Abstract

As a preferred embodiment, the first and second adjusting mechanisms 452 and 453 extend and contract in the radial direction of the rotating ring 42;
the central axis of rotation of the brush roller 456 is parallel to the central axis of rotation of the rotating ring 42.

and, the diameter of the buffer roller 24 is larger than that of the expansion part 1, so that the expansion and contraction of the waterproof tape can be buffered by the outer circumference of the buffer roller 24.
In a preferred embodiment, a spray head is further disposed at one side of the buffer roller in the first limiting mechanism 2, and the spray head faces the cleaning solution spray head between the buffer mixer 24 and the expansion part 1.
