The opening and closing of the faucet module 1 are mainly controlled by the transmission shaft 141, the static porcelain piece 131 and the movable porcelain piece 132, when the knob handle 143 drives the knob 142 to rotate, the transmission shaft 141 also rotates at the same time, and certainly, the movable porcelain piece 132 tightly pressed at the tail end of the transmission shaft 141 is also driven to rotate, when the movable porcelain piece 132 blocks 2 water inlet holes of the static porcelain piece 131, the faucet is not in a closed state, and otherwise, the faucet is opened.
3. The water passing through the water purifying device enters the sterilizing and deodorizing faucet 100 from a water inlet port (not shown) to reach the position of the valve core assembly 13 in the faucet module 1, and when the movable ceramic sheet 132 fails to block the water inlet 104 of the static ceramic block 131 (the faucet is in an open state), the water passes through the water inlet 104 of the static ceramic block 131 and then exits from the outlet of the water inlet channel 101, and then reaches the sterilizing module 2 of the sterilizing and deodorizing faucet 100.

The water enters the sterilization module 2 from the small holes in the second lamp cap 28, comes out from the small holes of the second lamp cap 28 through the sterilization of the ultraviolet lamps 232 in the lamp tubes 231 and the like, then returns to the water outlet channel 105 in the valve body 11 again through the pipeline connection of the first end cover 26 and the water outlet pipe 24, and then is directly communicated to the gooseneck faucet through the faucet connecting piece 17, so that the ultraviolet sterilization of the water outlet is realized in the whole process.
Further, in some embodiments of the present invention, the faucet module 1 includes: the water inlet valve comprises a valve body 11, a valve core assembly 13 and a driving assembly 14, wherein a water inlet channel 101 is formed in the valve body 11, and a microswitch 12 is arranged on the valve body 11. The valve core assembly 13 is provided on the valve body 11 so as to be switchable between a state of closing or opening the water inlet passage 101. The driving assembly 14 is connected with the valve core assembly 13 and used for driving the valve core assembly 13 to open or close the water inlet channel 101, and when the valve core assembly 13 opens the water inlet channel 101, the driving assembly 14 triggers the microswitch 12. So that whether the faucet module is turned on or not can be determined by the state of the micro switch 12.
With reference to fig. 3, 4 and 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, the valve body 11 is formed with a shaft hole 102, the driving assembly 14 includes a driving shaft 141 rotatably disposed in the shaft hole 102 and connected to the valve core assembly 13, and a notch 103 corresponding to the control elastic sheet 121 of the microswitch 12 is formed on a peripheral surface of the driving shaft 141. When the valve core assembly 13 turns off the water inlet channel 101, at least a part of the control elastic sheet 121 is accommodated in the notch 103 and releases the micro switch 12, that is, the micro switch is in an unfired state; when the valve core assembly 13 opens the water inlet channel 101, the control elastic sheet 121 is separated from the notch 103, and the transmission shaft 141 presses the control elastic sheet 121 and triggers the micro switch 12, that is, the micro switch 12 is in a triggered state. The provision of the drive shaft 141 facilitates driving rotation of the valve core assembly 13.
In addition, referring to fig. 4, when the valve core assembly 13 is in the position of shutting off the water inlet channel 101, the notch 103 is provided on the transmission shaft 141, the control elastic sheet 121 of the micro switch 12 can be stably fitted in the notch 103, and when the transmission shaft 141 rotates, the micro switch 12 can rapidly move.
When the valve core assembly 13 closes the water inlet channel 101, two ends of the control elastic sheet 121 extend out of the notches 103 in the circumferential direction of the transmission shaft.
It is understood that a protrusion or a groove for triggering the micro switch 12 when the water inlet passage 101 is opened may be provided on the transmission shaft 141, a groove for receiving the control spring 121 of the micro switch 12 when the water inlet passage 101 is turned off, and a protrusion for triggering the control spring 121 of the micro switch 12 when the water inlet passage 101 is opened may also be provided.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the microswitch 12 is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of the valve body 11 and positioned below the transmission shaft 141, and the microswitch 12 is screwed with the valve body 11. The control is convenient.
Advantageously, with reference to fig. 3, one end of the transmission shaft 141 protrudes out of the valve body 11, and a knob 142 is connected to one end of the transmission shaft 141 protruding out of the valve body 11. The drive shaft 141 may be rotated by a knob.
Referring to fig. 3, the driving assembly 14 further includes a knob handle 143, one end of the knob handle 143 is fixedly connected to the transmission shaft, and the other end of the knob handle 143 extends in a direction away from the axis of the transmission shaft. The transmission shaft 141 can be rotated by the knob handle 143 to save labor.
