if duration time more than or equal to of opening the door predetermines to open the door and prescribes a limit to be long, control first relay disconnection just the second relay is closed, second fan rotational speed control branch road switches on, and the fan uses the low-grade operation, for the internal portion of cabinet in time supply cold volume, prevents that the cabinet door is opened the condition for a long time cold volume not enough.
In some embodiments, further comprising:
when the door opening duration is longer than or equal to the preset opening threshold timing length, a buzzer is triggered to give an alarm, and a user is reminded of the fact that the door opening duration is too long or the abnormality needs to be processed in time.

Claims (22)

1. A fan control circuit for a refrigeration appliance, comprising:
the system comprises at least one proximity switch, at least two fan rotating speed control branches and a fan;
the at least two fan rotating speed control branches are connected with the fan;
the at least one proximity switch is used for sending a switch signal to an external controller;
the fan rotating speed control branches control different fan rotating speeds, and each fan rotating speed control circuit performs on-off control according to a control instruction sent by the external controller.
2. The fan control circuit for a refrigeration unit of claim 1, wherein each fan speed control branch comprises:
the relay, or, the relay and the speed limiting resistor;
the relay is used for receiving a control instruction sent by the external controller and controlling the corresponding fan rotating speed control branch to be conducted according to the control instruction so as to enable the fan to work at a corresponding rotating speed.
3. The fan control circuit for a refrigeration unit of claim 1, wherein when the at least one proximity switch is a plurality of proximity switches, the plurality of proximity switches are connected in series.
4. The fan control circuit for a refrigeration unit of claim 3, further comprising:
a protection resistor connected in series with the at least one proximity switch.
5. The fan control circuit for a refrigeration unit of claim 1, wherein said at least two fan speed control branches comprise a first fan speed control branch and a second fan speed control branch;
the first fan rotating speed control branch comprises a first relay, the second fan rotating speed control branch comprises a second relay and a speed limiting resistor, and the speed limiting resistor is used for dividing voltage with the fan;
if the first relay is disconnected and the second relay is disconnected, the first fan rotating speed control branch and the second fan rotating speed control branch are not conducted, and the fan stops running;
if the first relay is closed and the second relay is disconnected, the first fan rotating speed control branch is switched on, and the fan runs in a high-grade mode;
and if the first relay is disconnected and the second relay is closed, the rotating speed control branch of the second fan is switched on, and the fan runs at a low gear.
6. The fan control circuit for a refrigeration appliance according to claim 5, further comprising:
and the buzzer is connected with the second relay.
7. The fan control circuit for a refrigeration appliance according to claim 1, further comprising:
and the refrigeration switch is connected with the power supply and used for controlling the conduction of the fan control circuit for the refrigeration equipment when refrigeration is started.
8. The fan control circuit for a refrigeration device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the fan is a cross-flow fan.
9. A refrigerated enclosure, comprising:
the refrigerator comprises a cabinet body, a fan control circuit and a controller which are arranged in the cabinet body and used for refrigeration equipment according to any one of claims 1 to 8;
the fan control circuit for the refrigeration equipment is connected with the controller.
10. A refrigerated enclosure as recited in claim 9 further comprising:
a cabinet door rotatably connected with the cabinet body;
the number of at least one proximity switch in the fan control circuit for the refrigeration equipment is the same as that of the cabinet doors;
the at least one proximity switch is arranged on the cabinet body close to the cabinet door and generates a switch signal according to the opening and closing of the cabinet door;
the controller is used for generating a control instruction according to the switching signal.
11. A refrigerated enclosure as claimed in claim 9 wherein the fan is a cross flow fan comprising:
the fan comprises a first cross flow fan blade, a second cross flow fan blade and a motor;
the hollow shaft of the first cross flow fan blade is connected with the solid shaft of the second cross flow fan blade, and the hollow shaft of the second cross flow fan blade is connected with the motor.
12. A refrigerated enclosure as claimed at claim 11 wherein the first and/or second cross flow fan has a diameter of 85 mm.
13. A refrigerated enclosure as claimed in claim 11 or 12 wherein the cross flow fan further comprises:
the vortex tongue and the volute are arranged with a protective gap between the first cross flow fan blade and the second cross flow fan blade.
14. A refrigerated enclosure as claimed at claim 13 wherein the protective gap is in the range 2 to 8 mm.
15. A refrigerated enclosure as recited in claim 9 further comprising:
the evaporator assembly of long flat structure, the evaporator assembly of long flat structure sets up the internal top of cabinet.
16. A refrigerated enclosure as recited in claim 15 further comprising:
the grid assembly comprises a cover plate, an air outlet grid and a return air grid, the cover plate is used for covering the fan and the evaporator assembly, the fan and the evaporator assembly pass through the air outlet grid to supply air to the cabinet body, and the return air grid returns air.
17. A refrigerated enclosure as recited in claim 15 further comprising:
and the water pan assembly is arranged below the evaporator assembly of the long flat structure.
18. A fan control method for a refrigeration device, comprising:
detecting whether the proximity switch generates a switching signal according to a preset frequency;
if so, calculating the door opening duration according to the switch signal generation time;
and controlling the corresponding fan rotating speed control branch circuit to be conducted according to the door opening duration so as to enable the fan to work at the corresponding rotating speed.
19. The fan control method for a refrigeration unit of claim 18, wherein the fan speed control branch comprises a first fan speed control branch and a second fan speed control branch;
the first fan rotating speed control branch comprises a first relay, the second fan rotating speed control branch comprises a second relay and a speed limiting resistor, and the speed limiting resistor is used for dividing voltage with the fan;
the corresponding fan rotational speed control branch road switches on according to the duration control of opening the door to make the fan work with corresponding rotational speed, includes:
if a switching signal is generated or the door opening duration is equal to 0, controlling the first relay to be closed and the second relay to be disconnected, enabling the first fan rotating speed control branch to be connected, and enabling the fan to operate at a high grade;
if the door opening duration is not equal to 0 and is less than the preset door opening limit duration, controlling the first relay to be switched off and the second relay to be switched off, and stopping the fan when the first fan rotating speed control branch and the second fan rotating speed control branch are not switched on;
if the door opening duration time is longer than or equal to the preset door opening limiting time length, the first relay is controlled to be switched off, the second relay is controlled to be switched on, the second fan rotating speed control branch is switched on, and the fan runs at a low gear.
20. The fan control method for a refrigeration appliance according to claim 19, further comprising:
and triggering a buzzer to alarm when the door opening duration is longer than or equal to the preset opening threshold for a fixed time.
21. The fan control method for the refrigeration equipment as recited in claim 19 or 20, wherein the preset door opening limited time is within a range of 3-5 min.
22. The fan control method for the refrigeration equipment as recited in claim 21, wherein the preset frequency is in a range of 10-20 s.
