Description

Vehicle-mounted house capable of being stored
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of vehicle-mounted tents, in particular to a storable vehicle-mounted house.
Background
At present, the tent on the market has smaller internal space, people cannot walk vertically in the tent, basic living facilities are lacking, sleeping and rest requirements can be basically met, other living requirements such as shower and cooking cannot be met, the whole is relatively crude, and the user experience is general.
Therefore, in order to enhance the user experience, it is necessary to design a tent that has a large internal space so that a person can walk upright in the tent. In addition, a basic living facility can be configured for the tent.
In general, when a user goes out, in order to save space in a vehicle, a tent is fixed on a vehicle roof, and the height and the plane size of a vehicle roof object are correspondingly regulated by traffic regulations, so that the designed height and the plane size of the tent after being stored are required to meet the regulation requirement of the vehicle roof object. In addition, the weight of the designed tent should meet the requirement of convenient carrying.
However, a tent with a large inner space requires higher structural strength to support its own weight and resist external wind force, and a common way to raise the structural strength is to increase the thickness of tent members, which obviously increases the height of the tent after storage and the weight of the tent, resulting in a tent that cannot meet the roof requirements and the weight requirements for easy transportation. In addition, the deployment of infrastructure also increases the height of the tent after storage and the weight of the tent.
Therefore, designing a tent with a large interior space and basic living facilities faces the challenge of satisfying both the structural strength requirements and the overhead and weight requirements for ease of handling.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical scheme of the present invention better understood by those skilled in the art, the following description is provided with reference to the accompanying drawings and the specific embodiments. The Front-Back direction in the figure is the Front-Back direction in the figure, and the Left-Right direction is the Left-Right direction in the figure. The front-rear direction may be a longitudinal direction of the vehicle, a vehicle width direction, or any one of horizontal directions forming an angle with both the vehicle width direction and the vehicle length direction with respect to the vehicle carrying the vehicle-mounted room. The "front" and "rear" are relative and can be reversed. The "left" and "right" are relative and can be reversed.
As shown in fig. 1, in the unfolded state, the vehicle-mounted room has a room-type structure. As shown in fig. 2, in the storage state, the vehicle-mounted house is in a layer-by-layer stacked structure, and the top surface of each layer is in contact with the bottom surface of the adjacent upper layer, and the bottom surface of each layer is in contact with the top surface of the adjacent lower layer. The volume after this scheme provides on-vehicle room accomodates is only about the 1/18 of expansion volume, and the height after accomodating is less than 50 centimetres, and the gross weight is less than 60 jin.
The vehicle-mounted room comprises a peripheral component. The peripheral component includes a main construct and a connection mechanism. The main structure is constructed by a plate frame. The connecting mechanism is used for connecting and supporting the plate frame. The connecting mechanism adopts conventional connecting pieces such as connecting rods, connecting shafts, connecting sleeves, connecting brackets, connecting hinges, connecting pins and the like. In the unfolded state, as shown in fig. 1, the main structure is enclosed under the support of the connection mechanism to form an intra-room space. In the housed state, as shown in fig. 2, the main structure is formed into a multilayer structure having a layer-by-layer stacked structure.
The periphery is formed by a reinforcing body 2, and the reinforcing body 2 is arranged on the frame edge of the main structural body, and can be welded with the frame edge of the plate or integrally formed with the plate frame, so that the effect of reinforcing the structural strength is achieved.
In the stowed state, as shown in fig. 3, 4 or 5, the reinforcement 2 protrudes above the top surface of the layer and/or below the bottom surface of the layer and is offset or nested with respect to the other layers and the reinforcement 2 provided thereon. In practical implementation, the setting position, the setting number and the protruding length of the reinforcement body 2 on the frame edge of the plate frame can be flexibly selected according to the requirement of structural strength.
The protruding reinforcement body 2 is arranged on the frame edge of the plate frame of the main structure body, so that the structural strength of the vehicle-mounted room is improved, on the basis, a plurality of lightening holes can be formed on the frame edge of the plate frame to lighten the total weight of the vehicle-mounted room, and due to the reinforcement body 2, the structural strength can be guaranteed to meet the requirements even if more lightening holes are formed on the frame edge of the plate frame.
Further, since the reinforcement 2 and the other layers and the reinforcement 2 provided on the other layers are offset from each other or are nested with each other in the housed state, each layer can be supported on the top surface of the adjacent lower layer with its own bottom surface instead of being supported on the top surface of the adjacent lower layer with the reinforcement 2 in the housed state, and thus the total height after housing is not increased by the presence of the reinforcement 2.
Therefore, by adopting the design, the structural strength of the vehicle-mounted room can be ensured to meet the requirements, and the total weight of the vehicle-mounted room and the total weight after storage can be ensured to meet the requirements.
