The invention relates to the technical field of sewage treatment, in particular to a sampling pool arranged at the tail end of integrated sewage treatment equipment.
Background
Sewage treatment is a process of purifying sewage to meet the water quality requirement of discharging the sewage into a certain water body or reusing the sewage. Sewage treatment is widely applied to various fields such as buildings, agriculture, traffic, energy, petrifaction, environmental protection, urban landscape, medical treatment, catering and the like, and is increasingly used in daily life of common people.
The integrated sewage treatment is one of the main modes for centralized sewage treatment, and clear water treated by the integrated sewage treatment equipment generally can reach the discharge standard. However, after the equipment is subjected to long-time sewage treatment or fails, the quality of the discharged clean water is reduced, so that workers need to perform sampling detection on the discharged clean water regularly to monitor whether the integrated sewage treatment equipment is in normal operation or not and monitor whether the effluent after sewage treatment reaches the standard or not.
Current integration sewage treatment device generally sets up to closed structure, because the restriction of its structure, inconvenient staff draws the water sample and carries out water sample detection. Traditional sewage treatment pond sets up to open, though conveniently extracts the water sample, nevertheless can gather more mud and dust after long-time work, because the bottom of a pool in traditional sewage treatment pond is flat, inconvenient clearance and the discharge of precipitate.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a sampling tank which is arranged at a water outlet of an integrated sewage treatment device and is convenient for taking a water sample and cleaning sediments in the tank when needed.
In order to achieve the purpose, the sampling pool provided by the invention comprises a pool body and a top cover, wherein an inclined bottom wall is arranged on the bottom surface of the pool body, the inclined bottom wall is inclined downwards from a first side to a second side of the pool body, a cleaning pipe and a water outlet pipe are arranged on the second side of the pool body, the cleaning pipe is positioned at the bottom of the inclined bottom wall, and the water outlet pipe is positioned above the cleaning pipe; top cap detachably lid closes at the top of cell body, and inlet opening and a plurality of preformed hole have been seted up to the top cap, and the inlet opening is located the top of slope diapire, is provided with the inlet tube in the inlet opening, and four bights at the top cap are established respectively to a plurality of preformed holes, and preformed hole and the inside intercommunication of cell body.
According to the scheme, the sampling tank is arranged at the water outlet of the integrated sewage treatment equipment, clear water discharged by the integrated sewage treatment equipment enters the sampling tank from the water inlet pipe, the clear water contains a small amount of sludge, dust and other sediments, and the sediments can slide towards the direction of the cleaning pipe along the inclined bottom wall by arranging the inclined bottom wall at the bottom of the tank body, so that most of the sediments in the water are accumulated near the cleaning pipe after the clear water discharged from the integrated sewage treatment equipment enters the sampling tank, the clarity of the upper layer of clear water is guaranteed, a worker can conveniently extract a water sample, and the sediments are convenient to clean and discharge; the water inlet pipe is arranged at the top of the slope of the inclined bottom wall, so that water entering the pool falls on the upper part of the inclined bottom wall, the impact force of the water can be weakened by the inclined bottom wall, the impact on sediments at the bottom of the slope in the falling process of the water can be reduced, and the sediments are prevented from being lifted again to influence the sedimentation effect in the sampling pool; the water outlet pipe is arranged above the cleaning pipe, so that water is fed into the sampling pool while settled clean water is discharged, and the sampling pool is prevented from overflowing; through setting up a plurality of preformed holes at the top cap, water sample in the accessible preformed hole extraction pond on the one hand, on the other hand accessible preformed hole upwards opens the top cap.
The further scheme is that step parts are arranged on the upper portion of the pool body, the step parts are downwards sunken from the top wall of the pool body, gaskets are arranged on the step parts, and the edge of the top cover abuts against the gaskets.
The further scheme is that the top cover is made of toughened glass, and the upper surface of the top cover is flush with the top wall of the tank body, or the upper surface of the top cover is lower than the top wall of the tank body.
The further scheme is that the gasket is made of materials such as rubber or silica gel, and the gasket is fixed on the step portion through viscose.
The further scheme is that the bottom of the pool body is a concrete floor, the wall of the pool body is a brick wall, a mortar layer is arranged on the outer side of the wall of the pool, and smooth tiles are inlaid on the inner side and the inclined bottom wall of the pool.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the sampling tank provided in this embodiment is disposed at the end of the integrated sewage treatment apparatus, i.e., at the water outlet of the integrated sewage treatment apparatus, and is used for receiving the clean water discharged after the integrated sewage treatment apparatus is used for processing, so that the worker can conveniently and regularly extract the water sample from the sampling tank and detect the water sample, and regularly monitor whether the integrated sewage treatment apparatus is normally operated, and whether the clean water discharged by the integrated sewage treatment apparatus reaches the standard.
The sampling pool of this embodiment includes a pool body 1 and a top cover 2. The tank body 1 is rectangular, the length of the inner side of the tank body 1 is 1m, the width is 1m, the height is 0.6m, the bottom of the tank body 1 is a concrete floor formed by pouring C15 plain concrete, and the thickness of the concrete floor is 15 cm. The wall of the tank body 1 is a brick wall which is formed by brick building of cement mortar and MU10 bricks in a ratio of 1:2, wherein MU10 means that the average compressive strength of the building blocks is not less than 10 Mpa. The outside of pool wall is provided with the mortar layer that thickness is 20mm, and the inboard of pool wall is inlayed and is pasted light blue plain noodles ceramic tile, convenient clearance.
