The following disclosure provides many different embodiments or examples for implementing different features of the invention. To simplify the disclosure of the present invention, the components and arrangements of specific examples are described below. Of course, they are merely examples and are not intended to limit the present invention.
Embodiments of the invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
Because the plastic container is soft, especially the plastic bottle made of soft materials such as polyethylene, polypropylene and the like, the interior of the plastic container is hollow. Under the condition that the container is impacted or pressed, the side wall of the container is easy to dent and deform, the integral appearance of the container is influenced, and even the container is damaged by stress, so that the normal use of the container is influenced.
In order to solve the problem that the plastic bottle is easy to deform, the present embodiment provides an anti-extrusion plastic storage container, which has a structure as shown in fig. 1 to 4. The plastic container comprises a bottle body 1, a bottle cap 2 and a bottle sleeve 3. Wherein, the bottle cap 2 is screwed and installed at the bottle mouth of the bottle body 1. The bottle sleeve 3 is arranged on the bottle body 1.
Specifically, the bottle body 1 is integrally blow-molded from a resin material such as PP or PE. The bottle body 1 comprises a bottle mouth section 11, a bottle neck section 12, a bottle body section 13 and a bottle bottom section 14. The bottleneck section 11 is hollow cylindrical, two ends of the bottleneck section are open, and external threads are formed on the outer wall of the bottleneck section. The bottleneck section 12 is in the shape of a circular truncated cone, the interior of the bottleneck section is hollow, and two ends of the bottleneck section are open. The narrow end of the neck section 12, i.e. the end with the smaller diameter, has the same diameter as the mouth section 11, and the narrow end is connected with one end of the mouth section 11. The body section 13 is hollow and cylindrical, and two ends are open. The body section 13 has a diameter corresponding to the diameter of the wide end of the neck section 12, and one end of the body section is connected to the wide end of the neck section 112. The bottom section 14 is hollow and cylindrical, with one end open and the other end closed. The diameter of the bottle bottom section 14 is larger than that of the bottle body section 13, the open end of the bottle bottom section is connected with the end, far away from the bottle neck section 12, of the bottle body section 13, and the connecting part of the bottle bottom section 14 and the bottle body section 13 forms a horizontal annular step 15. The axial length of the bottle body section 13 is far greater than the sum of the axial lengths of the bottle mouth section 11, the bottle body section 13 and the bottle bottom section 14, and the axial length is also an area on the plastic bottle which is easy to deform and even damage.
The bottle cap 2 is integrally injection-molded from a soft resin material such as PP, PE, or the like. The bottle cap 2 is in a hollow cylindrical shape, one end of the bottle cap is open, an internal thread is formed on the inner side wall of the bottle cap, and the internal thread is matched with the external thread of the bottle mouth section 11, so that the bottle cap 2 is sleeved on the flat mouth section 11 in a rotating mode and the inner area of the bottle body 1 is sealed.
The bottle sleeve 3 is integrally blow molded from a hard resin material such as PC or PET. The bottle sleeve 3 is hollow cylindrical, two ends of the bottle sleeve are open, and the bottle sleeve is arranged on the bottle body section 13. The inner wall of the bottle sleeve 3 is attached to the outer wall of the bottle body section 13, and one end face of the bottle sleeve, which faces the bottle bottom section 14, is in contact with the horizontal annular step 15. The axial length of the bottle sleeve 3 is consistent with that of the bottle body section 13, so that the bottle sleeve can form complete protection for the bottle body section 13. Because the material hardness of the bottle sleeve 3 is higher than that of the bottle body 1, the bottle sleeve is not easy to deform under the external force, thereby forming rigid protection for the bottle body.
In this embodiment, the wall thickness of the bottle sleeve 3 is 1-10 times of the wall thickness of the bottle body section 13, and is preferably controlled to be 4-8 times. By increasing the wall thickness of the vial sleeve 3, the rigidity of the vial sleeve 3 may be increased.
In this embodiment, a plurality of annular grooves 131 are formed in the outer wall of the body section 13 in the radial direction of the body section 13 and recessed toward the inside of the bottle body 1. The cross section of the annular groove 131 is triangular, U-shaped or semicircular, and the groove depth is 0.5-2 mm. In the present embodiment, three triangular annular grooves 131 are provided as an example. A plurality of annular protrusions 31 are formed on the inner wall of the bottle cover 13 at positions corresponding to the annular grooves 131. When the bottle sleeve 3 is sleeved on the bottle body section 13, the annular protrusion 31 is clamped into the corresponding annular groove 131. By adding the annular bulge 31 on the inner wall of the bottle sleeve 3, which is equivalent to adding the radial reinforcing rib on the inner wall of the bottle sleeve 3, the rigidity of the bottle sleeve 3 can be improved.
In this embodiment, a plurality of linear protrusions 32 are formed on the outer wall of the bottle sleeve 3 along the axial length direction of the bottle sleeve 3, and the cross section of each linear protrusion is triangular, rectangular or semicircular. The arrangement of the linear protrusions 32 includes an equidistant arrangement, a random arrangement, and the like. For example, linear protrusions 32 are formed on the outer wall of the bottle sleeve 3 at regular intervals. The linear projection 32 has a length corresponding to the axial length of the jacket 3. The rigidity of the bottle sleeve 3 can be improved by adding the axial reinforcing rib on the outer wall of the bottle sleeve. Meanwhile, the linear protrusions 32 can also increase the holding friction when holding the bottle.
In the anti-extrusion plastic storage container in the embodiment, the bottle sleeve 3 is additionally arranged on the bottle body 1, and the material hardness and the wall thickness of the bottle sleeve 3 are larger than those of the bottle body 1, so that a rigid protective layer is formed, and deformation and even damage are effectively reduced.
