Top pushing cylinder
The pushing cylinder 2 is arranged above the upper end surface of the workbench 1, and the pushing cylinder 2 is fixed above the workbench 1 through two fixing columns 20. Water injection pipe

Clamping part
The clamping part 3 is arranged at the end part of the piston rod of the pushing cylinder 2, one end of the clamping part 3 is fixedly connected with the piston rod part of the pushing cylinder 2, and the other end can be sleeved on the outer wall of the water injection pipe 30 and is fixedly connected with the water injection pipe 30. After the water injection pipe 30 is inserted into the clamping part 3, the pushing cylinder 2 pushes the clamping part 3 to slide up and down, the water injection pipe 30 can synchronously slide up and down along with the clamping part 3, and after the water injection pipe 30 is inserted downwards into the steel structure upper shell 11, the water injection pipe 30 synchronously injects cooling water into the steel structure upper shell 11; when the steel structure upper shell 11 is pushed to abut against the steel structure lower shell 12, the clamping portion 3 abuts against the steel structure upper shell 11, so that the water injection pipe 30 is separated from the clamping portion 3.
The structure of the clamping portion 3 will be described in detail below, and the clamping portion 3 includes: a first fixing plate 31, a second fixing plate 32, two supporting columns 33 and a plurality of clamping components 34. The first fixing plate 31 and the second fixing plate 32 are parallel to each other, two ends of the first fixing plate 31 and the second fixing plate 32 are slidably sleeved on outer walls of the two fixing columns 20 respectively, a gap is formed between the first fixing plate 31 and the second fixing plate 32, two supporting columns 33 are arranged in the gap between the first fixing plate 31 and the second fixing plate 32, the first fixing plate 31 is fixed at the end part of the piston rod of the pushing cylinder 2, and the second fixing plate 32 is arranged below the first fixing plate 31. The end of the piston rod of the pushing cylinder 2 is fixed on the first fixing plate 31, and the first fixing plate 31 can slide up and down along the fixing column 20 along with the up-and-down sliding of the piston rod of the pushing cylinder 2. Two supporting columns 33 are arranged at two ends of the second fixing plate 32 in a mirror image manner, and two ends of the two supporting columns 33 are respectively and vertically fixed on the lower end surface of the first fixing plate 31 and the upper end surface of the second fixing plate 32; the second fixing plate 32 can expand the area of the lower end surface of the piston rod of the pushing cylinder 2 in the horizontal direction, so that the steel structure upper shell 11 is suitable for being mounted on the second fixing plate 32 through the clamping assembly 34 and synchronously slides up and down along with the pushing cylinder 2 through the second fixing plate 32. The plurality of clamping assemblies 34 are respectively arranged on the second fixing plate 32, the clamping assemblies 34 penetrate through the clamping assemblies 34 from the upper part of the second fixing plate 32 to the lower part of the second fixing plate 32, and one water injection pipe 30 is correspondingly arranged at the lower end of one clamping assembly 34. The lower end of the water injection pipe 30 is inserted into the steel structure upper shell 11, and the upper end is inserted into the clamping assembly 34, so that the steel structure upper shell 11 is suspended.
In order to enable the water injection pipe 30 to be inserted into the steel structure upper shell 11, the water injection pipe 30 can be tightly clamped into the steel structure upper shell 11, the water injection pipe 30 is prevented from sliding off the steel structure upper shell 11, the lower end of the water injection pipe 30 is provided with a limiting block 301, and the limiting block 301 is annularly sleeved on the outer wall of the water injection pipe 30. A plurality of water injection holes 110 have been seted up on the steel construction upper shell 11, and a water injection hole 110 corresponds a water injection pipe 30, and water injection hole 110 is oval, and the minor diameter of water injection hole 110 is greater than water injection pipe 30 external diameter and is less than stopper 301 external diameter, and the long limit diameter of water injection hole 110 is greater than water injection pipe 30 external diameter and stopper 301 external diameter. When the water injection pipe 30 is inserted into the steel structure upper shell 11, the water injection pipe 30 can be firstly arranged in an inclined manner, so that the side, which is inclined downwards, of the limiting block 301 firstly passes through the water injection hole 110 and enters the steel structure upper shell 11; the water injection pipe 30 is continuously pushed to the other side of the limiting block 301 to pass through the water injection hole 110 and slide into the steel structure upper shell 11; at the moment, the upper end surface of the limiting block 301 is abutted against the inner wall of the steel structure upper shell 11, the upper end of the water injection pipe 30 is inserted into the clamping assembly 34, and the lower end surface of the water injection pipe 30 is inserted into the steel structure 11, so that the steel structure upper shell 11 can be suspended by the water injection pipe 30; at this moment, the steel structure upper shell 11 can move up and down under the driving of the water injection pipe 30, and the cooling liquid can be injected into the steel structure upper shell 11 through the water injection pipe 30.
