(3)本发明所述的一种建筑施工用基坑排水设备,所述高度调节结构上设有用于卷收水管的卷收结构,进而便于通过所述卷收结构对管道进行卷收,所述高度调节结构的设置使卷收完的管道更加稳定,即:当需要卷收管道时,转动所述丝杆,所述丝杆螺纹驱动所述滑杆与所述滑套之间滑动,使所述滑套带动所述导向轴高度变高,使所述卷收轮远离所述底座,然后手握所述摇把,所述摇把带动所述卷收轮与所述导向轴转动,使所述卷收轮对管道进行卷收,同时所述卷收轮上设有安装孔,便于通过扎带对管道进行绑扎,然后反向转动所述丝杆,所述丝杆螺纹驱动所述滑杆与所述滑套之间滑动,使所述滑套带动所述导向轴高度变低,使所述卷收轮朝向所述底座,使所述卷收轮配合所述底座将管道夹持固定。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1-图10所示,本发明所述的一种建筑施工用基坑排水设备包括水泵5,所述水泵5通过旋转接头7连接于过滤结构1,用于实现移动设备、过滤积水中的废屑和防护水泵5损坏的过滤结构1上连接有用于提高过滤性能的驱动结构6,所述过滤结构1上设有高度调节结构2且通过限位结构4进行限位,所述高度调节结构2上设有用于卷收水管的卷收结构3。
具体的,所述过滤结构1包括外壳12,所述水泵5设于外壳12的内部,所述水泵5的进水口通过管道连接于所述外壳12上的两个旋转接头7,所述旋转接头7与连接轴15之间转动连接,所述连接轴15与所述外壳12之间转动连接,所述连接轴15上固定有浮轮11,所述浮轮11上设有圆环形的过滤网14,所述浮轮11上设有转动连接的旋转套16,所述旋转套16上设有环形结构的导流槽17,所述导流槽17与连接轴15导通,所述旋转套16上设有与所述导流槽17导通的软管18,所述软管18上设有重力球19,所述重力球19与软管18导通。
具体的,所述浮轮11由两部分组成且可拆卸,进而便于拆卸浮轮11,对浮轮11的内部的其他组件进行检修维护,所述外壳12上设有四个限位框13。
具体的,所述驱动结构6包括液压缸61,所述外壳12的内部设有液压缸61,所述液压缸61的端部连接于U形的、端部与齿轮63啮合的驱动齿条62,所述齿轮63固定于内部中空的连接轴15;所述水泵5通过旋转接头7连接于过滤结构1,用于实现移动设备、过滤积水中的废屑和防护水泵5损坏的过滤结构1上连接有用于提高过滤性能的驱动结构6,进而便于通过过滤结构1移动设备,同时通过过滤结构1提高废屑过滤性能,同时便于取出基坑中的设备,大大提高了操作灵活性,同时避免了操作人员进入基坑中,进而进一步的提高了安全性,驱动结构6的设置便于对过滤结构1进行限位,同时便于驱动过滤结构1移动,使过滤性能更好,即:当需要移动设备或者将设备中的外壳12连同水泵5其他组件放入或者取出基坑中时,所述液压缸61收缩(在外壳12中设置蓄电池、远程遥控开关,蓄电池与远程遥控开关及其液压缸61之间电性连接),液压缸61带动所述驱动齿条62与外壳12之间滑动,使驱动齿轮62与齿轮63之间逐渐不接触,然后浮轮11可与地面滚动,可手握滑套23拉动滑套23,使滑套23带动滑杆22,滑杆22带动底座21,使底座21带动外壳12上的限位框13,使外壳12充当车架,所述浮轮11充当车轮,便于移动设备,当将水泵5没入基坑中时,可手握连接水泵的外接管道,使浮轮11在基坑的坡面上缓慢滚动,进而使水泵5的取用更加方便,同时避免了操作人员进入基坑,大大提高了安全性,同时当浮轮11与基坑液面接触后,在浮轮11的浮轮作用下,使外壳12大部分漂浮在液面上,进而有效避免所述过滤网14直接与基坑淤泥接触,大大提高了防堵性能,当所述过滤网14堵塞时,所述水泵5上的流速传感器将数据传输至控制组件,控制液压缸61伸长,所述液压缸61带动驱动齿条62,使所述驱动齿条62带动齿轮63转动,所述齿轮63带动连接轴15,使所述连接轴15带动浮轮11及其过滤网14转动,进而更换过滤网14的位置,同时在离心力作用下过滤网14将废屑甩出,大大提高了防堵性能,所述浮轮11上设有转动连接的所述旋转套16,进而在重力球19的作用下,使所述重力球19带动软管18,使所述旋转套16转动,进而使所述重力球19始终朝向最底端,进而使抽水性能更好。
