Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention. In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
The embodiment of the application provides a parking brake release device, which can solve the problem that the parking of a vehicle cannot be released when a parking air cylinder fails in the related art.
As shown in fig. 1, the parking brake release device of the present embodiment, which is used for post-parking release using spring braking, includes a main parking circuit and a backup parking circuit.
The main parking loop comprises an air compressor 1, a parking air cylinder 2, a manual control valve 3 and a spring brake air chamber 4 which are communicated in sequence. Wherein, the air outlet of the air compressor 1 is communicated with the air inlet of the parking air storage cylinder 2, and the air outlet of the parking air storage cylinder 2 is communicated with the air inlet of the manual control valve 3.
The standby parking loop comprises an auxiliary air cylinder 5, a differential pressure one-way valve 6, a standby air cylinder 7 and a two-way one-way valve 8 which are communicated in sequence. Wherein, the two-way one-way valve 8 comprises two air inlets and one air outlet.
The air outlet of the auxiliary air cylinder 5 is communicated with the air inlet of a differential pressure one-way valve 6, the air outlet of the differential pressure one-way valve 6 is communicated with the air inlet of a spare air cylinder 7, and the air outlet of the spare air cylinder 7 is communicated with one air inlet of a two-way one-way valve 8.
The air inlet of the auxiliary air cylinder 5 is also communicated with the air outlet of the air compressor 1, the other air inlet of the two-way one-way valve 8 is communicated with the air outlet of the parking air cylinder 2, and the air outlet of the two-way one-way valve 8 is communicated with the manual control valve 3.
In this embodiment, the differential pressure check valve 6 is used for controlling the pressure of the reserve air tank 7 to be lower than the pressure of the auxiliary air tank 5 when the reserve air tank 7 is inflated; the parking air cylinder 2 is used for inflating the spring brake air chamber 4 after the manual control valve 3 is loosened so as to release the parking; the reserve air tank 7 is used to inflate the spring brake chamber 4 when the main parking circuit fails, and to release the parking.
The parking brake release device comprises a main parking loop, a standby parking loop and a brake release mechanism, wherein the main parking loop comprises an air compressor, a parking air cylinder, a manual control valve and a spring brake air chamber which are sequentially communicated; when the main parking loop has no fault, the spring brake air chamber is inflated by the parking air cylinder after the manual valve is released so as to release the parking; when the main parking loop fails, the spare air storage cylinder inflates the spring brake air chamber after the manual valve is released, and parking release is carried out; therefore, whether the main parking loop is invalid or not can ensure that the vehicle can be quickly released from parking, so that the starting time of the vehicle can be shortened.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in the present embodiment, the differential pressure check valve 6 is used for controlling the differential pressure between the auxiliary gas cylinder 5 and the reserve gas cylinder 7 to be greater than or equal to a differential pressure threshold value;
the pressure difference threshold is greater than or equal to the pressure that is reduced when the spring brake chamber 4 is completely inflated by the parking gas cartridge 2 once.
In the embodiment, by controlling the pressure difference between the auxiliary air reservoir 5 and the reserve air reservoir 7 to be greater than or equal to the pressure reduced when the parking air reservoir 2 completes the inflation of the spring brake air chamber 4 once, the reserve air reservoir 7 does not inflate the spring brake air chamber 4 during the inflation of the parking air reservoir 2 to the spring brake air chamber 4, so as to maintain the air pressure in the reserve air reservoir 7.
In this embodiment, the pressure difference threshold value may be set reasonably according to the vehicle type and the actual application. Alternatively, the pressure difference threshold is equal to the pressure reduced by the spring brake chamber 4 when the parking gas cartridge 2 completes its single inflation, and the pressure difference check valve 6 controls the pressure difference between the auxiliary gas cartridge 5 and the reserve gas cartridge 7 to be greater than the pressure difference threshold.
In other embodiments, the pressure difference threshold may be equal to twice the pressure drop of the spring brake chamber 4 upon a single inflation of the spring brake chamber 4 by the parking gas cartridge 2, and in this case, the pressure difference check valve 6 may control the pressure difference between the auxiliary gas cartridge 5 and the reserve gas cartridge 7 to be equal to the pressure difference threshold, i.e. the pressure difference between the auxiliary gas cartridge 5 and the reserve gas cartridge 7 is twice the pressure drop of the spring brake chamber 4 upon a single inflation of the spring brake chamber 4 by the parking gas cartridge 2.
In other embodiments, if the vehicle consumes too much air and the pressure in the parking air cylinder 2 is lower than the pressure in the spare air cylinder 7, the spring brake air chamber 4 can be inflated by the spare air cylinder 7. In this embodiment, the pressure of the reserve air tank 7 can be quickly restored with the inflation of the air compressor 1.
In this embodiment, in a normal driving state of the vehicle, along with the operation of the air compressor 1, the parking air reservoir 2 and the auxiliary air reservoir 5 are both filled with high-pressure air, and further, the spare air reservoir 7 is also filled with high-pressure air. Due to the action of the differential pressure check valve 6, namely, a certain pressure difference exists between the air inlet of the differential pressure check valve 6 and the air outlet thereof, the pressure in the spare air cylinder 7 is smaller than that of the auxiliary air cylinder 5, and the pressure difference between the two is larger than or equal to the pressure reduced when the parking air cylinder 2 completes the inflation of the spring brake air chamber 4 once.
When the vehicle is stopped and the parking is applied, and the parking is required to be released, the gas in the parking gas cylinder 2 preferentially opens the two-way one-way valve 8 to charge the spring brake chamber so as to release the parking brake, thereby ensuring that the pressure of the spare gas cylinder 7 is always kept in a stable range.
When the parking air cylinder 2 or the corresponding pipeline leaks or breaks, the standby air cylinder 7 can still open the bidirectional one-way valve 8 to realize the quick inflation of the spring brake air chamber 4, the parking brake is released, and the purpose of quick starting under special working conditions is realized. In addition, due to the action of the differential pressure check valve 6, even if the auxiliary air cylinder 5 and the corresponding pipeline or air unit are leaked, the air in the spare air cylinder 7 is not leaked, and the two-way one-way valve 8 is still opened enough to rapidly charge the spring brake air chamber 4 for parking release.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in the present embodiment, the air outlet of the air compressor 1 is communicated with the air inlet of a multi-circuit protection valve 9, and two air outlets of the multi-circuit protection valve 9 are respectively communicated with the parking air cylinder 2 and the auxiliary air cylinder 5.
Further, an air dryer 10 is further disposed between the air compressor 1 and the multi-circuit protection valve 9, and the air dryer 10 is used for dehumidifying and drying air entering the air dryer 10 from the air compressor 1.
