Abstract
The invention relates to a back door assembling auxiliary tool which is characterized by comprising two auxiliary assembling modules, wherein the two auxiliary assembling modules are arranged and used in a left-right symmetrical mode relative to a longitudinal center line of a vehicle; the auxiliary assembly module comprises a profiling positioning block, a positioning mechanism and an assembly reference block, the positioning mechanism and the assembly reference block are arranged on the profiling positioning block, the auxiliary assembly module is accurately and stably positioned on the back door through the positioning mechanism, and the assembly reference block controls the position of the back door relative to the automobile framework so that the position of the back door after assembly is located at the theoretical design position of the back door. When the back door 3 is assembled, a worker places the back door 3 with an auxiliary tool on the automobile framework 2 through a hinge, before fastening bolts of the back door 3 are tightened, the worker pushes the back door 3 to enable the reference block I131, the reference block II 132 and the reference block III 133 on the auxiliary assembling modules 1 on the left side and the right side of the back door 3 to be in complete contact with the automobile framework 2, and then the fastening bolts of the hinge of the back door 3 are tightened; then, the worker holds the operating handle 11 of the auxiliary fitting module 1, takes out the auxiliary tool from the back door 3 in the axial direction of the main positioning pin 121 and the auxiliary positioning pin 111, and then performs fitting work of the next vehicle.
In this embodiment, the front-rear direction refers to the front-rear direction of the automobile, i.e., the longitudinal direction of the automobile; the left-right direction refers to the left-right direction of the automobile, i.e., the lateral direction of the automobile.
The auxiliary tool is arranged on the back door and can be adjusted according to the actual requirement of a welding adjusting line, so that the position of the back door after being assembled is in the theoretical design position of the framework, the assembling stability of the back door is improved, and the assembling quality of the back door area of the whole vehicle is improved.
