s1, charging: opening the observation door (9), placing the iron ore to be crushed between the adjacent conveying plates (11), and then closing the observation door (9);
s2, crushing: starting a crushing motor (5) and a driving motor (7), wherein the crushing motor (5) drives an engaging gear (10) to rotate through a driving shaft and a rotating shaft, and a crushing roller (12) rotates under the action of the engaging gear (10) to realize the function of crushing the iron ore; the driving motor (7) drives the driving gear (8) to rotate, the crushing barrel (1) is driven to rotate under the action of the gear ring (3), the crushing barrel (1) drives the conveying plate (11) to rotate, so that the iron ore is circularly and continuously crushed by the crushing roller (12), and the iron ore is fully crushed;
s3, dedusting and recovering ore: in the rotation process of the crushing roller (12), the inner wall of the crushing roller (12) and the dust removal net (13) rub with each other, so that the dust removal net (13) and the fluff (14) generate static electricity, thereby adsorbing dust generated in the crushing process and achieving the dust removal effect; meanwhile, the qualified broken iron ore can pass through the dust removal net (13) and enter a recovery box (18) to complete the recovery of the iron ore;
s4, taking materials and cleaning dust: the observation door (9) is opened, and the recovery box (18) is drawn out from the interior of the dust removal net (13), so that the recovery operation of the iron ore can be completed; and then the dust removing net (13) is drawn out from the inside of the crushing roller (12), after static electricity on the surfaces of the dust removing net (13) and the fluff (14) disappears, an air pump (16) is started to pump air into the dust removing net (13) through a connecting pipe (17), so that the dust removing net (13) expands, the surface of the expanded dust removing net (13) is enlarged, the adhesive force of dust is reduced, the dust is automatically separated, and the dust cleaning operation is completed.