In order to enable the water injection pipe 30 to support the upper motor housing 11 to keep the horizontal position from swinging during the sliding process, the number of the water injection pipes 30 is preferably three in the present embodiment, the number of the water injection holes 110 corresponding to the water injection pipes 30 is also three, and the connecting lines of the horizontal projections of the three water injection pipes 30 are in the shape of an equilateral triangle.
The structure of the clamping assembly 34 is described in detail below, the clamping assembly 34 comprising: a positioning column 341, a locking column 342 and a plurality of compression springs 343. The positioning column 341 is fixed on the second fixing plate 32, a placing groove 3410 is annularly formed at the lower end of the positioning column 341, the placing groove 3410 is annularly formed, the placing groove 3410 is opened towards the inside of the positioning column 341, and the diameter of the positioning groove is larger than the diameter of the inner wall of the positioning column 341 and smaller than the diameter of the outer wall of the positioning column 341. A plurality of compression springs 343 are annularly disposed in the placement groove 3410. The locking column 342 is slidably disposed in the placement groove 3410, and an upper end wall of the locking column 342 abuts against the compression spring 343. The locking column 342 is pressed to insert and lock the water injection pipe 30 on the inner wall of the compression spring 343; the locking column 342 is pressed again to disengage the water injection pipe 30 from the inner wall of the locking column 342.
In order to prevent the locking post 342 from slipping out of the inner wall of the placement groove 3410, the outer wall of the upper end of the locking post 342 is provided with a locking ring 3421, the locking ring 3421 is fitted around the outer wall of the locking post 342, the outer diameter of the locking ring 3421 is smaller than the inner diameter of the placement groove 3410, a fixing ring 3411 is fixed to the inner wall of the placement groove 3410 by being protruded inward, the inner diameter of the fixing ring 3411 is larger than the outer diameter of the locking post 342, and the inner diameter of the fixing ring 3411 is smaller than the outer diameter of the locking ring 3421. When the locking post 342 slides downward under the elastic force of the compression spring 343, the locking ring 3421 abuts against the fixing ring 3411, and at this time, the locking ring 3421 can prevent the locking post 342 from sliding down from the placement groove 3410.
When the locking post 342 is pressed, the locking ring 3421 abuts against the inner wall of the inclined plate 3431 to outwardly expand the compression spring 343, so that the water injection pipe 30 is inserted into the inner wall of the positioning post 341, the compression spring 343 is made of elastic material, an inclined plate 3431 is fixed to the upper end of the compression spring 343, the inclined plate 3431 and the compression spring 343 are integrally formed, the inclined plate 3431 is bent toward the locking post 342, and the inclined plate 3431 protrudes out of the inner wall of the locking post 342. The upper end of the inclined plate 3431 abuts against the top wall of the placement groove 3410, and the inner diameter of the annular formation of the inclined plates 3431 is smaller than the outer diameter of the water injection pipe 30. If the locking column 342 is not pressed, the water filling pipe 30 cannot be clamped by the inclined plate 3431; when the locking column 342 is pressed, the inclined plates 3431 can be spread outward from the inside by the locking ring 3421 to insert the water injection pipe 30 into the positioning column 341, and after the locking column 342 is released to be reset, the inclined plates 3431 are reset inward to surround and clamp the outer wall of the water injection pipe 30 from the outside to fix the water injection pipe. Specifically, when the locking column 342 is pressed, the locking column 342 can slide upwards and push the compression spring plate 343 to deform and move towards the two sides of the placing groove 3410 by the locking ring 3421, and at this time, the water injection pipe 30 can pass through the placing groove 3410 and be clamped and fixed in the positioning column 341 by the inclined plate 3431; during work, the pushing cylinder 2 pushes the steel structure upper shell 11 to move downwards to abut against the steel structure lower shell 12, at the moment, the lower end face of the locking column 342 abuts against the steel structure upper shell 11, the locking column 342 is pushed upwards, so that the inclined plate 3431 is pushed to open outwards, and the water injection pipe 30 is separated from the positioning column 341; and at the moment, the pushing cylinder 2 compresses and fixes the steel structure upper shell 11 and the steel structure lower shell 12.