具体的,所述高度调节结构2包括底座21,所述底座21与限位框13之间卡合,所述底座21上设有滑杆22,所述滑杆22上滑动连接有滑套23,所述滑套23上转动连接有丝杆24,所述丝杆24螺纹驱动滑杆22与滑套23之间滑动,所述底座21的底端四角处为四棱锥结构,且所述滑杆22的底端呈U形,便于与所述卷收轮31错位,所述限位结构4包括螺杆42,所述底座21上设有转动连接的螺杆42,所述螺杆42的两端的螺纹方向相反,所述螺杆42螺纹驱动两个驱动块41在底座21上滑动,两个所述驱动块41的滑动方向相反,所述驱动块41与推块43抵触,所述驱动块41驱动推块43在底座21上滑动,所述推块43的顶端的截面呈梯形,所述推块43的滑动方向与驱动块41的滑动方向垂直,所述推块43的底端设有倾斜设置的驱动槽46,所述驱动槽46上设有滚动连接的滚轮45,所述滚轮45与限位块44之间转动连接且驱动限位块44在底座21上滑动,所述限位块44与限位框13之间卡合,所述推块43与底座21之间设有复位弹簧47,所述过滤结构1上设有高度调节结构2且通过限位结构4进行限位,进而便于通过所述限位结构4快速的将高度调节结构2与过滤结构1连接,使整个设备的移动更加方便,同时限位结构4的设置增大了与地面接触面积,使高度调节结构放置更加稳定,即:当将设备移动到指定位置时,转动所述螺杆42 ,使所述螺杆42螺纹驱动两个所述驱动块41相对滑动,使所述驱动块41与所述推块43的抵触力减小,使所述复位弹簧47伸长驱动所述推块43与底座21滑动,所述推块43滑动带动滚轮45与驱动槽46滚动,所述滚轮45带动所述限位块44收纳在所述底座21的内部,然后限位块44与限位框13不抵触,进而便于取出底座21,然后将底座21放置在合适位置,所述底座21的底端为四棱锥结构,进而便于嵌入泥土中,然后转动所述螺杆42 ,使所述螺杆42螺纹驱动两个所述驱动块41相背滑动,使所述驱动块41驱动所述推块43滑动,使所述复位弹簧47收缩,所述推块43滑动带动滚轮45与驱动槽46滚动,所述滚轮45带动所述限位块44滑出所述底座21,进而增大了与地面的接触面积,使放置更加稳定。
具体的,所述卷收结构3包括导向轴34,所述导向轴34固定于滑套23,所述导向轴34上设有转动连接的卷收轮31,所述卷收轮31呈“工”字形,所述卷收轮31上设有转动连接的摇把32,所述摇把32的轴心与卷收轮31的轴心不重合,且所述卷收轮31上设有安装孔33;所述高度调节结构2上设有用于卷收水管的卷收结构3,进而便于通过所述卷收结构3对管道进行卷收,所述高度调节结构2的设置使卷收完的管道更加稳定,即:当需要卷收管道时,转动所述丝杆24,所述丝杆24螺纹驱动所述滑杆22与所述滑套23之间滑动,使所述滑套23带动所述导向轴34高度变高,使所述卷收轮31远离所述底座21,然后手握所述摇把32,所述摇把32带动所述卷收轮31与所述导向轴34转动,使所述卷收轮31对管道进行卷收,同时所述卷收轮31上设有安装孔33,便于通过扎带对管道进行绑扎,然后反向转动所述丝杆24,所述丝杆24螺纹驱动所述滑杆22与所述滑套23之间滑动,使所述滑套23带动所述导向轴34高度变低,使所述卷收轮朝向所述底座21,使所述卷收轮31配合所述底座21将管道夹持固定。

