Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the embodiments of the present invention is to provide an earclip type earphone, aiming at solving the problem that the earphone in the prior art is not suitable for comfortable wearing for a long time.
The embodiment of the invention is realized by providing an earclip type earphone, which comprises an ear front part and an ear rear part, wherein the ear front part is used for being placed in front of an ear, the ear rear part is used for being placed behind the ear, a battery is arranged in the ear rear part, and the ear front part and the ear rear part are mutually connected and can jointly clamp the contour of the ear; the earphone rear part comprises a host part and a clamping part, one end of the host part is connected with one end of the earphone front part, and the other end of the host part is connected with the clamping part.
Furthermore, one end of the host part is mutually pivoted, sleeved or integrally connected with one end of the front part of the ear, and the other end of the host part is pivoted with the clamping part.
Further, the host portion comprises a sleeve body made of flexible materials and a main body portion sleeved with the sleeve body, two ends of the main body portion are connected with the front portion of the ear and the clamping portion respectively, and the clamping portion is further sleeved with the sleeve body.
Furthermore, the clamping part comprises at least two joint parts which are sequentially and mutually connected in a rotating manner, one end of the joint part close to the main body part is connected with the main machine part in a rotating manner, and the end of the joint part far away from the main machine part is a free end;
the joint part comprises clamping pieces and connecting pieces, two adjacent clamping pieces are rotatably connected through the connecting pieces, one end of one connecting piece is pivoted with the main body part, and the other end of the connecting piece is connected with the clamping pieces.
Furthermore, the ear front part comprises a clamping rod and a flexible body, the clamping rod is in a bent shape suitable for the shape of the ear, one end of the clamping rod is pivoted with the main body part, and the flexible body covers the other end of the clamping rod; the flexible body is a conductor which is contained in the concha cavity or a conductor which extends from the concha cavity to the mouth of the external auditory meatus.
Further, the main part includes the support body and is used for turning into the audio frequency signal of telecommunication mechanical oscillation signal and forming easily to the sound generating body of people's ear transmission sound wave, the one end of support body with the anterior pin joint of ear, the other end of support body with the clamping part pin joint, the sound generating body is installed on the support body, the sound generating body is including the electroacoustic transducer and the audio frequency signal of electricity generator of electricity connection, electroacoustic transducer is for containing the piezoelectric motor or the piezoceramics of electrode.
Further, the main body part comprises a frame body, an audio electric signal generator, an equalizer and a monitoring microphone; the bottom installation of support body the audio frequency signal of telecommunication generator, the output of audio frequency signal of telecommunication generator with the input electricity of equalizer is connected, monitor the microphone with the control end electricity of equalizer is connected, the equalizer adjusts the audio frequency signal of telecommunication of inserting and exports extremely the audio frequency signal of telecommunication generator.
Furthermore, the ear front part comprises a diaphragm unit for receiving the audio electrical signal output by the host part and generating sound, a casing for covering the diaphragm unit, and a clamping rod, wherein the casing is connected with one end of the clamping rod, and the other end of the clamping rod is connected with the host part.
Further, the ear front part further comprises a sound guiding hose for placing at the mouth of the external ear canal, and the shell is connected with the sound guiding hose.
