Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of machine tool fixtures, in particular to a speed reducer semi-camshaft follower fixture. The tool comprises a tool main body, a T-shaped square positioning guide pillar, a square positioning pressing block, a locking gasket and a locking nut; the tool main body comprises a distance plate, a boss and a cylindrical shaft; the T-shaped square positioning guide pillar comprises a T-shaped head and a square guide pillar, during assembly, a datum plane of a workpiece is abutted to a distance plate, a circular boss is matched with a center hole of the workpiece, the T-shaped square positioning guide pillar is inserted into a square through hole of the boss, a square positioning pressing block is locked through a locking nut, a rectangular through groove is formed in the workpiece, and the T-shaped head and the square positioning pressing block are in clearance fit with the side face of the T-shaped head. According to the invention, two paired speed reducer half-camshaft shafts can be combined and arranged on the follower tool, the half-camshaft shafts are used as a whole to sequentially carry out rough turning and finish turning of the excircle, then the half-camshaft shafts are transferred to a grinding machine to carry out finish grinding, repeated disassembly and assembly are not needed among all processing steps, the processing precision is high, and the efficiency is high.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of machine tool fixtures, in particular to a speed reducer semi-camshaft follower fixture.
Background
The machine tool fixture automatically conveys and transfers the workpieces mounted with the workpieces among stations in the cutting process. The following tool is mainly used for workpieces which are irregular in appearance and inconvenient to automatically position, clamp and convey in automatic production of automatic production lines, machining centers, flexible manufacturing systems and the like. After the workpiece is installed and positioned on the accompanying tool, the following tool is conveyed to each station by the conveying device. The following tool is generally positioned on a machine tool by a bottom plane and two positioning holes and is clamped by a clamping mechanism of a worktable of the machine tool, so that the relative position of a workpiece and a cutter is ensured. When the requirement on the machining accuracy of the workpiece is high, the bottom plane of the following tool is often separated into a positioning base plane and a transportation base plane so as to protect the accuracy of the positioning base plane. The accompanying tool belongs to the special fixture range, and the workpiece clamping part of the accompanying tool needs to be designed according to the workpiece appearance and the process requirements.
As shown in fig. 8, two half-camshaft shafts of a speed reducer are used in a pair, and the circumferences of two ends of the half-camshaft shafts need to be processed with high precision during processing, and need to be roughly turned, finely turned and ground, and if the two half-camshaft shafts of the speed reducer are processed separately, each process needs to be clamped once, so that the efficiency is low, and the processing precision is not high.

the T-shaped square positioning guide pillar comprises a T-shaped head and a square guide pillar, the shape of the T-shaped head is consistent with that of the square positioning pressing block, and a threaded hole is formed in the end part of the square guide pillar; the center of the square positioning pressing block is provided with a square through hole,
during assembly, a reference surface of a workpiece is abutted with an upper plane and a lower plane of a distance plate, a circular boss is matched with a central hole of the workpiece, a T-shaped square positioning guide pillar is inserted from bottom to top, a square through hole of the square guide pillar is matched with a square through hole of the boss, a square positioning pressing block is sleeved on the square guide pillar and locked through a locking gasket and a locking nut, a rectangular through groove for positioning and clamping is formed in the workpiece, the bottom surface of the rectangular through groove is parallel to the reference surface, the bottom surface of the rectangular through groove is abutted with a T-shaped head and a square positioning pressing block respectively, and the side surface of the rectangular through groove is in clearance fit with the T-shaped head and the side surface of the square positioning pressing block.
Further, the tool main body and the T-shaped square positioning guide pillar are integrally machined and formed.
Furthermore, a tool withdrawal groove is formed in the root of the boss.
Furthermore, a thimble hole for fixing the thimble is arranged on the cylindrical shaft.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
