Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sewage treatment, in particular to a village and town sewage whole-process recycling treatment method based on classification treatment.
Background
Because rural areas are remote in position and wide in distribution and are difficult to be brought into a municipal sewage system, the rural sewage treatment is mainly carried out according to a relatively centralized treatment mode of a piece area at present, namely, domestic sewage (including toilets, kitchens, washing and the like) generated by the life of residents is uniformly collected and then discharged to a treatment facility for centralized treatment, and the domestic sewage is discharged after reaching the standard. Because the treatment mode does not distinguish water quality from the source, the pollution type is complex, the water quality and the water quantity entering the terminal treatment device have large fluctuation, the operation effect is unstable, and the energy consumption of the whole treatment process is also high. In addition, the disposal mode of standard discharge wastes relatively deficient water resources to a certain extent, and particularly in some rural remote areas, the water resources are very necessary to be reused due to the fact that natural conditions and municipal supporting congenital deficiency belong to water-deficient areas.
According to the seventh national census (seventh publication), the population of the country currently living in the countryside is 509787562 people, accounting for 36.11%, and the population base in the countryside is huge. In 2016, the treatment rate of sewage in rural areas in China is less than 22%, the discharge amount of sewage reaches 202 hundred million t, and reaches about 300 hundred million t in 2020, and the discharge amount of sewage is huge. In recent years, with the construction of beautiful villages and the implementation of village pleasure strategies, the rural sewage treatment work is comprehensively developed nationwide, and becomes the key work of the current environmental protection work.
The central rural work leader group office and 9 departments such as the 9 departments release guidance opinions (Zhongnong's development (2019) 14) on promoting rural domestic sewage treatment, which indicates that the rural production and living water is promoted to be recycled, and farmers are encouraged to utilize a vegetable garden, a small orchard, a small garden and the like in front of and behind a house to realize on-site recycling. The method has the advantages that the toilet feces are unblocked and are returned to the field in situ after harmless treatment, the modes of compost and the like are encouraged to be explored everywhere, the toilet feces are promoted to be recycled, and the recycling of livestock and poultry breeding wastes is promoted. Recently, guidance on promoting the resource utilization of sewage (issue improvement ring resource No. 2021) 13 issued by the ten committees such as the State improvement Commission (national development and reform Commission) pointed out that the resource utilization of sewage should be systematically developed in the fields of towns, industry, agricultural rural areas, and the like. In the field of agricultural rural areas, guidelines propose to stably promote the resource utilization of agricultural rural sewage. According to the regional position and population concentration, collecting and processing modes such as individual household processing, village group processing and bringing into a town sewage pipe network are selected, the modularized process technology combining engineering and ecology is popularized, rural domestic sewage is promoted to be locally recycled nearby, and distributed and miniaturized processing and recycling facilities can be adopted in water-deficient areas with conditions. Therefore, promoting the resource utilization of rural sewage is not only a real need in rural areas, but also a leading direction of the national water resource strategy.
According to research, sewage generated in daily life can be divided into two types according to water use purpose and water quality characteristics, wherein one type is sewage and wastewater, the water use purpose is mainly to convey waste generated in life, and the sewage and wastewater have a cleaning effect at the same time, toilet wastewater and kitchen wastewater (specifically water containing high-concentration kitchen waste, except kitchen washing wastewater such as cleaning water of vegetables, fruits, bowls and dishes) contain pollutants such as organic matters, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, suspended matters, fungi and the like which usually account for more than 80-90% of the total sewage, but the water amount is usually only 20% -30% of the total sewage amount. Another type is waste water from washing, such as washing, bath, laundry, kitchen and other cleaning water, which is used primarily for cleaning and secondarily for delivery, and which contains contaminants in an amount of about 10% to 20% of the total volume of the waste water, but in an amount of about 70% to 80% of the total volume of the waste water. Because the difference between the water quality and the water quantity of the sewage waste water and the washing waste water is large, the sewage waste water and the washing waste water are suitable for classified treatment.
Therefore, in order to effectively improve the treatment efficiency and the recycling level of rural sewage treatment, improve the stability of a sewage treatment terminal and reduce the waste of water resources, a process which can adapt to different domestic sewage qualities, is more stable in system and lower in energy consumption and can realize recycling to the maximum extent is needed to be developed.

In certain embodiments, the organic waste comprises animal manure, kitchen, pomace, leaves, weeds, and/or straw.
In certain embodiments, the decomposing agent comprises a thermophilic sporotrichum, a bacillus laterosporus, a lactic acid bacterium, and a yeast.
In some embodiments, the in situ treatment mode is any one of or a combination of a biological filter, an anaerobic baffled reactor, a modular constructed wetland and an ecological ditch.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in some embodiments, the modular constructed wetland comprises a plurality of front water distribution areas and wetland filler areas which are arranged at intervals and communicated in sequence;
each front water distribution area adopts a slotted water collection pipe and a plurality of perforated water distribution pipes to uniformly distribute water;
each wetland filler area adopts combined filler which can be ceramsite, volcanic rock and anthracite from bottom to top in sequence;
and a water collecting area is arranged behind the last wetland filler area, and a slotted water collecting pipe and a plurality of perforated water distributing pipes are adopted for collecting water.
In certain embodiments, the open porosity of each perforated tube is not less than 30%.
In certain embodiments, the packing combination has a diameter of 5mm to 20mm, a porosity of about 40% to 60%, and an effective water depth of 50mm to 100 cm.
In certain embodiments, the front water distribution area and the water collection area are filled with gravel with the particle size of 20mm to 30 mm.
In certain embodiments, each wetland packing area comprises a plurality of combined packing in series.
In practical application, when a plurality of combined fillers connected in series are adopted, the elevation of each wetland filler area needs to consider the head loss, so that the smooth water outlet is ensured.
