Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of auxiliary devices of cutting machines, in particular to a side cutter taking device for a cutting machine.
Background
The existing cutting machine adopts a front cutter taking device with a cylinder, and has the following defects:
(1) the tool magazine is arranged at the rear part of the main machine and is adjacent to the feeding frame, so that the width of the main machine is increased, the main machine is large, and the space utilization rate is low;
(2) the rodless cylinder used by the cylinder type cutter taking device has the length of about 1m, and occupies a large space;
(3) the rodless cylinder is expensive and fragile.
(4) The knife taking device has complex action, more control elements and high manufacturing cost.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a side cutter taking device for a cutting machine.
The invention discloses a side cutter taking device for a cutting machine, which comprises an equipment main body and a moving head, wherein a cutter die is arranged on the moving head, and the moving head is slidably arranged on the equipment main body through a screw rod mechanism; the device comprises a device body, a cutter die and a cutter die moving mechanism, wherein the device body is provided with a fixed frame and a supporting frame;
the both sides of support frame are all rotated and are installed two initiative rubber tyers and two and press the material rubber tyer, and support frame middle part fixedly connected with lift cylinder, and broach mould cylinder and cutting die warehouse entry cylinder are transversely installed to lift cylinder output, and broach mould cylinder output is installed and is colluded the cutting board of L type, and the output of cutting die warehouse entry cylinder is provided with the push pedal, and the mid-mounting that equipment principal one side was kept away from to the support frame gets the sword cylinder.
Further, the driving rubber wheel is driven by a chain and chain wheel mechanism.
Furthermore, the material pressing rubber wheel drives to act through a lever mechanism, the lever mechanism comprises a swing rod and a driving cylinder fixed on the support frame, the swing rod is rotatably connected with the support frame, the output end of the driving cylinder is slidably connected with one end of the swing rod, and the material pressing rubber wheel is rotatably installed at the other end of the swing rod.
Furthermore, a plurality of transition wheels are rotatably arranged on the supporting frame.
Furthermore, the lifting cylinder is fixed on the support frame through angle steel.
Further, the two-layer tool magazine comprises an upper plate and a lower plate which are connected.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the first layer of tool magazine and the second layer of tool magazine are arranged on the side face of the rack, so that the width of the rack is shortened, the structure of the rack is more compact, and the space utilization rate is improved;
secondly, a motor is adopted to drive a driving rubber wheel to transmit so as to drive a cutting template to move, and the structure is small and exquisite;
thirdly, the used cylinder has low cost and high efficiency;
fourthly, the knife taking device is simple in action and easy to control.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the side cutter taking device for the cutting machine of the present invention comprises an apparatus main body 1 and a moving head 2, wherein a cutting die is arranged on the moving head 2, and the moving head 2 is slidably mounted on the apparatus main body 1 through a screw mechanism 3; the device comprises a device main body 1, a cutter die moving mechanism and a control device, wherein the device main body 1 comprises a cutter die plate 5, a fixing frame 22 and a support frame 10, the fixing frame 22 and the support frame 10 are arranged on the device main body 1, the cutter die plate 5 is in threaded connection with a screw 16, the support frame 10 is longitudinally and slidably connected with two layers of tool magazines 4, the support frame 10 is fixedly connected with an adjusting cylinder 17, and the adjusting cylinder 17 is used for adjusting the heights of the two layers of tool magazines 4;
the both sides of mount 22 are all rotated and are installed two initiative rubber tyers 13 and two and press material rubber tyers 12, mount 22 middle part fixedly connected with lift cylinder 6, broach mould cylinder 11 and cutting die warehouse entry cylinder 8 are transversely installed to lift cylinder 6 output, broach mould cylinder 11 output is installed and is colluded the cutting board 9 of L type, cutting die warehouse entry cylinder 8's output is provided with push pedal 7, support frame 10 keeps away from the mid-mounting of 1 one side of equipment main part and gets sword cylinder 15.
In this embodiment, when the tool is to be changed, the screw mechanism 3 of the device body 1 is first operated to move the moving head 2 to a designated tool changing position, then the broach die cylinder 11 works to enable the cutter hooking plate 9 to extend to the upper side of the screw 16, then the lifting cylinder 6 performs descending action, the cutter hooking plate 9 hooks the screw 16 of the cutter die plate 5, then the broach die cylinder 11 performs contraction action, the cutter die plate 5 and the cutter die are pulled out to the driving rubber wheel 13, the material pressing rubber wheel 12 is pressed down, the driving rubber wheel 13 rotates to enable the cutter die plate 5 and the cutter die to move towards the two layers of tool magazines 4, at the moment, the lifting cylinder 6 rises, when the cutter die plate 5 enters the two layers of tool magazines 4, the cutting die plate 5 moves to a specified position, the lifting cylinder 6 acts to enable the cutting die warehouse entry cylinder 8 to descend to reach the specified position, and the cutting die warehouse entry cylinder 8 acts to enable the push plate 7 to push the cutting die plate 5 and the cutting die to the specified positions of the two layers of tool warehouses 4; when a knife is taken, the knife taking cylinder 15 acts to push the knife template 5 and the knife die out of the two layers of knife storehouses 4 to the right driving rubber wheel 13, the pressing rubber wheel 12 is pressed down, the driving rubber wheel 13 rotates to enable the knife template 5 and the knife die to move towards the direction of the moving head 2, the knife template 5 moves to a specified position, the lifting cylinder 6 acts to enable the knife drawing cylinder 11 to reach the specified position, the knife drawing cylinder 11 acts to push the screw 16 on the knife template 5, the knife template 5 moves to the position of the moving head 2, and knife changing is completed.
As a preferable scheme of the above embodiment, the driving rubber wheel 13 is driven by a chain sprocket 14 mechanism.
In the present embodiment, the driving rubber wheels 13 are driven by a chain sprocket 14 mechanism, and the motor is a dual output shaft, so that the driving rubber wheels 13 act in unison.
As a preferable scheme of the above embodiment, the rubber pressing wheel 12 is driven to operate by a lever mechanism, the lever mechanism includes a swing rod 18 and a driving cylinder 19 fixed on the support frame 10, the swing rod 18 is rotatably connected with the support frame 10, an output end of the driving cylinder 19 is slidably connected with one end of the swing rod 18, and the rubber pressing wheel 12 is rotatably mounted at the other end of the swing rod 18.
In the present embodiment, when the driving cylinder 19 extends or shortens, the swing rod 18 and the rubber-pressing wheel 12 are driven to rotate, so as to realize the pressing and lifting actions of the rubber-pressing wheel 12.
As a preferable solution of the above embodiment, a plurality of transition wheels 20 are rotatably mounted on the fixing frame 22.
In the embodiment, the knife template 5 is moved more stably by arranging a plurality of transition wheels 20.
In a preferred embodiment of the above embodiment, the lifting cylinder 6 is fixed to the support frame 10 by an angle iron 21.
In this embodiment, the lifting cylinder 6 is fixed to the support frame 10 by the angle iron 21, and the lifting cylinder 6 is more stable.
As a preferable solution of the above embodiment, the two-layer magazine 4 includes an upper plate and a lower plate that are connected.
In this embodiment, the piston rod of the adjusting cylinder 17 is operated to lift the upper plate and the lower plate of the two-layer tool magazine 4, so that the tool dies can be replaced and used more conveniently.
