The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a control management system of an intelligent bullet cabinet, aiming at the defects of the prior art, the comprehensive monitoring of the environment, security protection, fire protection, equipment working conditions and power conditions in the intelligent bullet cabinet is realized, the microenvironment in the cabinet is managed, the gun taking and returning process, the bullet taking and returning process and the personnel dynamic state are comprehensively managed, and the system can be connected with a warehouse machine and a gun and ammunition management and control platform to form a set of complete gun and ammunition management and control system.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a control management system of an intelligent bullet cabinet comprises a main control module, a data acquisition module, a gun storage module, an ammunition storage module, a communication module and a power supply module, wherein the data acquisition module, the gun storage module, the ammunition storage module, the communication module and the power supply module are connected with the main control module; the data acquisition module is used for acquiring environmental information and various security and fire protection data in the bullet cabinet and transmitting the acquired data to the main control module; the gun storage module is used for storing different types of guns and transmitting the state data of the guns to the main control module; the ammunition storage module is used for storing unpackaged ammunition and scattered ammunition; the communication module is connected with the main control module and is responsible for transmitting data received by the main control module to the gun and ammunition control platform and receiving control instructions of the control platform; the power supply module supplies power to the modules and the equipment in the bullet cabinet; the main control module judges the environment in the cabinet and the security and fire protection conditions according to the received various data, and automatically controls the environment treatment equipment in the cabinet in a closed loop mode according to the judgment result to keep the microenvironment in the cabinet balanced; meanwhile, the intelligent door lock and the user authority of the bullet cabinet are managed, and the storage conditions of guns and ammunition in the bullet cabinet are judged.
Preferably, the data acquisition module comprises an environment data acquisition submodule and a security and fire protection data acquisition submodule; the environment data acquisition submodule comprises a temperature acquisition transmitting unit, a humidity acquisition transmitting unit and a salt fog acquisition transmitting unit, and is used for acquiring temperature, humidity and salt fog data in the bullet cabinet through a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor and a salt fog sensor which are placed in the cabinet body and transmitting the acquired data to the main control module; the security and protection fire-fighting data acquisition submodule comprises a cabinet door magnetic data acquisition unit, a video monitoring unit and a smoke acquisition and transmission unit, acquires cabinet door magnetic data, image data in a cabinet and smoke data through a door magnetic sensor installed on a cabinet door, a camera array and a smoke sensor, wherein the camera array and the smoke sensor are placed in the cabinet body, and transmits the acquired data to the main control module.
Preferably, the gun storage module comprises a long gun storage unit and a short gun storage unit, the long gun storage unit and the short gun storage unit both comprise a stock or a handle support and a barrel support, an RFID identification device and a pressure switch are arranged in the stock support, a plurality of groups of infrared correlation devices are arranged in the barrel support, and the RFID identification device identifies an RFID chip in the stock or the handle and determines the gun ID; the pressure switch identifies whether the gun is in place, and the infrared correlation device identifies gun taking and gun returning operations according to the shielding sequence; and the data of the RFID identification device, the pressure switch and the plurality of groups of infrared correlation devices are all connected with the main control module.
Preferably, the ammunition storage module comprises a common ammunition storage unit and a gravimetric ammunition storage unit for storage, wherein the common ammunition storage unit stores whole bags and whole boxes of unsealed ammunition; the ammunition weighing storage unit adopts the weighing drawer to store unpacked scattered ammunition and has the function of weighing.
Preferably, the power supply module comprises a switching power supply, a backup power supply system and a power supply monitoring unit; the switch power supply converts AC220V alternating current into stable DC12V to supply power for various devices in the intelligent bullet cabinet, the backup power supply system comprises a lithium battery, a charge-discharge controller and an intelligent switching unit which are connected, the backup power supply is provided for various devices in the cabinet, and the backup power supply system is seamlessly switched to a power supply of the backup power supply system under the condition that the alternating current of the switch power supply is powered off, so that the normal work of all devices in the bullet cabinet is ensured; the power monitoring unit monitors the current and the voltage of the direct-current output port of the switching power supply, monitors the capacity, the charging and discharging working conditions and the battery temperature of the lithium battery in the backup power supply system, and guarantees the normal work of the power supply module.