Further, the casing is made of a waterproof sound-transmitting polymer film material.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that: the invention connects the ear front part and the main body part to form clamping to the auricle, and places the battery in the ear back part, and places the ear back part in the space with the ear back relatively open, without being limited by the biological structure in the concha cavity, and can be used for installing the battery with larger volume and capacity, thereby obviously improving the working time of the real wireless earphone and improving the hidden wearing characteristic. In addition, the rear part of the ear is divided into the host part and the clamping part which are pivoted with each other, so that the host part and the clamping part can be clamped on the back surface of the auricle in a rotating and mutually approaching mode, the back surface of the auricle is fully attached, the sound generating device can be stably clamped on the auricle, and the sound generating device is more suitable for being comfortably worn for a long time under the condition of improving the working time compared with the traditional wearing modes such as in-ear type, earplug type, ear hanging type and head wearing type.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Example one
Fig. 1 to 4 show an earclip-type earphone according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The earclip type earphone comprises an ear front part 1 used for being placed in front of an ear and an ear rear part 2 used for being placed behind the ear, a battery and a mainboard are arranged in the ear rear part, the ear rear part 2 comprises a host part and a clamping part 22, one end of the host part is mutually connected with one end of the ear front part 1, specifically, the battery is contained in the host part, one end of the host part is pivoted with one end of the ear front part 1, the other end of the host part is pivoted with the clamping part 22, during specific application, damping type pivoting is respectively carried out between the host part and the ear front part 22 and between the host part and the clamping part 22, and after the other end of the ear front part 1 rotates relative to the host part, the ear front part 1 and the host part can clamp an auricle 100.
The front part 1 and the main part are mutually pivoted, so that the front part and the main part can be mutually rotated, close to, clamped and fixed on the auricle 100 or taken down from the auricle 100 in a spreading mode, the main part is arranged in a space with a relatively open back of the ear without being limited by the biological structure in the cavum concha, the main part is divided into the main part and the clamping part 22 which are mutually pivoted, the main part and the clamping part 22 can also be clamped on the back of the auricle 100 in a rotating and mutually close mode to realize the full fit with the back of the auricle 100, the sound production device can be stably clamped on the auricle 100, the vertical shaking is limited, the sound production device is more suitable for long-time comfortable wearing compared with the traditional wearing modes such as in-ear type, earplug type, ear-hanging type and head-wearing type, the main part can be arranged at the back of the auricle 100, the battery capacity can be increased, and the longer working time can be obtained, and the concealed wearing characteristic can be improved.
In this embodiment, the clamping portion 22 includes a joint portion, one end of the joint portion is pivotally connected to the main portion, and the other end is a free end. In other embodiments, the clamping portion 22 includes at least two joint portions, the joint portions are sequentially and mutually rotatably connected, one end of the joint portion close to the host portion is rotatably connected with the host portion, and one end of the joint portion far away from the host portion is a free end; the auricle 100 is clamped in multiple joints by the joint portion, and the stability of clamping the auricle 100 is further improved.
Specifically, the joint portion includes a clamping member 221 and a connecting member 222, two adjacent clamping members 221 are rotatably connected through the connecting member 222, and the clamping member 221 and the connecting member 222 are in a rotation damping connection. One end of one of the connecting members 222 is pivotally connected to the main body, and the other end of the connecting member 222 is connected to the clamping member 221, so that the clamping member 221 can be attached to the back of the auricle 100 after rotating relative to the connecting member 222.
In the above-mentioned embodiment, host computer portion includes the cover body 3 made by flexible material and the main part 21 of establishing by the cover body 3 cover, the both ends of main part 21 respectively with the ear front portion 1, the mutual pin joint of clamping part 22, the clamping part 22 is established to cover body 3 still cover, this cover body 3 profile and earflap shape are commensurable in order to ensure the auricle back of can fully laminating of cover body surface energy, and certain elasticity has, wrap up main part 21 and clamping part 22 through flexible cover body 3, on the one hand can play protection and dirt-proof effect to ear rear portion 2, on the other hand can wear by comfortable stable centre gripping more. In other embodiments, one end of the ear front portion 1 is sleeved with the sheath body 3 or integrally connected with the sheath body 3.
In the first embodiment, the ear front portion 1 includes a clamping rod 11 and a flexible body 12, the clamping rod 11 is a curved shape suitable for the ear shape, one end of the clamping rod 11 is pivoted with the main body portion 21, and the flexible body 12 covers the other end of the clamping rod 11, so that the clamping rod 11 and the ear rear portion 2 rotate to approach each other and then clamp and fix the auricle 100, and the flexible body 12 can be attached to and arranged in the concha cavity. The flexible body is the conductor that is used for the holding in the concha intracavity, and when flexible body 12 pasted when locating the concha intracavity, on the one hand can hide flexible body 12, strengthens the hidden characteristic of complete machine, can strengthen the conduction of sound wave on the one hand.
