the sand is stored in the sand cylinder 12, the air collecting cover 29 and the air inlet pipe 30 are both in contact with the sand, and when outside air circulates in the air inlet pipe 30 and the air collecting cover 29, the sand can cool the air, so that the temperature of the entering air is prevented from being too high, the heat dissipation effect of the air at a lower temperature is better, and the heat dissipation effect is further improved.
