Technical Field

Background
The outside of window often exposes in the external world, because the dust in the external world is more, the dust can cover the outside at the window usually, can influence the pleasing to the eye of whole building because the window, uses the manual work to scrub the glass outside at present usually, but to the higher window outside when wasing, very inconvenient when the manual cleaning, dangerous high moreover, so need use a device of being convenient for to window outside and inboard abluent.
At present, when the outer side of a window is cleaned:
(1) when the window is cleaned for a relatively high floor, because the window is relatively high, when the window is cleaned outdoors manually, the cleaning area is limited and the danger is extremely high, so that the window outside is inconvenient to clean.
(2) In the process of cleaning the window, because the outer side and the inner side of the window need to be cleaned step by step, the cleaning process is more, and the efficiency is lower.
We have therefore proposed an apparatus for facilitating the cleaning of the outside as well as the inside of windows in order to solve the problems set out above.

In view of the above-mentioned shortcomings in the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide a device for conveniently cleaning the outside and the inside of a window, so as to solve the problems of inconvenient cleaning of the outside of the window, more procedures for cleaning the window, and lower efficiency of some devices for conveniently cleaning the outside and the inside of the window in the current market proposed in the above-mentioned background art.

the forward and reverse rotation device comprises a motor, a first gear, a second gear, an arc-shaped slide way, a slide block mechanism, a third gear and a first sector gear, the motor is fixed on the bottom wall of the cavity, the first gear is fixed on the output end of the motor, the second gear is rotatably installed on the top wall of the cavity, the second gear is meshed with the first gear, an arc-shaped slide way is formed in the arc-shaped slide way, the slide block mechanism is slidably installed in the arc-shaped slide way, the arc-shaped slide way is fixed on the top wall of the cavity, the third gear and the first sector gear are respectively fixed at one end of the screw rod, and the first sector gear is located at the lower part of the third gear;
the sliding block mechanism comprises a shell, a fourth gear, a rotating shaft, a second sector gear, a telescopic component, an arc-shaped rack, a moving wheel and a traction rope, the fourth gear is fixed at one end of the rotating shaft, the upper part of the rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the inside of the shell, the second sector gear is rotatably arranged on one side of the outer surface of the rotating shaft, the number of the traction ropes is two, one ends of the two traction ropes are respectively fixed on one side of the inner part of the moving wheel, two grooves are symmetrically arranged on one side of the shell, the two moving wheels are rotatably arranged on the arms on the two sides of the grooves, the other ends of the two traction ropes are respectively connected with the inside of the telescopic assemblies, the two telescopic assemblies are symmetrically fixed in the shell, the other side of the shell is provided with an arc-shaped groove, the arc-shaped rack is positioned in the arc-shaped groove, and one side of the arc-shaped rack is connected with one sides of the two telescopic assemblies;
the telescopic component comprises a fixed rod, a telescopic rod, a second damping spring, saw-shaped racks, a third damping spring and steel balls, wherein a plurality of first trapezoidal grooves are formed in one side of the telescopic rod at equal intervals, a plurality of saw-shaped racks are arranged in the first trapezoidal grooves in a sliding mode respectively, a plurality of saw-shaped racks are arranged at one end of the second damping spring respectively, a plurality of second damping springs are fixed to the bottom wall of the first trapezoidal groove respectively, a plurality of circular grooves are formed in the other side of the telescopic rod at equal intervals, a plurality of steel balls are arranged in the circular grooves in a sliding mode, the outer surfaces of the steel balls are attached to one end of the third damping spring, the third damping springs are fixed to the bottom wall of the circular grooves, the telescopic rod is arranged in the fixed rod in the sliding mode, and the other end of the traction rope is fixed to one side of the telescopic rod, a rectangular groove is formed in one side of the fixed rod, the saw-shaped racks are located inside the rectangular groove, a plurality of arc-shaped grooves matched with the steel balls are formed in the inner wall of the fixed rod, and the steel balls are clamped inside the arc-shaped grooves;