The main part 21 includes support body 211 and is used for converting the audio-frequency electric signal into mechanical oscillation signal and forms the sound generating body 212 that easily transmits the sound wave to the human ear, the battery is the power supply of sound generating body 212, the one end of support body 211 and the pin joint of the clamping rod 11 of the anterior 1 of ear, the other end and the pin joint of clamping part 22 of support body 211, first sound generating body 212 is installed on support body 211, make sound generating body 212 can arrange in auricle 100 behind one's back in the more broad space, and can hide behind the ear, clamping rod 11, be suitable for the connection structure of centre gripping on auricle 100 between support body 211 and the joint portion formation. The sounding body 212 includes an electroacoustic transducer 2122 and an audio electric signal generator 2121, and the electroacoustic transducer 2122 is a piezoelectric motor or a piezoelectric ceramic having electrodes.
Example two
As shown in fig. 5, the difference between the ear-clip type earphone according to the second embodiment of the present invention and the first embodiment is the structure of the flexible body 12, specifically, the flexible body 12 is a conductive body extending from the concha cavity to the mouth of the external auditory canal, such that one end of the flexible body 12 is disposed in the concha cavity and connected to the holding rod 11, and the other end thereof extends into the mouth of the external auditory canal, and one end of the flexible body 12 extending into the mouth of the external auditory canal is cylindrical, in other embodiments, the flexible body 12 may also be a cylindrical structure with an umbrella-shaped front end or other shapes capable of extending into the external auditory canal and shielding the external auditory canal to different degrees, so as to adapt to the mouth of the external auditory canal.
Except for the above structure, the other structures of the second embodiment are similar to or the same as those of the first embodiment, and are not repeated herein.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, a third embodiment of an earclip-type earphone according to the present invention is different from the first embodiment in that:
the main body 21 includes a frame 211, an audio signal generator 2121, an equalizer (not shown), and a monitoring microphone (not shown); the bottom of the frame body 211 is provided with an audio electric signal generator 2121, the output end of the audio electric signal generator 2121 is electrically connected with the input end of an equalizer, the monitoring microphone is electrically connected with the control end of the equalizer, and the equalizer adjusts the accessed audio electric signal and outputs the adjusted audio electric signal to the audio electric signal generator.
The ear front part 1 comprises a diaphragm unit 131 for receiving an audio electrical signal output by the host part and generating sound, an enclosure 132 for coating the diaphragm unit 131, and a clamping rod 11, wherein the enclosure 132 is connected with one end of the clamping rod 11, the other end of the clamping rod 11 is connected with a frame body 211 of the host part, and the enclosure 132 is made of a waterproof sound-transmitting polymer film material.
In addition to the above structures, other structures in the third embodiment of the present invention are the same as or similar to those in the first embodiment, and are not described herein again.
Fig. 8 is a diagram illustrating sound wave test of the ear-clip type earphone according to the third embodiment of the present invention when the equalizer is not activated and the ear-clip type earphone is in a noisy environment, as can be seen from fig. 7, in the noisy environment, the equalizer is not activated, the useful signal emitted from the earphone at 25Hz to 10KHz is submerged by the ambient noise, and the human voice and the audio information cannot be identified. Fig. 9 shows an acoustic test chart of the third embodiment of the ear-clip type earphone when the equalizer is activated and the ear-clip type earphone is in a noisy environment, as can be seen from fig. 10, after the adaptive equalization is added to the noisy environment, the effective signal is highlighted from the noise floor, and the main information of human voice and audio can be identified.
