaining the flask internal temperature at 78 ℃, and then maintaining the flask internal temperature at 78 ℃ with stirring for 1 hour;
cooling the flask inner temperature to 65 ℃, adding 1.0 part of 10% aqueous solution of tert-butyl hydroperoxide and 1.0 part of 10% aqueous solution of sodium erythorbate for 1 time every 10 minutes for 3 times, and continuing to react for 1 hour;
then, the mixture was cooled and neutralized with 25% aqueous ammonia at 30 ℃ to obtain a propylene polymer emulsion having a nonvolatile concentration of 55% and a pH of 7.5, wherein the content of ethyl acetate-insoluble matter in the propylene copolymer was 45%.

After the components are adopted, the beneficial effects of the specific embodiment are as follows: the present embodiment provides a water gel having good removability, in which the glue layer has a strong affinity for the base material, can suppress the adhesive force, and has good removability.

A water gel with good re-peeling performance is characterized in that: the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of propenyl polymer, 0.01-1 part of cross-linking agent and 0.5-6 parts of fatty acid ester plasticizer; wherein the propylene-based polymer comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 50-99.5% of alkyl acrylate and 0.5-5% of ethylene unsaturated monomer; wherein the alkyl acrylate contains alkyl with 2-12 carbon atoms; the ethylenically unsaturated monomer is prepared by emulsion polymerization of carboxyl groups.
2. The water gel with good repeelability according to claim 1, wherein: the basic fatty acid of the fatty acid ester plasticizer has 6 or more carbon atoms.
3. The water gel with good repeelability according to claim 1, wherein: the alkyl acrylate is alkyl phosphate containing C6-C12 alkyl.
4. The water gel with good repeelability according to claim 1, wherein: the weight of the insoluble matter of the ethyl acetate in the glue layer formed after the water glue with good re-stripping performance is 30-65% of the total coating weight.