trapezoidal sliding grooves are symmetrically formed in two side walls of the lifting rod, trapezoidal sliding blocks matched with the trapezoidal sliding grooves are symmetrically fixed to two inner side arms of the U-shaped cleaning rod, the U-shaped cleaning rod is slidably mounted inside the trapezoidal sliding grooves of the two side walls of the lifting rod through the trapezoidal sliding blocks, and suction ports are fixed inside the two trapezoidal sliding blocks;
two the top of inhaling the binding off is fixed with the gasbag, two the top of gasbag all is fixed mutually with the roof of trapezoidal spout, two the bottom of inhaling the binding off all is fixed with the bellows, two the one end of bellows all extends with the outside of lifter, two the one end of bellows all is connected with same inlet tube, two the fixed surface of inhaling the binding off has the outlet pipe, two the outlet pipe is located the inside that the U-shaped washs the pole respectively, and two outlet pipes are fixed mutually with one side that the clean cotton was wiped respectively.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the lifting rod is internally provided with a forward and reverse rotating device, the motor drives the fourth gear and the third gear to rotate clockwise through the first gear, so that the third gear drives the threaded sliding block to rotate through the screw rod, the threaded sliding block drives the cleaning cotton wiper to ascend through the U-shaped cleaning rod, when the threaded sliding block rotates to a certain degree, the sliding block mechanism slides to the other side of the arc-shaped slide way, so that the first gear drives the fourth gear to rotate reversely through the second gear, the fourth gear drives the screw rod to rotate anticlockwise through the third gear, the U-shaped cleaning rod is descended, a replacement worker cleans a window, and the possibility of danger caused by cleaning the window is avoided.
(2) According to the invention, the U-shaped cleaning rod reciprocates up and down in the window cleaning process, so that when the U-shaped cleaning rod ascends, the two trapezoidal sliding blocks generate suction to the air bag, the air bag sequentially passes through the corrugated pipe and the inner part of the air bag of the water inlet pipe, and when the U-shaped cleaning rod descends, cleaning water in the air bag can flow into one side of the cleaning cotton wiper through the water outlet pipe, so that the cleaning cotton wiper cleans the window through the cleaning water, and therefore, the window cleaning work is completed, and the window is cleaned more cleanly.
(3) According to the invention, the U-shaped cleaning rod is slidably arranged on one side of the lifting rod, so that the inner side and the outer side of the window can be cleaned by the inner wall of the U-shaped cleaning rod, the procedures for cleaning the outer side and the inner side of the window are reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. Referring to fig. 1-7, the present invention provides a device for conveniently cleaning the outer side and the inner side of a window, which comprises a lifting rod 1 and a U-shaped cleaning rod 2, wherein one side of the lifting rod 1 is provided with a chute, the top wall of the chute is rotatably provided with a screw rod 4, the lower part of the lifting rod 1 is provided with a cavity, a forward and backward rotating device 3 is arranged in the cavity, one end of the screw rod 4 extends into the cavity, one end of the screw rod 4 is connected with the positive and negative rotation device 3, the bottom wall of the chute is fixed with a first damping spring 6, the first damping spring 6 is sleeved on the outer surface of the screw rod 4, the cleaning cotton wiper 8 is fixed on the two inner side walls of the U-shaped cleaning rod 2, the threaded sliding block 5 is fixed on the inner side of the U-shaped cleaning rod 2, the threaded sliding block 5 is installed on the outer surface of the screw rod 4 in a threaded mode, and the bottom of the threaded sliding block 5 is fixed with the top of the first damping spring 6;

according to fig. 7, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention: clamping mechanism 9 is fixed with to the opposite side symmetry of lifter 1, every clamping mechanism 9 includes clamping bar 91, spring 92 and depression bar 93, the second dovetail groove has been seted up to one side of clamping bar 91, depression bar 93 slidable mounting is in the inside of second dovetail groove, the quantity of spring 92 has a plurality ofly, the inner wall in second dovetail groove is fixed to a plurality of springs 92 equidistance, depression bar 93 is fixed in one side of a plurality of springs 92, make lifter 1 can fix the one side at the window through clamping mechanism 9, the work that can carry out the washing to the window has been guaranteed.
As shown in fig. 9, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention: the end of intaking of two outlet pipes 13 and inlet tube 15 all is provided with ball sealer 14, and the material of two ball sealers 14 all is made by rubber materials, when having guaranteed that U-shaped washs pole 2 and rises or descend for the gasbag is in encapsulated situation, avoids causing the phenomenon that can't realize absorbing water or play water because of appearing leaking gas.
