The bag type dust collector with the protection function comprises a main body (3), a dust removal bag (4), a collection hopper (2) and two supporting legs (1), wherein the collection hopper (2) is arranged below the main body (3), the main body (3) is communicated with the collection hopper (2), the dust removal bag (4) is arranged at the top of the main body (3), the two supporting legs (1) are respectively connected with two sides of the lower part of the collection hopper (2), an ash discharge port is arranged below the collection hopper (2), an air outlet is arranged above the main body (3), an air inlet is arranged on one side of the main body (3), and a PLC is arranged inside the main body (3), and the bag type dust collector is characterized by further comprising a protection mechanism and an auxiliary mechanism, wherein the protection mechanism and the auxiliary mechanism are both arranged inside the main body (3), and the protection mechanism is connected with the auxiliary mechanism;
the protection mechanism comprises a driving assembly, a sealing assembly, a protection assembly and two lifting assemblies, wherein the driving assembly is arranged below the dust removal bag (4), the sealing assembly is arranged between the dust removal bag (4) and the driving assembly, the driving assembly is connected with the sealing assembly, the two lifting assemblies are respectively connected with the inner walls of the two sides of the main body (3), the lifting assemblies are connected with the driving assembly, the lifting assemblies are connected with the protection assembly, the protection assembly is arranged above the sealing assembly, and the driving assembly is connected with the auxiliary mechanism;
the protection assembly comprises a telescopic pipe (5) and a lifting ring (6), the lifting ring (6) and the telescopic pipe (5) are sleeved on the dust removal bag (4), two ends of the telescopic pipe (5) are respectively connected with the top in the main body (3) and the upper part of the lifting ring (6), and the lifting assembly is connected with the periphery of the lifting ring (6);
the auxiliary mechanism comprises a rotating shaft (21), a first bearing and a plurality of auxiliary components, wherein the outer ring of the first bearing is connected with the driving component, the periphery of the rotating shaft (21) is connected with the inner ring of the first bearing, one end of the rotating shaft (21) is connected with the driving component, the other end of the rotating shaft (21) is connected with the auxiliary components, and the auxiliary components are uniformly arranged on the periphery of the rotating shaft (21) in the circumferential direction;
the auxiliary assembly comprises an auxiliary rod (22) and a scraping rod (23), one side of the scraping rod (23) is connected with the inner wall of the collecting hopper (2), and two ends of the auxiliary rod (22) are connected with the periphery of the rotating shaft (21) and the other side of the scraping rod (23) respectively.

The bag collector with protection function according to claim 1, wherein the sealing assembly comprises a connecting shaft (19), two elastic strings (20) and two sealing plates (18), two gaps are arranged below the lifting ring (6), the gaps are matched with the connecting shaft (19), two ends of the connecting shaft (19) are respectively connected with the inner walls of two sides of the main body (3) to form two sealing plates (18) which are symmetrically arranged around the axis of the connecting shaft (19), one side of the sealing plate (18) is connected with the periphery of the connecting shaft (19), one side of the sealing plate (18) close to the driving component is connected with the driving component, the two sides of the sealing plate (18) are provided with convex blocks, one ends of the two elastic ropes (20) are respectively connected with one sides of the two convex blocks, which are close to the connecting shaft (19), and the other ends of the elastic ropes (20) are connected with the connecting shaft (19).

The bag collector with protection function according to claim 2, wherein the driving assembly comprises a fixed box (17), a motor (16), a first bevel gear (15), a connecting unit and two transmission units, the fixed box (17) is arranged inside the main body (3), the motor (16) is arranged inside the fixed box (17), the motor (16) is in transmission connection with the first bevel gear (15), the connecting unit is connected with the transmission unit, the two transmission units are respectively connected with the two lifting assemblies, the connecting unit is connected with the rotating shaft (21), and the motor (16) is electrically connected with the PLC.

The bag collector with protection function according to claim 3, wherein the transmission unit comprises a third bearing, a transmission shaft (11), a transmission disc (12), a pulling rope (13) and a worm wheel (10), round holes are arranged on both sides of the fixed box (17), the outer rings of the two third bearings are respectively connected with the inner walls of the two round holes, one end of each transmission shaft (11) is connected with the connecting unit, the other ends of the two transmission shafts (11) respectively penetrate through the two round holes, the other end of the transmission shaft (11) is connected with a worm wheel (10), the two worm wheels (10) are respectively connected with two lifting components, the periphery of the transmission shaft (11) is connected with the inner ring of the third bearing, the transmission disc (12) is connected with the transmission shaft (11), one end of the pull rope (13) is connected with the sealing plate (18), and the other end of the pull rope (13) is wound on the transmission disc (12).

The bag collector with protection function of claim 4, wherein the connecting unit comprises three second bevel gears (14), two of the second bevel gears (14) are respectively connected with one ends of the two transmission shafts (11) far away from the worm wheel (10), the other second bevel gear (14) is connected with the rotating shaft (21), and the first bevel gear (15) is meshed with the second bevel gear (14).

The bag type dust collector with the protection function according to claim 3, wherein the lifting assembly comprises a screw rod (7), a worm (9), a lifting rod (8) and two fourth bearings, the fourth bearings are arranged inside the main body (3), one end of the screw rod (7) and one end of the worm (9) are respectively connected with inner rings of the two fourth bearings, the other end of the screw rod (7) is connected with the other end of the worm (9), the screw rod (7) and the worm (9) are coaxially arranged, the worm wheel (10) is meshed with the worm (9), one end of the lifting rod (8) is sleeved on the screw rod (7), a connecting part of the lifting rod (8) and the screw rod (7) is provided with a thread matched with the screw rod (7), and the other end of the lifting rod (8) is connected with an outer ring of the lifting ring (6).
