背景技术
拉链(zipper)是依靠连续排列的链牙,使物品并合或分离的连接件,现大量用于服装、包袋、帐篷等。
拉链由链牙、拉头、上下止(前码和后码)或锁紧件等组成。其中链牙是关键部分,它直接决定拉链的侧拉强度。一般拉链有两片链带,每片链带上各自有一列链牙,两列链牙相互交错排列。拉头夹持两侧链牙,借助拉襻滑行,即可使两侧的链牙相互啮合或脱开。
拉链按材料区分具有以下三种,包括尼龙拉链、注塑拉链、金属拉链。
目前最常见的拉链以及应用最广泛的拉链就是注塑拉链,注塑拉链由于其成本低廉、性能良好的特点受到广泛欢迎。拉链注塑机主要包括运送装置和注塑主机,运送装置用于移动拉链的链带,注塑主机用于在链带上注塑并成型成链牙、并获得拉链成品。
羽绒服(downcoat),内充羽绒填料的上衣,外形庞大圆润。羽绒服一般鸭绒量占一半以上,同时可以混杂一些细小的羽毛,将鸭绒清洗干净,经高温消毒,之后填充在衣服中就是羽绒服了。羽绒服保暖性最好。多为寒冷地区的人们穿着,也为极地考察人员所常用。
目前羽绒服上采用的拉链品种较多,拉链与羽绒服缝合的部件是拉链中的布带,其也是最容易与羽绒服布料之间发生摩擦的部件,如,在日常穿戴羽绒服时,用户将手插入口袋时,口袋处的拉链经常会与羽绒服袖口处发生摩擦,长时间的使用则会导致静电从而使羽绒服内部的羽绒从布料处钻出,导致羽绒服的质量大大下降。

步骤S2、染色,将织好的中芯层带体和防静电带体进行染色处理;
步骤S3、防静电处理,将防静电带体中部经线对准中芯层带体边缘经线对折后包覆在中芯层带体上;
步骤S4、多层带体错位缝合,将包覆在中芯层带体上的防静电带体和中芯层带体之间进行交叉式缝合;
步骤S5、贴附防水透气膜,于中芯层带体外包覆的防静电带体上贴附一层防水透气膜,防水透气膜贴附面积小于中芯层带体的面积,预留一侧空白部以供链牙、上下止夹持咬合使用。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,所述步骤S1中织带用线为尼龙线和棉线。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,所述步骤S2中将中芯层带体和防静电带体进行染色处理包括以下具体步骤:
1)、布带准备,将中芯层带体和防静电带体进行检验和缝头处理;

3)、浸染,将经过烧毛后的中芯层带体和防静电带体置于染色剂中进行浸泡,浸泡时长为12h~24h;
4)、烘干,将浸染后的中芯层带体和防静电带体置于风热烘干机中进行热风烘干,烘干时长为3h~6h。
作为本发明的进一步优化方案,所述步骤S3中将防静电带体中部经线对准中芯层带体边缘经线对折后包覆在中芯层带体上时,中芯层带体上的线体交接间隙和防静电带体上的线体交接点重叠,然后采用熨烫方式对防静电带体压熨使其预定型。