Example 2
In order to facilitate the rapid assembly of the anti-extrusion plastic storage container in embodiment 1, a rapid assembly tool is provided in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 to 10. The quick assembly tool comprises a workbench 4, a clamping assembly 5 and an installation drum 6.
Specifically, the table 4 has a working surface 41 for providing a mounting base.
The gripping assembly 5, provided with a plurality of sets, is arranged in a circumferential manner on the work surface 41. In this embodiment, 4 sets of holding members 5 are also illustrated as an example. The clamping assembly 5 comprises an adjusting plate 51, an adjusting screw 52, a pressing block 53 and a hand wheel 54. The adjusting plate 51 is perpendicularly connected to the working surface 41. The four adjusting plates 51 are uniformly arranged and form a circle. The adjusting screws 52 are arranged along the radial direction of a circle surrounded by the four adjusting plates 51, and respectively penetrate through the corresponding adjusting plates 51 and are in threaded connection with the adjusting plates. The pressing piece 53 is mounted on one end of the adjusting screw 52 close to each other, and the hand wheel 54 is mounted on the other end of the adjusting screw 52. By screwing the hand wheel 54, the telescopic length of the adjusting screw 52 can be controlled.
And the two ends of the mounting cylinder 6 are open. The mounting cylinder 6 is oriented axially perpendicular to the working surface 41, is placed in the region between the pressure pieces 53, and the adjusting screw 52 is rotated to press the outer wall of the mounting cylinder 6. The mounting cylinder 6 has a first cylindrical passage 61, a frustum passage 62 and a second cylindrical passage 62 which are continuous from top to bottom inside. The diameter of the first cylindrical channel 61 is 0.5-1 mm larger than the maximum radial dimension of the outer wall of the bottle sleeve 3, and the axial length of the first cylindrical channel is between the axial length of the bottle body section 13 and half of the axial length of the bottle body section 13. The second cylindrical passage 62 has a diameter between that of the first cylindrical passage 61 and the outside diameter of the finish section 11 and an axial length greater than the sum of the axial lengths of the finish section 11 and the neck section 12. The taper of the frustoconical channel 62 corresponds to the taper of the bottleneck section 12. When the bottle sleeve 3 needs to be installed on the bottle body 1, the bottle cap 2 is screwed down. The bottle sleeve 3 is firstly placed in the first cylindrical channel 61, and then the bottle cap 2 is downwards and the bottle body 1 is inserted into the bottle sleeve 3. The frustum passage 62 restricts the movement of the jacket 3 in its axial direction. The bottle body 1 can be clamped into the bottle sleeve 3 by pressing the bottom of the bottle with proper force. When the bottleneck section 12 contacts with the side wall of the frustum channel 62, the bottle sleeve 3 is completely installed and taken out. Due to the deformability of the bottle body 1, the bottle body can be deformed appropriately to pass through when encountering the radial ribs.
In this embodiment, in order to facilitate quick placement of the bottle cap 3, an introduction port 64 gradually expanding toward the outside of the mounting cylinder 6 is formed at one end of the first cylindrical passage 61 away from the second cylindrical passage 63.
In this embodiment, in order to facilitate the rapid removal of the bottle body 1 and the bottle cap 3, the tool further comprises an ejection assembly 7.
The ejection assembly 7 is arranged near the center of the area of the working surface 41 surrounded by the clamping assembly 5 along the direction vertical to the working surface 41. The ejector assembly 7 comprises an ejector rod 71, an ejector disc 72, a spring 73 and a stop collar 74. The ejector rod 71 is inserted into the working surface 41 and is slidable. The eject plate 72 is mounted on an end of the eject lever 71 facing the gripper assembly 5. A stop collar 74 is mounted on the part of the ejector rod 71 on the side of the working surface 41 remote from the ejector plate 72. The spring 73 is fitted over the part of the ejector rod 71 between the ejector rod 72 and the working surface 41. A suitable spring 73 is selected so that in a relaxed state the ejector plate 72 is lifted up to near the upper end of the first cylindrical channel 61.
In this embodiment, in order to reduce the frictional resistance when the bottle body 1 is clamped into the bottle sleeve 3, the tool further comprises a water supply assembly 8.
And a water supply assembly 8 installed below the working surface 41. The water supply assembly 8 includes a water storage tank 81 and a water pump 82. A flow passage 711 is formed in the ejector rod 71 along the axial length direction thereof. A water hole 712 is formed on the side wall of the ejector rod 71 adjacent to the ejector plate 72. The water hole 712 communicates with the flow passage 711. One end of the water pump 82 is connected with the water storage tank 81, and the other end is communicated with the flow passage 711 by a hose. A drain hole 411 is opened in the working surface 41 adjacent to the ejector rod 71 to drain water. If necessary, the end of the mounting cylinder 3 facing the working surface 41 is coated with a suitable amount of sealant or a sealing ring to prevent water from flowing out. Clean water is continuously sprayed into the mounting cylinder 6 and the bottle sleeve 3 through the water pump 82, so that the resistance when the bottle body 1 is clamped into the bottle sleeve 3 is reduced.
In this embodiment, in order to simplify the structure and save water, the top of the water storage tank 81 is designed to be open. A sleeve 412 is provided below the work surface 41 to engage the open end of the water storage tank 81. The sleeve 412 is connected with the open end of the water storage tank 81 by screw threads. The water storage tank 81 is connected to the work surface 41 and then houses the ejector rod 41. The drain hole 411 is also communicated with the inside of the water storage tank 81.
The working mode of the rapid assembly tool of the embodiment is as follows:
