When the flange part cleaning device works, flange parts are sequentially and uniformly fed onto the surface of the conveying belt 11, then the parts are slowly moved in the box body 1 through the conveying belt 11 and matched with cleaning liquid sprayed from the spray head, so that the parts can be rapidly and comprehensively cleaned, meanwhile, when the parts move to a position close to the middle part of the conveying belt 11, the sliding rods 13 at corresponding positions are clamped into the waist part of the sliding grooves 16 and continuously slide upwards, further, the tops of the sliding rods 13 are inserted into the inner wall of the hollow flange, and the flange parts are rapidly positioned and fixed; cleaning liquid is pumped into the water inlet pipe 17 through a water pump, then a part of the cleaning liquid is sprayed out of the spray hole 24 after passing through the second hole 21 and the first hole 2, and the cleaning liquid is matched with the waterproof motor 22 to drive the cleaning disc 23 to rotate, so that the cleaning liquid can uniformly wash the inner wall of the flange part, the residual processing metal scraps and lubricating oil on the inner wall of the part are removed, the cleaning efficiency of the part is further increased, the cleaning time is saved, and the energy consumption is saved; after the sliding rod 13 slides upwards, the elastic rod 25 is opened like an umbrella, so that the cleaning cloth 27 is driven to abut against the inner wall of the part to clean the part, and the cleaning efficiency of residues and oil stains adhered to the inner wall of the part is further improved; because the waist width of the sliding groove 16 is gradually reduced from the bottom of the top block 15 to the top, when the nail cap 14 drives the second air bag 29 to slide in the sliding groove 16, the second air bag 29 is continuously narrowed by the width of the sliding groove 16, compressed air generated after the second air bag 29 is extruded is poured into the inner wall of the first air bag 28 through the air hole, the attaching degree and the relative sliding efficiency of the cleaning cloth 27 and the inner wall of the part are further increased, and the cleaning efficiency of residues and oil stains adhered to the inner wall of the part is further increased; the scraps wiped and collected by the edge of the cleaning cloth 27 can be collected through the groove 3, the damage of the scraps to the inner wall of the processed part is reduced, meanwhile, redundant compressed air in the air bag 28 is filled into the inflating cavity 31 through a pipeline, so that the curled cleaning cloth 27 is tightened and straightened after being inflated, the rubbing and wiping effect on the inner wall of the part is further increased, meanwhile, the end parts of the straightened cleaning cloth 27 are mutually overlapped, the groove 3 is further closed, the overflow of the scraps in the groove 3 is reduced, and the cleaning quality of the inner wall of the part is further ensured; the suspension ball 32 is matched with the first pull rope 33 and the second pull rope 34 to limit the stretching posture of the cleaning cloth 27 after being inflated, so that the attaching and wiping effects of the cleaning cloth 27 and the inner wall of the part are further improved; when the part passes through the first electromagnet 35, the electromagnet attracts the part, so that the part drives the sliding rod 13 to slide upwards for a certain distance; when the second air bag 29 passes through the empty groove 36, one side of the second air bag 29 close to the empty groove 36 is suspended, and the other side of the second air bag is in contact with the friction block 37, so that the sliding rod 13 is driven to rotate continuously through friction force, and the contact washing efficiency of parts and sprayed washing liquid is further improved.
