The clamping piece mounting seat is further provided with a rod head inserting piece 35, when the two parts of the clamping piece mounting seat are butted together, the two parts of the rod head inserting piece 35 are also butted together to form a round hole, and the round hole is opposite to the through holes on the lugs on the two clamping pieces assembled together by the clamping piece mounting seat.
Referring to fig. 5, at least one of the first clip transporting device 2 and the second clip transporting device 3 further includes a clip shaping mechanism 34, and the clip shaping mechanism 34 is configured to punch to open a pair of lugs 302 of each of the first clip 20 or the second clip 30. The clip shaping mechanism 34 includes a shaping driving member 341 and a plate-shaped stamping head 342 driven by the shaping driving member 341, and the stamping head 342 is disposed above a clip mounting seat of the clip pushing mechanism to stamp after the first clip 20 or the second clip 30 is conveyed on the clip mounting seat. By providing the clip shaping mechanism 34, the lugs 302 deformed by external impact can be corrected to ensure the quality of fit between the lugs 302. The clip shaping mechanism 34 may be provided in only one of the first clip transporting device 2 and the second clip transporting device 3 to shape only the first clip 20 or the second clip 30, or may be provided in both the first clip transporting device 2 and the second clip transporting device 3 to shape both the first clip 20 and the second clip 30.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the torsion spring conveying device 4 is configured to press the torsion spring 40 to an elastically deformed state and convey the torsion spring between the first clamping piece 20 and the second clamping piece 30. The torsion spring conveying device 4 comprises a torsion spring conveying channel 41, a plunger 42, a clamping and positioning mechanism 43 and a moving and receiving mechanism 44. The clamping and positioning mechanism 43 is configured to clamp the torsion spring 40 and punch the torsion spring 40 into the clamping and positioning mechanism 43 by the punch pin 42. The clamping and positioning mechanism 43 comprises an upper clamping piece 431 and a lower clamping piece 432, a clamping groove 433 for clamping a spiral part of the torsion spring 40 is formed between the upper clamping piece 431 and the lower clamping piece 432, the upper clamping piece 431 is provided with a plunger through hole (not numbered) for the plunger 42 to pass through, the lower clamping piece 432 is provided with a first torsion spring through hole 4320 matched with the torsion spring 40 in shape, and the plunger through hole, the clamping groove 433 and the first torsion spring through hole 4320 are sequentially communicated. The torsion spring 40 is conveyed into the clamping groove 433 through the torsion spring conveying passage 41, the plunger 42 downwardly presses the torsion spring 40 to elastically deform the two torsion bars of the torsion spring 40, and the torsion spring 40 is compressed into the first torsion spring through hole 4320 of the lower clamping member 432.
The moving support mechanism 44 is configured to move upward to interface with the clamping and positioning mechanism 43, and the plunger 42 pushes the torsion spring 40 out of the clamping and positioning mechanism 43 into the moving support mechanism 44, and the moving support mechanism 44 moves downward to the assembling station, and the plunger 42 further pushes the torsion spring 40 out of the moving support mechanism 44 into the space between the first clamping piece 20 and the second clamping piece 30. The moving receiving mechanism 44 comprises a receiving block 442 and a receiving block driving part 441 which drives the receiving block 442 to move up and down, a torsion spring through hole two 4420 which penetrates through the receiving block 442 up and down is arranged in the receiving block 442, the torsion spring through hole two 4420 is the same as the torsion spring through hole one 4320 in shape and is opposite to the torsion spring through hole one 4320 in position up and down, and a limit cap punching hole 4421 corresponding to the frame body rod 101 of the frame body 10 is arranged at the lower end of the receiving block 442.
The torsion spring conveying device 4 is provided with a split clamping and positioning mechanism 43 and a split moving and supporting mechanism 44, and the torsion spring 40 is firstly stamped into the clamping and positioning mechanism 43 by the stamping rod 42; then the part of the movable supporting mechanism 44 moves upwards to abut against the clamping and positioning mechanism 43, and the torsion spring 40 is punched into the movable supporting mechanism 44 from the clamping and positioning mechanism 43 by the punch rod 42; finally, the components of the moving support 44 are moved downward to the assembly station, and the torsion spring 40 is stamped out of the moving support 44 by the plunger 42. As can be seen from the above description of the specific embodiments, the automatic assembling equipment 100 for a clothes hanger clamp provided by the present invention comprises a rack body conveying device 1, a first clip conveying device 2, a second clip conveying device 3, a torsion spring conveying device 4 and a limiting cap conveying device 5, all of which are automatically conveyed and assembled together, so that the automation degree is high, and the production efficiency of the clothes hanger clamp is greatly improved.

the frame body clamping mechanism comprises clamping seats, the clamping seats are configured to clamp the frame body, and two ends of the frame body are exposed out of the clamping seats;
the rack body transferring mechanism comprises a rack body transferring sliding seat and a rack body transferring sliding table which are in sliding fit with each other, and the rack body transferring sliding table is driven to slide on the rack body transferring sliding seat;

The automated assembly machine of claim 5, wherein the robot mechanism comprises a robot moving slide, a robot moving slide slidably connected to the robot moving slide, and two sets of robot jaws synchronously moved by the robot moving slide, one of the sets of robot jaws configured to grip a rack on the in-rack drive mechanism and mounted on the gripper block, and the other set configured to grip an assembled hanger clamp on the gripper block and transfer to a hanger clamp collection mechanism.
7. The automated assembly equipment of claim 6, wherein the hanger clamp collection mechanism comprises a hanging rod on which a hook on a body of the hanger clamp is hung, and the hanging rod is in a structure that a front section is inclined downwards and a tail section is inclined upwards.
8. The automated assembly machine of claim 1, wherein each of the first and second jaws has a lug thereon, and wherein the first and second jaw transporters are configured to arrange the first and second jaws such that the lugs oppose each other and drive the first and second jaws toward each other such that the lugs on the first and second jaws overlap each other at the assembly station.
9. The automated assembly apparatus of claim 8, wherein the first and second clip transport devices comprise a clip feed mechanism and a clip push mechanism, respectively, the clip push mechanism being disposed at an end of the clip feed mechanism, the clip feed mechanism transporting the first and second clips to the corresponding clip push mechanisms, respectively.
10. The automated assembly equipment of claim 9, wherein the clip pushing mechanism comprises a clip pushing slide, and a clip mounting seat, the clip pushing slide is slidably disposed on the clip pushing slide, and the clip mounting seat is integrally or separately disposed on the clip pushing slide and moves along with the clip pushing slide.
11. The automated assembly equipment of claim 10, wherein the clip mount includes a rest block for the first or second clip to rest against, an upper snap block disposed at a top end of the rest block, and a lower snap block disposed at a bottom end of the rest block, upper snap block, and lower snap block forming a mounting slot for the first or second clip to be mounted.
12. The automated assembly equipment of claim 11, wherein a gap is formed between the upper and lower retaining blocks and the support block, and the gap forms an opening toward one side of the clip feeding mechanism, through which the first and second clips on the clip feeding mechanism are laterally inserted into the mounting slots of the clip mounting seat.
Preferably, the upper and lower retaining blocks are rotatably mounted on the support block, and the upper and lower retaining blocks are configured to be opened by rotation relative to the support block to disengage from the first or second clip.
Preferably, at least one of the first clip transporting device and the second clip transporting device further includes a clip shaping mechanism configured to punch to open a pair of lugs on each of the first clip or the second clip from each other.
