The invention belongs to the field of electric equipment manufacturing industry, and particularly relates to a wire fixing device for replacing a post insulator in a live-line manner.
Background
Post insulators are a special insulating control that acts to support the conductor and prevent current from flowing back to ground in the overhead distribution line. However, after the post insulator is used for a long time, the post insulator cracks, and the like, so that the performance of the post insulator is gradually deteriorated and loses the function, and the service life of the whole line can be seriously damaged.
In order to ensure that the normal operation of the whole line is not affected when the post insulator is replaced, the power maintenance personnel usually replace the post insulator in a live manner. The existing modes for replacing the post insulator in an electrified way have two types, respectively: the method has the advantages that firstly, the wire of the post insulator to be replaced is directly placed on the cross arm which is subjected to insulation shielding, the method has the defects that the workload is large when the cross arm and the electric pole are subjected to insulation shielding, the wire cannot be fixed, and if a power maintainer mistakenly operates the wire during operation, the wire swings, and safety accidents are easy to happen; the second mode is to adopt the suspension arm of the insulation vehicle to hang the wire, and the defects of the mode are that the operation time is longer, the stress of the suspension arm is limited, the wire with larger span can not be used, and the requirement of safe distance can not be met when the double-loop insulation vehicle is used for replacing the post insulator, which is the defect of the prior art.
In view of the above, the present invention provides a wire fixing device for replacing a post insulator in a live-line manner; it is very necessary to solve the above-mentioned defects existing in the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a wire fixing device for replacing a post insulator in a live mode, aiming at the defect that the post insulator cannot be safely and effectively replaced in a short time in the prior art, and the wire fixing device is used for solving the problems in the prior art.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a wire fixing device for replacing a post insulator in a live mode comprises a U-shaped upper clamping groove, an insulating post and a U-shaped lower clamping groove; one end of the U-shaped upper clamping groove, which is far away from the opening, is connected to the top end of the insulating post through a first connecting piece, and a first locking component is movably mounted on a first side wall of the U-shaped upper clamping groove and used for fixing a wire of the post insulator to be replaced; the first side wall of the U-shaped lower clamping groove is connected to the bottom end of the insulating support column through a second connecting piece, a second locking assembly is arranged on a second side wall, deviating from the first side wall, of the U-shaped lower clamping groove, and the second locking assembly is used for fixing the whole wire fixing device on the cross arm.
Preferably, the first locking assembly comprises a spring, a first nut, a second nut and a first screw with a first handle;
the second nut is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the second side wall of the U-shaped upper clamping groove, a first through hole is formed in the first side wall of the U-shaped upper clamping groove, and the center position of the second nut and the center position of the first through hole are located on the same horizontal line;
the first handle is axially and fixedly arranged on the first screw rod, and one end of the first screw rod, which is far away from the first handle, sequentially penetrates through the first nut and the first through hole and is movably connected with the second nut;
the spring symmetry sets up in the both sides of first screw rod, and on the first end of spring was connected to the first in command, the second end of spring was connected to the first lateral wall of draw-in groove on the U type, is convenient for fix the wire of waiting to change post insulator in the draw-in groove on the U type, prevents that the wire from taking place the swing and causing the incident.
Preferably, the second locking assembly comprises a third nut and a second screw;

The invention has the beneficial effects that firstly, the wire of the post insulator to be replaced is fixed through the U-shaped upper clamping groove and the first locking component, so that the swinging caused by misoperation of power maintenance personnel is prevented, and the occurrence of safety accidents is avoided; secondly, the whole lead fixing device is fixed on the cross arm through the U-shaped lower clamping groove and the second locking component, and finally, the lead of the post insulator to be replaced is supported and insulated through the insulating post, so that safety accidents caused by current flowing back to the ground are avoided.
In addition, the invention has reliable design principle, simple structure and very wide application prospect.
Therefore, compared with the prior art, the invention has prominent substantive features and remarkable progress, and the beneficial effects of the implementation are also obvious.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings by way of specific examples, which are illustrative of the present invention and are not limited to the following embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a wire fixing device for replacing a post insulator in a live line, which includes a U-shaped upper slot 1, an insulating post 2 and a U-shaped lower slot 3; the insulating support 2 adopts a composite support insulator which can not only support a lead, but also prevent current from flowing back to the ground; the U-shaped upper clamping groove 1 and the U-shaped lower clamping groove 3 are both made of aluminum alloy materials, so that the bearing capacity is large, and the cost is saved; and an insulating paint layer is coated on the U-shaped upper clamping groove 1 and the U-shaped lower clamping groove 3, and the insulating paint layer is secondarily insulated on the basis of the insulating support 2, so that the insulation grade is enhanced, and the personal safety of electric power maintenance personnel is protected.
