Abstract

Background
In the plate pouring production process, a mold box is needed for plate forming, the mold box consists of a bottom mold, side molds and end molds, a mold core is placed in the mold box for pouring, and the mold is opened after forming to take out the plate. In the prior art, a bottom die, a side die and an end die are supported by a hydraulic cylinder, so that the structure is complex, workpieces are complex, and the hydraulic cylinder is not suitable for high-efficiency industrial production.