1.一种建筑施工用基坑排水设备,其特征在于,包括水泵(5),所述水泵(5)通过旋转接头(7)连接于过滤结构(1),用于实现移动设备、过滤积水中的废屑和防护水泵(5)损坏的过滤结构(1)上连接有用于提高过滤性能的驱动结构(6),所述过滤结构(1)上设有高度调节结构(2)且通过限位结构(4)进行限位,所述高度调节结构(2)上设有用于卷收水管的卷收结构(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑施工用基坑排水设备,其特征在于:所述过滤结构(1)包括外壳(12),所述水泵(5)设于外壳(12)的内部,所述水泵(5)的进水口通过管道连接于所述外壳(12)上的两个旋转接头(7),所述旋转接头(7)与连接轴(15)之间转动连接,所述连接轴(15)与所述外壳(12)之间转动连接,所述连接轴(15)上固定有浮轮(11),所述浮轮(11)上设有圆环形的过滤网(14)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种建筑施工用基坑排水设备,其特征在于:所述浮轮(11)上设有转动连接的旋转套(16),所述旋转套(16)上设有环形结构的导流槽(17),所述导流槽(17)与连接轴(15)导通,所述旋转套(16)上设有与所述导流槽(17)导通的软管(18),所述软管(18)上设有重力球(19),所述重力球(19)与软管(18)导通。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种建筑施工用基坑排水设备,其特征在于:所述浮轮(11)由两部分组成且可拆卸,所述外壳(12)上设有四个限位框(13)。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种建筑施工用基坑排水设备,其特征在于:所述驱动结构(6)包括液压缸(61),所述外壳(12)的内部设有液压缸(61),所述液压缸(61)的端部连接于U形的、端部与齿轮(63)啮合的驱动齿条(62),所述齿轮(63)固定于内部中空的连接轴(15)。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种建筑施工用基坑排水设备,其特征在于:所述高度调节结构(2)包括底座(21),所述底座(21)与限位框(13)之间卡合,所述底座(21)上设有滑杆(22),所述滑杆(22)上滑动连接有滑套(23),所述滑套(23)上转动连接有丝杆(24),所述丝杆(24)螺纹驱动滑杆(22)与滑套(23)之间滑动。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种建筑施工用基坑排水设备,其特征在于:所述底座(21)的底端四角处为四棱锥结构,且所述滑杆(22)的底端呈U形。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种建筑施工用基坑排水设备,其特征在于:所述限位结构(4)包括螺杆(42),所述底座(21)上设有转动连接的螺杆(42),所述螺杆(42)的两端的螺纹方向相反,所述螺杆(42)螺纹驱动两个驱动块(41)在底座(21)上滑动,两个所述驱动块(41)的滑动方向相反,所述驱动块(41)与推块(43)抵触,所述驱动块(41)驱动推块(43)在底座(21)上滑动,所述推块(43)的顶端的截面呈梯形,所述推块(43)的滑动方向与驱动块(41)的滑动方向垂直,所述推块(43)的底端设有倾斜设置的驱动槽(46),所述驱动槽(46)上设有滚动连接的滚轮(45),所述滚轮(45)与限位块(44)之间转动连接且驱动限位块(44)在底座(21)上滑动,所述限位块(44)与限位框(13)之间卡合,所述推块(43)与底座(21)之间设有复位弹簧(47)。
9.根据权利要求5所述的一种建筑施工用基坑排水设备,其特征在于:所述卷收结构(3)包括导向轴(34),所述导向轴(34)固定于滑套(23),所述导向轴(34)上设有转动连接的卷收轮(31),所述卷收轮(31)呈“工”字形。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种建筑施工用基坑排水设备,其特征在于:所述卷收轮(31)上设有转动连接的摇把(32),所述摇把(32)的轴心与卷收轮(31)的轴心不重合,且所述卷收轮(31)上设有安装孔(33)。