One end, deviating from the opening, of the U-shaped upper clamping groove 1 is connected to the top end of the insulating support column 2 through the first connecting piece 4, a first locking component 5 is movably mounted on a first side wall 11 of the U-shaped upper clamping groove, and the first locking component 5 is used for fixing a wire to be replaced with a support column insulator.
The first connecting piece 4 comprises a first bolt, the U-shaped upper clamping groove 1 is in threaded connection with the top end of the insulating strut 2 through the first bolt, the operation is simple and convenient, and the damaged U-shaped upper clamping groove 1 or the damaged insulating strut 2 is convenient to replace; after the tightness of the first bolt is adjusted, the U-shaped upper clamping groove 1 can rotate relative to the first bolt as required; because the environment of setting up of distribution lines is relatively complicated, wherein, distribution lines has the situation of corner, consequently with fixing device according to the needs of distribution lines corner, draw-in groove 1 in the rotatory U type when changing post insulator with electricity.
The first locking component 5 comprises a spring 51, a first nut 52, a second nut 53 and a first screw 54 with a first handle 55; the second nut 53 is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the second side wall 12 of the U-shaped upper clamping groove, a first through hole is formed in the first side wall 11 of the U-shaped upper clamping groove, and the central position of the second nut 53 and the central position of the first through hole are located on the same horizontal line; the first handle 55 is axially and fixedly arranged on the first screw rod 54, and one end of the first screw rod 54 departing from the first handle 55 sequentially penetrates through the first nut 52 and the first through hole and is movably connected with the second nut 53; the springs 51 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the first screw rod 54, a first end of each spring 51 is connected to the first handle 55, and a second end of each spring 55 is connected to the first side wall 11 of the U-shaped upper clamping groove, so that a lead of a post insulator to be replaced is conveniently fixed in the U-shaped upper clamping groove 1, and safety accidents caused by swinging of the lead are prevented.
The first side wall 31 of the U-shaped lower clamping groove is connected to the bottom end of the insulating strut 2 through a second connecting piece 6, a second locking component 7 is arranged on the second side wall of the U-shaped lower clamping groove 3 departing from the first side wall, and the second locking component 7 is used for fixing the whole wire fixing device on the cross arm.
Second connecting piece 6 includes the second bolt, and draw-in groove 3 passes through the bottom threaded connection of second bolt and insulating pillar 2 under the U type, and is easy and simple to handle, and is convenient for change draw-in groove 3 or insulating pillar 2 under the U type of damage.
As shown in fig. 3, the second locking assembly 7 includes a third nut 71 and a second screw 72; second screw rod 72 and third nut 71 all are provided with a plurality of, and the one end axial fixity of second screw rod 72 installs second handle 73, is provided with a plurality of second through-hole under the U type on the second lateral wall 32 of draw-in groove, and second screw rod 72 deviates from the one end from second handle 73 from bottom to top in proper order through connection have third nut 71 and second through-hole, are convenient for fix whole wire fixing device on the cross arm, prevent that the wire from taking place the swing.
The first handle 55 and the second handle 73 are both circular rings, the first handle 55 is welded on the first screw rod 54, the second handle 73 is welded on the second screw rod 72, the first screw rod 54 and the second screw rod 72 can be conveniently adjusted, and the working time is saved.
The working process of the invention is as follows: clamping the U-shaped lower clamping groove 3 on the cross arm, moving a second screw 72 to the first side wall 31 of the U-shaped lower clamping groove by screwing a second handle 73, fixing the second screw 72 through a third nut 71, and further fixing the U-shaped lower clamping groove 3 on the cross arm; the insulated and shielded wire is moved into the U-shaped upper clamping groove 1, the first screw 54 is moved to the second nut 53 by screwing the first handle 55, the first screw 54 is in threaded connection with the second nut 53, the wire is fixed in the U-shaped upper clamping groove 1, and safety accidents caused by swinging of the wire are avoided.