The monitoring microphone dynamically calls equalizers with different parameters to adjust the frequency response of audio output according to the real-time detected environmental noise intensity and signal-to-noise ratio level, so that signal leakage is restrained in a quiet environment, and the identifiability of human voice is improved in a noise environment.
Example four
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, an earclip-type earphone according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention is different from the third embodiment in that:
the ear front portion 1 includes a sound guide hose 133 for being placed at the mouth of the external auditory canal, and the casing 132 is connected to the sound guide hose 133, and the sound guide hose 133 is plugged at the mouth of the external auditory canal, thereby enhancing the purity of the sound signal transmitted from the diaphragm unit 131 placed outside the external auditory canal into the auditory canal and isolating the noise from the outside to some extent, and since the sound guide hose 133 is made of a flexible material and does not have any rigid component therein, the comfort of wearing it for a long time is sufficiently maintained.
In the fourth embodiment of the present invention, other structures are the same as or similar to the third embodiment, and are not described herein again.
EXAMPLE five
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, an earclip-type earphone according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention is different from the third embodiment in that:
the ear front part comprises a sound guide hose 133 for placing at the mouth of the external auditory canal, a diaphragm unit 131 mounted in the sound guide hose 133, and a casing 132, wherein the diaphragm unit 131 passes through the casing 132 through a lead and extends into the clamping rod to be electrically connected with the audio electric signal generator 2121, and the casing 132 is connected with the clamping rod 11. In this fifth embodiment, the wrapping body 132 is made of a plastic material, wraps one end of the holding rod 11, and is adapted to the cavity of the concha, so that the diaphragm unit 131 is placed in front of the sound-guiding hose 133, and the sound-guiding hose 133 is plugged into the external auditory canal, so that a flexible material with a stretch-resistant characteristic can be used to obtain a better sound-insulating effect, thereby effectively enhancing the transmission of sound waves and reducing sound leakage.
In addition to the above structures, other structures in the fifth embodiment of the present invention are the same as or similar to those in the third embodiment, and are not described herein again.
It should be noted that the main body portion and the holding portion can accommodate a battery, and if the rear of the ear forms the main body portion and two or more joint portions, any or all of the above portions can be used for accommodating a battery. Thus, the positions and the connection relationship of the host portion and the nip portion can be replaced with each other. The main body part and the plurality of joint parts can use other link modes equivalent to pin joint to ensure that the rear part of the ear as an inner connection whole can be arranged according to the shape of the back of the auricle and sufficiently fit with the helix, so that a wearer can obtain better listening effect and wearing stability, and meanwhile, the whole equipment can contain much more battery capacity and continuous working time than the batteries which are arranged in front of the ear or in the back of the ear.
EXAMPLE six
As shown in fig. 14 and 15, the rear ear part 2 includes a main body part and a holding part integrally connected to each other, and a front end of the main body part is integrally connected to the front ear part 1 to form an earclip type earphone, the rear ear part 2 of the earphone includes a main body part, one or more surfaces of the main body part can simultaneously fit the skin of the back surface of the auricle and the junction of the auricle and the cranium behind the ear, and extend toward the upper edge of the auricle in conformity with the contour of the auricle, so that the connective tissue of the auricle is interposed therebetween to face a part of the main body part of the casing of the front ear part 1, that is, the rear end of the rear ear part 2 in this embodiment, and the structural function of the holding part is carried. The other part of the host unit does not have to form a clip for the auricle together with the auricle 1, and forms a joint for the back of the auricle together with the clip 22.
The different shapes of the ear fronts provided by the first embodiment and the second embodiment of the invention can be used for constructing the earphone containing the diaphragm unit, and the sound generating element is arranged in front of the ear and far away from the external ear door, so that no rigid object is extruded to block the external auditory canal, and the earphone is stably worn mainly by the ear fronts and the ear backs fully attached to the back of the auricle, and is suitable for long-term use.