4)、烘干,将浸染后的中芯层带体和防静电带体置于风热烘干机中进行热风烘干,烘干时长为3h~6h。
可根据实际设计选择染色剂的品种和颜色,染色后的布带具有较佳的观感,并且外表光滑,无粗糙感。
步骤S3、防静电处理,将防静电带体中部经线对准中芯层带体边缘经线对折后包覆在中芯层带体上;
步骤S3中将防静电带体中部经线对准中芯层带体边缘经线对折后包覆在中芯层带体上时,中芯层带体上的线体交接间隙和防静电带体上的线体交接点重叠,然后采用熨烫方式对防静电带体压熨使其预定型。
通过压熨的方式,使得防静电带体被预定型于中芯层带体上,以便于后续的缝合。并且,采用错位包覆的方式可以使得带体上的线体之间的间隙被遮挡,可以有效的防止与羽绒布料缝合处的羽绒从带体上的间隙处钻出,可有效的防止羽绒服跑绒的现象出现。
步骤S4、多层带体错位缝合,将包覆在中芯层带体上的防静电带体和中芯层带体之间进行交叉式缝合;
步骤S4中将包覆在中芯层带体上的防静电带体和中芯层带体之间进行交叉式缝合时,先将防静电带体四角处与中芯层带体之间缝合,然后采用交叉式缝合的方式对分别包覆在中芯层带体两侧边的防静电带体进行缝合使得防静电带体稳定连接在中芯层带体外部。
如图3所示,防静电带体和中芯层带体之间进行交叉式缝合后,对防静电带体两侧边处以及靠近中部折叠处的位置进行经向多道线缝合。防静电带体和中芯层带体之间的连接较为稳定,不会出现防静电带体和中芯层带体之间发生相对位移的情况,
而且可以有效的减少羽绒服布料和拉链布带之间因摩擦而产生的静电反应,可以有效的减少与羽绒服内羽绒因静电反应而钻出的量,大大提高了羽绒服的质量。
步骤S5、贴附防水透气膜,于中芯层带体外包覆的防静电带体上贴附一层防水透气膜,防水透气膜贴附面积小于中芯层带体的面积,如图2所示,防水透气膜贴附在防静电带体外部时,预留一侧空白部以供链牙、上下止夹持咬合使用。
防水透气膜贴附在防静电带体上后,沿着防水透气膜的边沿进行一周的缝合,将其与防静电带体之间进行连接,防水透气膜起到防水、透气的效果。
采用常规的单层布带制成的拉链与本发明中的布带制成的拉链分别缝合在同一件羽绒服的两侧口袋处,并对其进行防跑绒测试,通过羽绒服袖口处的布料对常规拉链和本发明的拉链进行摩擦测试,摩擦次数设为1000次,测试结果表明,常规单层布带制成的拉链处出现跑绒现象,而本发明中的布带制成的拉链处并未发现有跑绒的现象。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种防跑绒羽绒服拉链布带的生产工艺方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1、织带,将若干织带用线置于织带机中采用经、纬向嵌织方式进行编织得到中芯层带体,将涤纶长丝与高性能永久性导电纤维采用经、纬向嵌织方式进行编织获得防静电带体;
步骤S2、染色,将织好的中芯层带体和防静电带体进行染色处理;
步骤S3、防静电处理,将防静电带体中部经线对准中芯层带体边缘经线对折后包覆在中芯层带体上,所述步骤S3中将防静电带体中部经线对准中芯层带体边缘经线对折后包覆在中芯层带体上时,中芯层带体上的线体交接间隙和防静电带体上的线体交接点重叠,然后采用熨烫方式对防静电带体压熨使其预定型;
步骤S4、多层带体错位缝合,将包覆在中芯层带体上的防静电带体和中芯层带体之间进行交叉式缝合,所述步骤S4中将包覆在中芯层带体上的防静电带体和中芯层带体之间进行交叉式缝合时,先将防静电带体四角处与中芯层带体之间缝合,然后采用交叉式缝合的方式对分别包覆在中芯层带体两侧边的防静电带体进行缝合使得防静电带体稳定连接在中芯层带体外部,所述防静电带体和中芯层带体之间进行交叉式缝合后,对防静电带体两侧边处以及靠近中部折叠处的位置进行经向多道线缝合;
步骤S5、贴附防水透气膜,于中芯层带体外包覆的防静电带体上贴附一层防水透气膜,防水透气膜贴附面积小于中芯层带体的面积,预留一侧空白部以供链牙、上下止夹持咬合使用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防跑绒羽绒服拉链布带的生产工艺方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中织带用线为尼龙线和棉线。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防跑绒羽绒服拉链布带的生产工艺方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中将中芯层带体和防静电带体进行染色处理包括以下具体步骤:
1)、布带准备,将中芯层带体和防静电带体进行检验和缝头处理;
2)、烧毛,将经过检验和缝头处理的中芯层带体和防静电带体表面的绒毛去除;
3)、浸染,将经过烧毛后的中芯层带体和防静电带体置于染色剂中进行浸泡,浸泡时长为12h~24h;
4)、烘干,将浸染后的中芯层带体和防静电带体置于风热烘干机中进行热风烘干,烘干时长为3h~6h。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防跑绒羽绒服拉链布带的生产工艺方法,其特征在于:所述防水透气膜贴附在防静电带体上后,沿着防水透气膜的边沿进行一周的缝合,将其与防静电带体之间进行连接。
