Secondly, the screw rod in the conventional manual vice is used as a transmission piece of the movable jaw and a clamping piece during clamping of a product; thus, the screw is required to have a large pitch to meet the transmission efficiency, and a small pitch to ensure self-locking after clamping, so that the screw and the screw cannot be used simultaneously. Finally, the conventional manual vice can only clamp one product at a time, which is based on the problems of high tool changing frequency, long moving stroke of a machine tool, increased auxiliary time for frequently loading and unloading workpieces, low production efficiency and the like in the machining process.

Meanwhile, the whole set of vice can be arranged on a workbench or a tool bottom plate according to the characteristics of procedures and programs.
The invention has the beneficial effects that the manual vice with one die and multiple clamps realizes the one die and multiple clamps of the flat-plate small part products; the wedge block is used for pressing, enough clamping force is generated, and the bottom surface of the product is firmly attached to the positioning surface; the traditional screw transmission and compression structure is abandoned, so that the compression is reliable.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail below. One-die multi-clamp manual vice mainly integrates three innovation points: wedge block lateral clamping, chute T-shaped block guiding fixed jaw, one die and multiple pieces clamping. The clamp has the function of clamping 4 products at a time, and can continuously expand the processing of a plurality of products according to the actual needs and the travel of a machine tool workbench. The guide rail 1 is used for bearing various elements and is connected with a tool bottom plate or a machine tool workbench by using a screw A2; a T-shaped groove is formed in the middle of the guide rail and is in sliding fit with the jaw T-shaped block 7, the sliding block 9 and the wedge T-shaped block 11; guide slots are formed in two sides of the upper surface of the guide rail and are in sliding fit with the fixed jaw 3, the movable jaw 4 and the transition jaw 6.