In this embodiment, a control management system of an intelligent bullet cabinet, as shown in fig. 1, includes a main control module, and a data acquisition module, a gun storage module, an ammunition storage module, a communication module, and a power module connected to the main control module; the data acquisition module is used for acquiring environmental information and various security and fire protection data in the bullet cabinet and transmitting the acquired data to the main control module; the gun storage module is used for storing different types of guns and transmitting the state data of the guns to the main control module; the ammunition storage module is used for storing unpackaged ammunition and scattered ammunition; the communication module is connected with the main control module and is responsible for transmitting data received by the main control module to the gun and ammunition control platform and receiving control instructions of the control platform; the power supply module supplies power to the modules and the equipment in the bullet cabinet; the main control module judges the environment in the cabinet and the security and fire protection conditions according to the received various data, and automatically controls the environment treatment equipment in the cabinet in a closed loop mode according to the judgment result to keep the microenvironment in the cabinet balanced; meanwhile, the intelligent door lock and the user authority of the bullet cabinet are managed, and the storage conditions of guns and ammunition in the bullet cabinet are judged.

The gun storage module comprises a long gun storage unit and a short gun storage unit, wherein the long gun storage unit and the short gun storage unit respectively comprise a stock or a handle support and a barrel support, an RFID identification device and a pressure switch are arranged in the stock support, a plurality of groups of infrared correlation devices are arranged in the barrel support, the RFID identification device identifies RFID chips in the stock or the handle, and gun ID is determined; the pressure switch identifies whether the gun is in place, and the infrared correlation device identifies gun taking and gun returning operations according to the shielding sequence; the RFID identification device, the pressure switch and the plurality of groups of infrared correlation devices are all connected with the main control module.
The ammunition storage module comprises a common ammunition storage unit and a weighing ammunition storage unit for storage, wherein the common ammunition storage unit stores a whole package and a whole box of unpacked ammunition; the ammunition weighing storage unit adopts the weighing drawer to store unpacked scattered ammunition and has the function of weighing.
The power supply module comprises a switching power supply, a backup power supply system and a power supply monitoring unit; the switch power supply converts AC220V alternating current into stable DC12V to supply power to various devices in the intelligent bullet cabinet, the backup power supply system comprises a lithium battery, a charge-discharge controller and an intelligent switching unit which are connected, the backup power supply is provided for various devices in the cabinet, and the power supply of the backup power supply system can be seamlessly switched to the power supply of the backup power supply system within 10 milliseconds under the condition that the alternating current of the switch power supply is powered off, so that the normal work of all devices in the bullet cabinet is ensured; the power monitoring unit monitors the current and the voltage of the direct-current output port of the switching power supply, monitors the capacity of a lithium battery, the charging and discharging working condition and the temperature of the battery in the backup power supply system, guarantees the normal work of the power supply module, carries out local acousto-optic alarm through the alarm unit of the main controller when monitoring that the voltage, the current or the temperature exceed a set value, and transmits alarm information into a gun and ammunition management and control platform through the communication module to carry out further alarm and alarm processing work.
The main control module comprises a front-end controller, a permission management unit, an environment management unit, a security and fire protection management unit, a gun management unit, an ammunition management unit, an interaction unit and an alarm unit;
the authority management unit identifies the user through the video monitoring image and the user information acquired by the data acquisition module, judges the user behavior according to the identification result and the preset user authority, allows the user to access firearms and ammunition within the authority range if the judgment is passed, and refuses the operation behavior of the user if the judgment is not passed;
the environment management unit judges whether the environment in the cabinet reaches the standard according to the environment data in the cabinet acquired by the environment data acquisition submodule, if not, double-PID control is adopted to automatically control the operation of the environment management equipment in the bullet cabinet in a closed-loop manner, and after the environment monitoring data in the cabinet reaches the standard, the environment management equipment is automatically controlled to stop operating in the closed-loop manner, so that the microenvironment in the cabinet is kept balanced;
the security protection and fire protection management unit judges that a manager with authority can open the intelligent bullet cabinet according to an instruction issued by the warehouse machine, controls opening and locking of an intelligent door lock of the intelligent bullet cabinet according to bullet management regulations, judges whether smoke exists in the bullet cabinet according to smoke data acquired by the security protection and fire protection data acquisition submodule, and triggers the alarm unit to give an alarm when the smoke exists; judging the opening condition of the cabinet door according to the door magnetic data, and triggering an alarm when the opening time of the cabinet door is greater than a set threshold value;

In this embodiment, a control process of the bullet cabinet by the control management system of the intelligent bullet cabinet of the present invention is shown in fig. 2, and specifically includes: firstly, initializing a control management system program, carrying out state identification after initialization, comparing original state data stored last before initialization with current state data, if the original state data are not accordant with the current state data, alarming, prompting manual intervention, and if the original state data are accordant with the current state data, entering a submodule, wherein the submodule comprises an environment management submodule and a process control submodule.