With reference to fig. 3, 4 and 6, in some embodiments of the invention, the spool assembly 13 includes: a static porcelain piece 131 and a dynamic porcelain piece 132. The static ceramic block 131 is fixedly arranged in the valve body 11 and separates the water inlet channel 101, and a plurality of water inlet holes 104 communicated with the water inlet channel 101 or arranged at intervals are formed on the static ceramic block 131, that is, water in the water inlet channel 101 can only circulate through the water inlet holes 104. The movable ceramic piece 132 is rotatably arranged in the valve body 11 between positions of opening or closing the water inlet hole 104, and the movable ceramic piece 132 is connected with the transmission shaft 141. Therefore, the water inlet hole 104 on the static ceramic block 131 is opened or closed through the rotation of the movable ceramic piece 132, the water inlet channel 101 is conveniently opened or closed by the valve core assembly 13, the valve core assembly 13 is simplified, the water inlet channel 101 is conveniently closed or opened, and in addition, the service life of the sterilizing and deodorizing faucet can be prolonged by adopting ceramic as the valve core assembly 13.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in some embodiments of the present invention, a water inlet passage inlet of the water inlet passage 101 is formed at the bottom of the valve body 11, a water inlet passage outlet of the water inlet passage 101 is formed at the top of the valve body 11, a water outlet passage 105 is further formed in the valve body 11, a water outlet passage inlet of the water outlet passage 105 is formed at the top of the valve body 11, and a water outlet passage outlet of the water outlet passage 105 is formed at a sidewall of the valve body 11. Therefore, the sterilization module of the water faucet capable of conveniently sterilizing and deodorizing is arranged on the water faucet module, so that the structure of the sterilization module is simple.
In addition, because the water outlet channel 105 is formed in the valve body 11, the water outlet end of the water outlet channel 105 can be communicated with a water supply pipe (such as a gooseneck faucet), and the water supply pipe is connected to the faucet module 1, so that the stability of the water supply pipe can be improved, the problem that the structure of the sterilization module is complex due to the fact that the water supply pipe is connected to the sterilization module of the sterilization deodorizing faucet is solved, the structure of the sterilization module can be simplified, and the assembly, the disassembly, the replacement, the maintenance and the like of the sterilization module are convenient.
The outlet pipe 24 according to the present invention is used for outputting water after passing through the sterilizing channel 201, and should be understood as a water flow channel, that is, the outlet pipe 34 may be tubular, or may be a hole, a channel, or the like.
The ultraviolet lamp is placed in the ultraviolet lamp outer barrel 22 and is respectively matched with the buckles of the first end cover and the second end cover for guiding and fixing through 2 lamp caps, the ultraviolet lamp is a core electric device of the sterilizing and deodorizing faucet 100, the activity of cell genetic materials can be lost through ultraviolet rays emitted by the ultraviolet lamp, namely, the regeneration capacity of microorganisms such as bacteria is damaged, and on the other hand, oxygen in the air can be changed into ozone through the ultraviolet rays, so that the sterilizing effect is further achieved.
The microswitch 12 is provided with a control elastic sheet 121 which is normally open, when the control elastic sheet 121 is closed (namely the microswitch 12 is triggered), the microswitch 12 can transmit an electric signal to the electric control board, otherwise, when the control elastic sheet 121 is restored to a normal state, the microswitch 12 is disconnected and does not transmit the electric signal any more.
The microswitch 12 is fixed on the valve body 11 by two screws, so that the disassembly and the maintenance are convenient.
The opening and closing of the water inlet channel 101 in the valve body 11 is mainly controlled by the transmission shaft 141, the static porcelain block 131 and the movable porcelain piece 132, when the knob handle 143 drives the transmission shaft 141 to rotate, the control elastic piece 121 of the microswitch 12 is slowly closed from being opened, on one hand, the transmission shaft 141 drives the movable porcelain piece 132 tightly pressed at the tail end of the shaft to rotate, when the movable porcelain piece 132 blocks 2 water inlet holes 104 of the static porcelain block 131, water is not supplied, at the moment, the sterilizing and deodorizing water tap 100 is in a closed state, and on the other hand, the sterilizing and deodorizing water tap 100 is opened.
On the other hand, the microswitch 12 outputs an electric signal to indicate that the user is using boiled water, and the LED lamp and the ultraviolet lamp are lightened through the electric control board, so that the combined action of the water path and the circuit is realized.
Compared with the traditional control mode, the faucet control method provided by the patent guarantees the sterilization effect. The cost is greatly saved, and the maintenance and the disassembly are easy.
The control mode of the independent microswitch can also be controlled by combining the flow switch, so that the stability is improved
The water way system of the sterilizing and deodorizing water faucet is provided with a flow sensor for detecting the water way condition, the priority of the flow sensor is higher than that of a microswitch, the whole electric control system is turned on only when the flow sensor detects that water exists, and the microswitch is a necessary condition but not a sufficient condition of the electric control system.
The above additional technical features can be freely combined and used in superposition by those skilled in the art without conflict.

