Specifically, the kitchen slurry discharge port 12 is connected with a sealed storage tank of the kitchen collecting and transporting vehicle so as to temporarily store large materials which cannot enter the kitchen waste slurry bin 4 to avoid blocking the inner space.
Specifically, the invention also provides a control method of the vehicle-mounted kitchen waste crushing pulping machine, which comprises the following steps:
1) the vehicle-mounted power source drives the first-stage crushing and pulping moving shaft and the second-stage crushing and pulping shaft to rotate;
2) the first-stage crushing pulping moving shaft drives the cutter shaft fixing frame, the cutter shaft, the cutter and the material plectrum to synchronously rotate;
3) the kitchen waste enters the front end of the primary crushing pulping cylinder from the feeding hole, and gradually flows to the rear end of the primary crushing pulping cylinder under the action of gravity while being crushed and pulped;
4) the kitchen waste at the rear end of the primary crushing pulping cylinder is stirred by a material stirring sheet and enters the rear end of the secondary crushing pulping cylinder through a communication port for crushing pulping, and meanwhile, the kitchen waste gradually flows to the front end of the secondary crushing pulping cylinder under the action of gravity;
5) after secondary crushing pulping, materials with the particle size smaller than the pore size of the replaceable screen mesh in the kitchen waste in the secondary crushing pulping cylinder flow into the kitchen waste pulp bin, and the kitchen waste with the particle size larger than the pore size of the replaceable screen mesh is stirred by the material stirring sheet and is discharged through the kitchen waste deslagging port;
6) the liquid level height of the kitchen waste slurry in the kitchen waste slurry bin is checked through the material observation port, and when the liquid level height reaches a preset threshold value, the liquid level height is pumped into a sealed storage tank of the kitchen waste collecting and transporting vehicle through a vehicle-mounted pump.
It will be evident to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing illustrative embodiments, and that the present invention may be embodied in other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential attributes thereof. The present embodiments are therefore to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, the scope of the invention being indicated by the appended claims rather than by the foregoing description, and all changes which come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the claims are therefore intended to be embraced therein. Claims (10)
1. A vehicle-mounted kitchen waste crushing pulping machine comprises a primary crushing pulping barrel (2) and a secondary crushing pulping barrel (3) which are connected with each other, wherein a kitchen waste slurry bin (4) is arranged at the bottoms of the primary crushing pulping barrel (2) and the secondary crushing pulping barrel (3), a feed inlet (1) is formed in the top of the front end of the primary crushing pulping barrel (2) upwards, a kitchen waste slag outlet (5) is formed in the downward direction of the top of the front end of the secondary crushing pulping barrel (3), and a kitchen waste slurry discharge port (12) is formed in the rear end of the kitchen waste slurry bin (4);
the method is characterized in that:
the size of the primary crushing pulping barrel (2) is the same as that of the secondary crushing pulping barrel (3), the primary crushing pulping barrel and the secondary crushing pulping barrel are axially arranged along the front-back direction, the axial front end of the primary crushing pulping barrel (2) is higher than the axial rear end, the axial rear end of the secondary crushing pulping barrel (3) is higher than the axial front end, and the axial rear end of the secondary crushing pulping barrel (3) is equal to the axial rear end of the primary crushing pulping barrel in height; the axial rear ends of the primary crushing pulping barrel (2) and the secondary crushing pulping barrel (3) are provided with a communication port (15);
a primary crushing pulping moving shaft (8) is axially arranged in the primary crushing pulping barrel (2), a secondary crushing pulping moving shaft (9) is axially arranged in the secondary crushing pulping barrel (3), a plurality of cutter shaft fixing frames (82) are uniformly fixed on the primary crushing pulping moving shaft (8) and the secondary crushing pulping moving shaft (9) at equal intervals along the axial direction, a plurality of cutter shaft holes are formed in the outer edges of the cutter shaft fixing frames at equal intervals along the circumferential direction, a cutter shaft (83) axially penetrates through the cutter shaft hole in the corresponding position on each cutter shaft fixing frame (82), two ends of the cutter shaft (83) are fixed through nuts, the cutter (84) is sleeved on the periphery of the cutter shaft (83) through a cutter sleeve hole (841) formed in the end part of the cutter (84), and the cutter (84) can rotate around the cutter shaft (83); the rear end of the primary crushing and pulping moving shaft (8) in the axial direction is also fixedly connected with a material shifting sheet (85).

The vehicle-mounted kitchen waste crushing and pulping machine according to claim 1, characterized in that: the front ends of the first-stage crushing pulping moving shaft (8) and the second-stage crushing pulping moving shaft (9) penetrate through the crushing pulping barrel cover plate (11) and are connected with a vehicle-mounted power source through a bearing seat cover (10), and the rear ends of the first-stage crushing pulping moving shaft (8) and the second-stage crushing pulping moving shaft (9) are connected with the bearing seat cover (10) in a sealing mode.

The vehicle-mounted kitchen waste crushing and pulping machine according to claim 1, characterized in that: the front end bottom of the second-stage crushing pulping barrel (3) is provided with a replaceable screen (31) through a positioning mounting hole (32), a plurality of sieve holes (33) arranged in an array are formed in the replaceable screen (31), the aperture of each sieve hole (33) is smaller than that of the kitchen waste slag outlet (5), and the positioning mounting hole (32) is located on the periphery of each sieve hole (33).

1) the vehicle-mounted power source drives the first-stage crushing and pulping moving shaft and the second-stage crushing and pulping shaft to rotate;
2) the first-stage crushing pulping moving shaft drives the cutter shaft fixing frame, the cutter shaft, the cutter and the material plectrum to synchronously rotate;
3) the kitchen waste enters the front end of the primary crushing pulping cylinder from the feeding hole, and gradually flows to the rear end of the primary crushing pulping cylinder under the action of gravity while being crushed and pulped;
4) the kitchen waste at the rear end of the primary crushing pulping cylinder is stirred by a material stirring sheet and enters the rear end of the secondary crushing pulping cylinder through a communication port for crushing pulping, and meanwhile, the kitchen waste gradually flows to the front end of the secondary crushing pulping cylinder under the action of gravity;
5) after secondary crushing pulping, materials with the particle size smaller than the pore size of the replaceable screen mesh in the kitchen waste in the secondary crushing pulping cylinder flow into the kitchen waste pulp bin, and the kitchen waste with the particle size larger than the pore size of the replaceable screen mesh is stirred by the material stirring sheet and is discharged through the kitchen waste deslagging port;
6) the liquid level height of the kitchen waste slurry in the kitchen waste slurry bin is checked through the material observation port, and when the liquid level height reaches a preset threshold value, the liquid level height is pumped into a sealed storage tank of the kitchen waste collecting and transporting vehicle through a vehicle-mounted pump.