After the system enters an environment management submodule, firstly, environment state recognition is carried out, wherein the environment state recognition comprises temperature, humidity, salt fog parameters and the like of a microenvironment in the cabinet, the system compares environment parameter data measured by various sensors with original set environment state parameters, namely, upper and lower limit threshold parameters of the original set environment temperature, humidity, salt fog and the like, and if a certain environment is in a set threshold parameter range, the comparison result returns to circularly detect the environment parameter data measured by various sensors; and if the comparison result shows that a certain environment is out of the range of the set threshold parameter, automatically starting matched environment treatment equipment, such as an air conditioner, a dehumidifier, a ventilator and the like in the cabinet, circularly detecting various environment parameters after the environment treatment equipment is started, and automatically stopping the environment treatment equipment and circularly detecting various environment parameters when the environment parameters reach the range of the set threshold parameter.
The flow control sub-module comprises a bullet taking flow and a bullet returning flow, and the embodiment takes a bullet taking and returning process as an example to explain the bullet taking and returning flow of the intelligent bullet cabinet under the management control system. In the gun taking process, firstly, a gun taking command is issued by a gun and ammunition management and control platform, wherein the command comprises gun managers, gun taking personnel, gun taking quantity, gun taking type, gun position and the like, the command reaches a main control module of an intelligent gun and ammunition cabinet control management system through a network, cabinet door lock authentication is performed by the gun managers and the gun taking personnel, the cabinet door lock authentication comprises face identification, fingerprint identification, finger vein identification, password identification, mechanical and electronic key identification and the like, the gun management personnel and the gun taking personnel authentication information are compared with the command information by the system, if the command information does not conform to the command information, an alarm is automatically given, manual intervention is requested, and if the command information conforms to the command information, the door is opened to perform gun taking operation; the system detects the gun type of the gun, the positions of the gun in place, the gun out of place, the gun alignment position, the gun dislocation position and the like, if the position does not accord with the command, the system automatically alarms to request manual intervention, and if the position accords with the command, the gun is successfully taken; the system detects the gun taking quantity, if the gun taking quantity is not consistent with the command gun taking quantity and the gun taking quantity is less than the command gun taking quantity, the next gun taking operation cycle is carried out; if the gun taking quantity is consistent with the command gun taking quantity, closing the door and completing the gun taking operation process.
In the gun returning process, a gun returning command is issued by a gun and ammunition management and control platform, the gun returning command comprises a gun manager, a gun returning person, the gun returning quantity, the gun type, the gun position and the like, the command reaches the main control module of the intelligent gun and ammunition cabinet control management system through a network, the gun manager and the gun returning person perform cabinet door lock authentication including face identification, fingerprint identification, finger vein identification, password identification, mechatronic key identification and the like, the system compares the gun manager and the gun taking person authentication information with the command information, if the command information does not conform to the command information, an alarm is automatically given, manual intervention is requested, and if the command information conforms to the command information, the door is opened to perform gun returning operation; the system carries out gun returning type, gun in-position, out-position, alignment, dislocation and other position detection, if the gun returning type and the gun in-position, the system does not accord with the command, the system automatically alarms and requests manual intervention, and if the gun returning type and the gun in-position, the system succeeds in returning the gun; the system detects the gun returning quantity, if the gun returning quantity is not consistent with the command gun taking quantity and the gun returning quantity is less than the command gun returning quantity, the next gun returning operation cycle is carried out; and if the gun returning quantity is consistent with the gun taking quantity, closing the door and finishing the gun returning operation process.