As shown in fig. 1, the main structure includes a floor 11 and a multi-sided sidewall 12. In the unfolded state, the floor 11 is laid flat on the ground, and the side walls 12 are supported on the floor 11. In the unfolded state, at least one side wall 12 forms an included angle, and the included angle is larger than 0 degrees and smaller than 180 degrees, so that the structural strength and the wind resistance of the vehicle-mounted house can be enhanced. Specifically, the side wall 12 is self-included in such a way that the side wall 12 includes at least two plate frames, and the at least two plate frames of the side wall 12 form an included angle with each other under the support of the connecting mechanism. Preferably, the opening of the included angle is directed into the room so that the side wall 12 protrudes outwardly at the apex of the included angle so as not to encroach upon the room space.
In fig. 1, four side walls 12 are provided, namely a front side wall, a rear side wall, a left side wall and a right side wall, and in the unfolded state, the four side walls 12 form included angles. In detail, the front side wall and the rear side wall are respectively provided with six plate frames, the three plate frames are arranged in the same plane by left side to form a left subarea, the other three plate frames are arranged in the same plane by right side to form a right subarea, and the left subarea and the right subarea form an included angle with each other and are supported and connected through the connecting mechanism. The left side wall and the right side wall are respectively provided with eight plate frames, four plate frames are arranged in the same plane upwards to form an upper partition, and the other four plate frames are arranged in the same plane downwards to form a lower partition, wherein the upper partition and the lower partition form an included angle with each other and are supported and connected through the connecting mechanism.
As in fig. 1, the main structure may further include a top wall 13. The top sides of the side walls 12 are separated to form an open structure, and the top wall 13 is supported on the top side of the side walls 12 and seals the opening on the top side of the side walls 12, so that the vehicle-mounted house is capped by the top wall 13. In fig. 1, two side top walls 13 are provided, namely a left top wall and a right top wall, and in the unfolded state, the right side of the left top wall and the left side of the right top wall are supported by the connecting mechanism to form a structure of a pointed tip. Windows can be arranged on the side wall 12 and the top wall 13 to allow light and ventilation in the room.
In practical implementation, as shown in fig. 6, in the unfolded state, the top sides of the side walls 12 are connected to form a closed structure, so that the vehicle-mounted house is capped by the side walls 12, and the top wall 13 is not required to be arranged.
As shown in fig. 7, the vehicle-mounted room may further include a living facility component, and in the unfolded state, the living facility component is located inside and/or outside the room. In fig. 7, the living facility composition includes a multi-sided partition wall 31 and a plurality of platforms 32. In the unfolded state, the partition wall 31 encloses with the main structure to form a shower stall, the platform 32 being substantially parallel to the ground. As shown in fig. 8 and 9, a water drain 11b is provided in the floor 11 of the shower stall, and a water drain channel 11c is provided in the floor 11 to guide water to the outside of the room.
The platform 32 may be used as a table, chair, bed, table, etc., and in practice, the height and planar dimensions of the platform 32 may be flexibly set according to the design application. In fig. 7, seven platforms 32 are provided, in the unfolded state, two platforms 32 are positioned in the house to form a split bed, two platforms 32 are positioned in the house to form a table, two platforms 32 are positioned at two sides of the table respectively to serve as chairs, and one platform 32 is positioned outside the house to serve as a cooking table.
In the storage state, living facilities are composed of layers forming a layer-by-layer stacked structure and/or embedded into layers formed by the main structure. The living facilities are embedded into the layer formed by the main structure body, so that the total height of the vehicle-mounted house after being accommodated can be further reduced.
As shown in fig. 9, the floor 11 may include a plurality of floor frames 111, and in fig. 9, four floor frames 111 are provided, which are a left front floor frame, a left rear floor frame, a right front floor frame, and a right rear floor frame, respectively. In the unfolded state, each floor board frame is tiled at different positions on the ground. In the storage state, as shown in fig. 2, each floor frame forms a layer of the stacked structure, and one floor frame forms the bottommost layer of the stacked structure.
Specifically, when accomodating, can dismantle the board frame one by one and pile up into above-mentioned layer by layer structure of stacking, but the operation volume is bigger like this, and the time spent can be adorned in the next time, and spare parts also can be a lot, loses easily. Therefore, the scheme aims to reduce the disassembly amount as much as possible, and the storage is realized mainly through folding, so that the scheme is designed as follows:
At least one partition wall 31 is rotatably connected to the side wall 12, so that all partition walls 31 can be folded over the side wall 12. Specifically, all the partition walls 31 may be rotatably connected to the side wall 12, or a part of the partition walls 31 and the side wall 12 may be rotatably connected, and the other partition walls 31 may be rotatably connected to the part of the partition walls 31. In the illustrated embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, four partition walls 31 are provided, wherein two partition walls 31 are rotatably connected to the left wall, and the other two partition walls 31 are rotatably connected to the two partition walls 31, respectively.