In order to enable the locking ring 3421 to reliably spread the inclined plates 3431, the upper end of the locking ring 3421 is provided with a chamfer 3422, and the angle of inclination of the chamfer 3422 coincides with the angle of inclination of the inclined plates 3431. When the locking ring 3421 is pushed upward, the chamfer 3422 is engaged with and pushes the inclined plate 3431 to open until the water injection pipe 30 is inserted.
In addition, in order to enable the cooling liquid to flow through the clamping assembly 34, the positioning column 341 and the locking column 342 are both hollow cylinders, and a connecting hole 344 is opened on a side wall of the positioning column 341, the connecting hole 344 is communicated with the inside of the positioning column 341, and the water injection pipe 30 should be inserted into the positioning column 341 at a position higher than the placing groove 3410 and not beyond the connecting hole 344, so that the cooling liquid can flow into the water injection pipe 30. While the second fixing plate 32 is internally provided with a drainage tube (not shown in the drawings) communicating with the connection hole 344. The second fixing plate 32 is externally connected to a cooling tank (not shown), and the cooling fluid in the cooling tank (not shown) is communicated with a drainage tube (not shown). In this embodiment, the cooling liquid flows into the connection hole 344 through a drainage tube (not shown), then flows into the positioning post 341 through the connection hole 344, then flows downward into the water injection tube 30 from the positioning post 341, and finally flows downward into the steel structure upper shell 11 through the water injection tube 30.
The device places the steel structure upper shell 11 on the steel structure lower shell 12 and carries out welding, namely, the lower side of the water injection pipe 30 is obliquely arranged, so that the limiting block 301 obliquely downwards penetrates through the water injection hole 110 to enter the steel structure upper shell 11, then the water injection pipe 30 is righted, and the upper end face of the limiting block 301 is abutted against the side wall of the water injection hole 110; the locking column 342 is pressed, and at this time, the locking column 342 pushes the inclined plate 3431 to open through the locking ring 3421, so that the water injection pipe 30 can be inserted into the positioning column 341 until reaching the position below the connection hole 344; the locking column 342 is loosened, at this time, the locking ring 3421 loosens the inclined plate 3431, the inclined plate 3431 is reset and clamps the water injection pipes 30 from the periphery, the water injection pipes 30 are prevented from slipping off, and the two ends of each water injection pipe 30 can be fixed by repeating the above steps; the piston rod of the pushing cylinder 2 slides downwards, the water injection pipe 30 synchronously injects cooling liquid into the steel structure upper shell 11, the clamping assembly 34 drives the steel structure upper shell 11 to be placed on the steel structure lower shell 12, and meanwhile, the injection of the cooling liquid into the steel structure upper shell 11 is completed; after the steel structure upper shell 11 abuts against the steel structure lower shell 12, the pushing cylinder 2 continues to push the steel structure upper shell 11 downward, the lower end wall of the locking column 342 abuts against the steel structure upper shell 11, the locking ring 3421 pushes up the inclined plate 3431 to open towards two sides, the water injection pipe 30 is separated from the clamping assembly 34, and the pushing cylinder 2 compresses the steel structure upper shell 11 and the steel structure lower shell 12.