The bottom of cell body 1 is provided with slope diapire 11, and slope diapire 11 is from the first side of cell body 1 to the second side downward sloping, and in vertical direction, the slope top of slope diapire 11 equals or is slightly less than the half of cell body 1 height, and on the horizontal direction, there is the preset distance between the slope end of slope diapire 11 to the pool wall of the second side of cell body 1, and the preset distance is 15cm in this example.

The threaded plug 6 can seal the cleaning pipe 3 from the inside of the tank body 1, and can also seal the cleaning pipe from the outside of the tank body 1, and the former is preferred in the embodiment. The cleaning pipe 3 is DN75PVC pipe, the water outlet pipe 4 is DN110PVC pipe, and the peripheral walls of the cleaning pipe 3 and the water outlet pipe 4 are connected with the pool wall in a sealing way.
The top cover 2 is detachably covered on the top of the tank body 1 to prevent surface dust from entering the sampling tank. The top cover 2 is made of transparent toughened glass, so that the appearance is attractive, and workers can conveniently observe the transparency of water on the appearance of the pool. The top cap 2 has been seted up inlet opening 21 and four preformed holes 22, and wherein the diameter of inlet opening 21 is 80mm, and the diameter of preformed hole 22 is 50 mm. The inlet opening 21 is located the top on the slope top of slope diapire 11, is provided with inlet tube 5 in the inlet opening 21, and inlet tube 5 extends to cell body 1 inside from the inboard of top cap 2, and in vertical direction, the delivery port of inlet tube 5 is higher than the water inlet of outlet pipe 4. Clear water discharged by the integrated sewage treatment equipment enters the tank body 1 through the water inlet pipe 5 and falls on the slope top of the inclined bottom wall 11, so that trace sludge or dust in the clear water can slide along the surface of the inclined bottom wall 11 towards the cleaning pipe 3. Four preformed holes 22 divide and establish on four bights of top cap 2, and preformed hole 22 runs through the thickness direction and the inside intercommunication of cell body 1 of top cap 2, and the staff can follow the water sample of preformed hole 22 extraction cell body 1 interior different positions, and perhaps, the staff also can hold between the fingers top cap 2 and upwards open top cap 2 from preformed hole 22, then extracts appropriate amount of water sample.
The inlet tube 5 and the outlet pipe 4 all are provided with the valve (not shown in the figure), adjust the flow of inlet tube 5 and outlet pipe 4 through control valve's the degree of opening, conveniently adjust the water yield of outlet pipe 4 according to the inflow of inlet tube 5 for the state of intaking, going out water on one side is maintained all the time in the sample cell, prevents that the sample cell is excessive. Under the normality, clearance pipe 3 is in the shutoff state, just takes off plug 6 when the sampling basin is cleaned to needs, conveniently discharges sediment such as mud or dust completely.
In fig. 2, a step 12 is provided on the upper portion of the tank wall of the tank body 1, the step 12 is recessed downward from the top wall of the tank body 1, the recessed depth of the step 12 in this embodiment is 2cm, and the width of the step 12 in the horizontal direction is 6 cm. In the horizontal direction, steps 12 are arranged around the respective cell walls of the cell body 1. The step part 12 is provided with a gasket 13, and the edge of the top cover 2 abuts against the gasket 13 to protect the top cover 2 and prevent the top cover 2 from being broken. In the vertical direction, the upper surface of the top cover 2 is flush with the top wall of the tank body 1, or the upper surface of the top cover 2 is slightly lower than the top wall of the tank body 1. The gasket 13 of this embodiment is made of a flexible material such as rubber or silicone, and this embodiment is preferably a rubber gasket, and in order to prevent the gasket 13 from shifting, the gasket 13 may be fixed on the step portion 12 by glue.
In conclusion, the sampling tank is arranged at the water outlet of the integrated sewage treatment equipment, clear water discharged by the integrated sewage treatment equipment enters the sampling tank from the water inlet pipe, the clear water contains a small amount of sludge, dust and other sediments, and the sediments can slide towards the direction of the cleaning pipe along the inclined bottom wall by arranging the inclined bottom wall at the bottom of the tank body, so that most of the sediments in the water are accumulated near the cleaning pipe after the clear water discharged by the integrated sewage treatment equipment enters the sampling tank, the clarity of the clear water at the upper layer is ensured, the water sample can be conveniently extracted by workers, and the sediments can be conveniently cleaned and discharged; the water inlet pipe is arranged at the top of the slope of the inclined bottom wall, so that water entering the pool falls on the upper part of the inclined bottom wall, the impact force of the water can be weakened by the inclined bottom wall, the impact on sediments at the bottom of the slope in the falling process of the water can be reduced, and the sediments are prevented from being lifted again to influence the sedimentation effect in the sampling pool; the water outlet pipe is arranged above the cleaning pipe, so that water is fed into the sampling pool while settled clean water is discharged, and the sampling pool is prevented from overflowing; through setting up a plurality of preformed holes at the top cap, water sample in the accessible preformed hole extraction pond on the one hand, on the other hand accessible preformed hole upwards opens the top cap.
Finally, it should be emphasized that the above-described preferred embodiments of the present invention are merely examples of implementations, not limitations, and various changes and modifications may be made by those skilled in the art, without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and any changes, equivalents, improvements, etc. made within the spirit and scope of the present invention are intended to be embraced therein.
