The punching die 4 comprises a punching die body 401, a concave part 402 and a punching pad 403, the punching die body 401 is fixed on the lower workbench 2, the punching pad 403 is inserted into an inner hole of a workpiece to be punched, the pipe joint 8 to be punched is supported during punching, the pipe end deformation of the pipe joint 8 to be punched is prevented, and the concave part 402 is used for being matched with the punch 501 up and down to punch the pipe joint 8 to be punched.

The punching equipment is further provided with a driving motor 504, and the driving motor 504 drives the punch base 503 to drive the punch 501 and the upper die assembly 6 to synchronously move up and down along the Y axis.
The punching process of the punching equipment of the invention is as follows:
firstly, placing a pipe fitting joint 8 to be punched into a lower positioning groove 303 of a supporting pipe positioning block 302, pushing a push-pull clamp 7 to enable a lower die assembly 3 to slide towards a punching female die 4 along the X-axis direction after the pipe fitting joint 8 is placed in place, and enabling a punching pad 403 of the punching female die 4 to be inserted into an inner hole of the pipe fitting joint 8;
secondly, starting the equipment, driving the punch 501 and the pressing block 602 to move downwards by the punch seat 503, firstly, the pressing block 602 contacts with the supporting pipe positioning block 302 and presses the pipe fitting joint 8, and then, the punch 501 is vertically matched with the concave part 402 to punch a notch on the pipe wall of the pipe fitting joint 8;
thirdly, the punch seat 503 drives the punch 501 and the pressing block 602 to move upwards, and pushes the push-pull clamp 7 to enable the lower die assembly 3 to slide along the X-axis direction back to the punching die 4, so that the pipe fitting joint 8 is separated from the punching die 4, the punched pipe fitting joint 8 is taken out, and the punching is finished.