All the platforms 32 in the house are connected to the floor 11 via the elevating brackets 44, and the floor 11 is provided with a housing chamber 11a, and in the housed state, all the platforms 32 in the house are housed together with the elevating brackets 44 in the housing chamber 11a of the floor 11.
And all platforms 32 outside the house are rotatably connected with the side wall 12, and in the storage state, the platforms 32 outside the house are folded on the side wall 12.
And, at least one side top wall 13 and side wall 12 rotatable coupling makes all top walls 13 can fold in side wall 12. Specifically, all top walls 13 may be rotatably connected to side walls 12, or a part of top walls 13 and side walls 12 may be rotatably connected, and other top walls 13 may be rotatably connected to the part of top walls 13. In the illustrated embodiment, the top walls 13 are rotatably connected to the side walls 12, the left top wall is rotatably connected to the left side wall, and the right top wall is rotatably connected to the right side wall.
And, at least one side wall 12 is rotatably connected with the floor 11, so that all side walls 12 can be folded on the floor 11. Specifically, all the side walls 12 may be rotatably connected to the floor 11, or a part of the side walls 12 may be rotatably connected to the floor 11, and the other side walls 12 may be rotatably connected to the part of the side walls 12. In the illustrated embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, three sets of brackets 44 are respectively connected to the front and rear sides of the floor 11, the front and rear side walls are rotatably connected to the brackets 44, the left and right sides of the floor 11 are connected to the connecting hooks 45, and the left and right side walls are rotatably connected to the connecting hooks 45.
And, adjacent floor frames of the floor 11 are rotatably connected to enable the floor 11 to be folded. In the illustrated embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, adjacent floor frames are connected by a hinge structure, that is, the adjacent floor frames are provided with pin sleeves 41, and the connecting pins 42 sequentially penetrate through the pin sleeves 41 on the adjacent floor frames. Of course, in practical implementation, the rotatable connection mode can be flexibly rotated, and the rotatable connection mode is not limited to a hinge structure.
It is noted that the rotatable connection described herein may be by a pin connection, a hinge, a rivet, a hook connection, a hinge connection, or the like.
By adopting the design, in the storage process, all the plate frames are connected together without the zero-scattering plate frames, so that the storage and unfolding operation are more convenient. The illustrated embodiment can be specifically stored according to the following steps:
Firstly, folding the platform 32 outside the house on the side wall 12, lowering the platform 32 and the lifting bracket 44 in the house into the accommodating cavity 11a of the floor 11, and folding the partition wall 31 on the left side wall, referring to fig. 17;
then the right side of the left top wall is separated from the left side of the right top wall, the left top wall is folded on the left side wall, and the right top wall is folded on the right side wall, refer to fig. 18;
then folding the left side wall together with the left top wall and the partition wall to the left front floor frame and the left rear floor frame, folding the right side wall together with the right top wall and the partition wall to the right front floor frame and the right rear floor frame, folding the front side wall to the left front floor frame and the right front floor frame, and then folding the rear side wall to the left rear floor frame and the right rear floor frame, referring to fig. 19;
The floor panel 11 is then folded back and forth, with all the components folded thereon, first left and right, to finally form a layer-by-layer structure, see fig. 20.
In the unfolded state, as shown in fig. 1, the outer edge of the top wall 13 extends beyond the outer wall surface of the side wall 12. In this way, rainwater is prevented from entering the room along the seam between the top wall 13 and the side wall 12, and a space frame (described in detail later) can be formed with the side wall 12, so that the structural strength and stability of the vehicle-mounted room can be improved. However, when the top wall 13 is folded toward the side wall 12, there is a possibility that the reinforcement 2 on the top wall 13 interferes with the wall surface of the side wall 12, so that the reinforcement 2 on the top wall 13 cannot be staggered or nested with the reinforcement 2 on another layer or another layer after storage, and the outer edge of the top wall 13 extends beyond the outer edge of the side wall 12 after folding, resulting in a large planar size after storage. In order to solve the problems, the scheme is further optimally designed.
As shown in fig. 13, in this embodiment, the top wall 13 rotatably connected to the side wall 12 can slide in the room relative to the side wall 12 in addition to rotating relative to the side wall 12, so that the top wall 13 can slide in the room at the same time when folded toward the side wall 12, thereby ensuring that the reinforcement 2 on the folded top wall 13 is staggered or nested with the reinforcement 2 on other layers or other layers, and ensuring that the outer edge of the folded top wall 13 is located within the outer edge of the side wall 12. Specifically, the hinge link 43 shown in fig. 14 may be used as a connection structure for enabling the top wall 13 to rotate relative to the side wall 12 and also to slide relative to the side wall 12, but is not limited thereto.