Claims (8)

1. A sterilizing and deodorizing faucet is characterized by comprising:
the faucet comprises a faucet module, a water inlet channel and a water outlet channel are formed in the faucet module, a water inlet channel outlet of the water inlet channel and a water outlet channel inlet of the water outlet channel are formed at the top of the faucet module, and a valve core assembly for opening or closing the water inlet channel is arranged on the faucet module; the water faucet module comprises a valve body and a water faucet connecting piece, the water inlet channel and the water outlet channel are formed in the valve body, the water faucet connecting piece covers at least one part of the outer side of the valve body, the water outlet channel outlet of the water outlet channel is formed on the side wall of the valve body, and a water supply pipe which is rotatably connected with the water faucet connecting piece and is communicated with the water outlet channel outlet of the water outlet channel is arranged on the water faucet connecting piece;
the sterilization module is arranged above the faucet module and connected with the upper end of the faucet module, and a sterilization channel which is respectively communicated with the water inlet channel outlet and the water outlet channel inlet is arranged in the sterilization module;
the electric control board is connected with the sterilization module;
the faucet module is provided with a microswitch triggered when the water inlet channel is connected, and the microswitch is connected with the electric control plate;
the faucet module comprises: the valve comprises a valve body, a valve core assembly and a driving assembly, wherein the water inlet channel is formed in the valve body, the valve body is provided with a microswitch, the valve core assembly is arranged on the valve body in a switchable manner between a state of turning off or turning on the water inlet channel, the driving assembly is connected with the valve core assembly and is used for driving the valve core assembly to turn on or off the water inlet channel, and the driving assembly triggers the microswitch when the valve core assembly opens the water inlet channel;
the valve body is provided with a shaft hole, the driving assembly comprises a transmission shaft which is rotatably arranged in the shaft hole and is connected with the valve core assembly, the peripheral surface of the transmission shaft is provided with a notch corresponding to the control elastic sheet of the microswitch,
when the valve core assembly cuts off the water inlet channel, the two ends of the control elastic sheet extend out of the notch along the circumferential direction of the transmission shaft,
the sterilizing and deodorizing faucet is characterized in that a flow sensor is arranged in a waterway system of the sterilizing and deodorizing faucet and used for detecting the waterway condition, the priority of the flow sensor is higher than that of the microswitch, and the whole electric control system is turned on only when the flow sensor detects that water exists.
2. The sterilizing and deodorizing faucet of claim 1, wherein a flow sensor for detecting the inflow of the water channel is disposed on the faucet module, and the flow sensor is connected to the electronic control board.
3. The sterilizing and deodorizing faucet of claim 2, wherein said flow sensor is disposed at an inlet of a water inlet passage of said water inlet passage.
4. The sterilizing and deodorizing faucet of claim 1, wherein said micro-switch is connected to said faucet module by one or more screws.
5. The sterilizing and deodorizing faucet according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the sterilizing module is an ultraviolet sterilizing module, and a display light bar for displaying the operation status of the sterilizing module is formed on the sterilizing module, and the display light bar is connected with the electric control board.
6. The sterilizing and deodorizing faucet according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the sterilizing module comprises a housing, an ultraviolet lamp outer cylinder, an ultraviolet lamp assembly and a water outlet pipe, the housing is connected with the faucet module, the ultraviolet lamp outer cylinder is arranged in the housing, the ultraviolet lamp assembly is arranged in the ultraviolet lamp outer cylinder, a sterilizing channel extending in the vertical direction is defined between the ultraviolet lamp assembly and the ultraviolet lamp outer cylinder, the lower end of the sterilizing channel is communicated with the water inlet channel outlet, and the upper end of the sterilizing channel is communicated with the water outlet channel through the water outlet pipe.

The sterilizing and deodorizing faucet according to claim 6, wherein the sterilizing module further comprises a first lamp cap and a second lamp cap which are arranged in the ultraviolet lamp outer cylinder and used for positioning the ultraviolet lamp assembly, the first lamp cap is annular, one end of the ultraviolet lamp assembly is sleeved on the inner side of the first lamp cap, a positioning groove is formed in the second lamp cap, the other end of the ultraviolet lamp assembly is accommodated in the positioning groove, and water passing holes are formed in the second lamp cap and are arranged at intervals around the positioning groove.

The sterilizing and deodorizing faucet according to claim 6, wherein the housing is cylindrical with a closed upper end and an open lower end, the outer tube of the ultraviolet lamp is cylindrical with a water inlet end adjacent to the open end of the housing and a water outlet end adjacent to the closed end of the housing, the water outlet tube is arranged in the housing, one end of the water outlet tube is connected with the sterilizing channel, and the other end of the water outlet tube extends to the open end of the housing.