According to fig. 7, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention: the inner sides of the pressure rods 93 are fixed with protective pads made of rubber, so that when the pressure rods 93 are fixed to the window, the protective pads protect the window, and the problem of damage to the window is avoided.
According to fig. 5, the saw-shaped rack 3554 is opposite to the telescopic rod 3552. The arc-shaped rack 356 can be extended while ensuring the forward and reverse rotation of the second sector gear 354.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: when the device for conveniently cleaning the outer side and the inner side of a window is used, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2-9, firstly, two pressing rods 93 are pulled, the pressing rods 93 can generate pressure on a spring 92, the two pressing rods 93 are clamped at one side of the window, secondly, one end of a water inlet pipe 15 is inserted into cleaning water, then, a motor 31 is started, the motor 31 drives a second gear 33 to rotate through a first gear 32, the first gear 32 can drive a fourth gear 352 to rotate clockwise while rotating the second gear 33, then, the fourth gear 352 drives a third gear 36 to rotate, the third gear 36 drives a screw rod 4 to rotate in a sliding block in a sliding chute, then, the screw rod 4 drives a U-shaped cleaning rod 2 to rotate through a thread 5, and therefore, the U-shaped cleaning rod 2 performs upward cleaning work on the outer side and the inner side of the window through a cleaning cotton wiper 8, on the contrary, when the fourth gear 352 rotates clockwise for a sufficient number of turns, the fourth gear 352 drives the second sector gear 354 to rotate through the rotating shaft 353, so that the sector gear 354 rotates the saw-shaped racks 3554 on one side of one of the telescopic rods 3552, so that the saw-shaped racks 3554 drive the two telescopic rods 3552 to extend out from the inside of the fixed rod 3551, during the process that the telescopic rod 3552 extends out from the inside of the fixed rod 3551, the steel balls 3556 press the third damping spring 3555, so that the third damping spring 3555 is in a compressed state, so that the steel balls 3556 are clamped into the inside of the next arc-shaped slot, so that the two telescopic rods 3552 drive the arc-shaped rack 356 to extend out from the inside of the outer casing 351, when the arc-shaped rack 356 extends to a sufficient length, the first sector gear 37 engages with the arc-shaped rack 356, so that the first sector gear 37 drives the two moving wheels 357 on one side of the outer casing 351 to slide to the other side of the arc-shaped slideway 34, when the shell 351 slides to a certain degree, the driving wheel 357 drives the pulling ropes 358 to be in a tightened state, so that the two pulling ropes 358 pull the arc-shaped rack 356 into the shell 351 through the telescopic rod 3552, the second gear 33 drives the fourth gear 352 to rotate, the fourth gear 352 drives the third gear 36 to rotate again, the screw rod 4 is driven to rotate anticlockwise through the third gear 36, the U-shaped cleaning rod 2 is driven to descend through the screw rod 4, the trapezoidal sliding block 7 generates suction force on the air bag 10 when the U-shaped cleaning rod 2 ascends, the sealing ball 14 is sealed at the water outlet pipe 13 and is sucked into the air bag 10 through the two corrugated pipes 11 and the water inlet pipe 15 in sequence, the U-shaped cleaning rod 2 is pressed down again, and water in the two corrugated pipes 11 exerts the action of flushing force on the sealing ball 14 in the water inlet pipe 15, therefore, the water inlet pipe 15 is blocked by the sealing ball 14, and the impact force is also applied to the sealing ball 14 in the water outlet pipe 13, so that the sealing ball 14 in the water outlet pipe 13 is opened, then the cleaning water flows into one side of the cleaning cotton wiper 8, and therefore the two cleaning cotton wipers 8 complete the cleaning work of the outer side and the inner side of the window through the cleaning water.
The above is the operation of the whole device, and the details which are not described in detail in this specification are well known to those skilled in the art.
The motor presented here may be electrically connected to an external controller, and the controller may be electrically connected to an external 220V commercial power, and the controller may be a conventionally known device that plays a role of control for a computer or the like.