In addition, since the outer edge of the top wall 13 extends beyond the outer wall surface of the side wall 12, the side wall 12 folded on the floor 11 after the top wall 13 interferes with the folding of the top wall 13. In this scheme, preceding side wall and back side wall fold in floor 11 behind footwall 13, so in order to avoid interfering, in this scheme, let preceding side wall and back side wall can also slide outside the room relative to floor 11 except can rotate relative to floor 11. Referring to fig. 9, 11 and 12, in this embodiment, a set of slide rails 46 are respectively disposed on the left, right and middle portions of the front and rear sides of the floor 11, three sets of brackets 44 are respectively connected to the three sets of slide rails 46, and the front and rear side walls are connected to a connecting shaft 44a rotatably connected to the brackets 44, so as to realize rotatable and slidable connection between the front and rear side walls and the floor 11.
As in fig. 1 and 15, the peripheral component may also include a stopper 5 and a preliminary positioning member 6.
The stop 5 is attached to the frame of the floor 11 as shown in fig. 15, where the stop 5 is attached to a bracket 44 attached to the floor 11. The side wall 12 (front side wall and rear side wall are unfolded in the figure) which is rotatably connected with the floor 11 and is unfolded earlier is propped against the stop piece 5 when outwards turned to the limit position relative to the floor 11, so that the side wall can be stabilized at the limit position under the stop action of the stop piece 5 and the limiting action of the connecting shaft 44a of the bracket 44, and can not automatically rotate inwards or outwards any more, and can stand on the floor 11. When the front side wall or the rear side wall is positioned at the limit position, the front side wall or the rear side wall is slightly inclined outwards relative to the vertical direction, so that the left side wall and the right side wall can be prevented from being interfered to be unfolded, and after the left side wall and the right side wall are unfolded, the front side wall and the rear side wall are deflected to the positions which are propped against the left side wall and the right side wall.
As shown in fig. 1, the rest side walls 12 and the top wall 13 are respectively connected with the side wall 12 stopped by the stopper 5 through the preliminary positioning piece 6, so that the rest side walls 12 can be self-supported by the side wall 12 stopped by the stopper 5, and the top wall 13 can be self-stabilized by the side wall 12 stopped by the stopper 5. The preliminary positioning member 6 in fig. 1 adopts a positioning pin, and the axis of the positioning pin is shown by a broken line in fig. 1, however, the preliminary positioning member 6 is not limited to the positioning pin, and may be a buckle, for example.
As shown in fig. 1, in the unfolded state, the outer edge of the top wall 13 extends beyond the outer wall surface of the side wall 12, and the outer edge of one of the side walls 12 adjacent to any two sides extends beyond the outer wall surface of the other, in other words, the outer edge of one of the side walls abuts against the inner wall surface of the other. In the figure, the left edges of the front side wall and the rear side wall extend out of the outer wall surface of the left side wall, the right edges of the front side wall and the rear side wall extend out of the outer wall surface of the right side wall, the front edges of the left side wall and the right side wall are propped against the inner wall surface of the front side wall, and the rear edges of the left side wall and the right side wall are propped against the inner wall surface of the rear side wall. The arrangement is that the top wall 13 and the side walls 12 adjacent to any two sides are mutually supported, and meanwhile, under the connection effect of the preliminary positioning piece 6 and the stop effect of the stop piece 5, a stable space framework is formed, so that the side walls 12 and the top wall 13 can stably stand up and self-stabilize in the vehicle-mounted house unfolding process, and the structural strength and stability after the unfolding are better.
Since the side walls 12 and the top wall 13 can be stably self-supporting and self-stabilizing in the vehicle-mounted house unfolding process, a hanger is not needed in the unfolding process, and therefore the operation is more convenient.
As shown in fig. 16, the bottom of the layer-by-layer stacked structure formed by storage is provided with a connection part for connecting the rollers 7, so that the vehicle-mounted room can be dragged after storage, thereby saving more labor.
In addition, can set up the mount pad and accomodate the slide in the mount pad at roof portion, the slide can stretch from the mount pad to the ground, makes the vehicle-mounted room after accomodating can reach the mount pad top along the slide from ground.
In addition, the vehicle-mounted room provided by the scheme is large in inner space after being unfolded, people can walk vertically in the room, the total height and plane size after being stored meet the requirement of regulations of overhead objects, the vehicle-mounted room has higher structural strength and wind resistance, can self-stabilize and stand up independently in the unfolding process, and does not need to be stored by virtue of a hanging bracket in the storage process, so that the vehicle-mounted room is small in parts and components, small in disassembly amount, convenient to operate, small in overall weight and convenient to carry, and has basic living facilities, and camping experience of users can be improved.
The vehicle-mounted room provided by the invention is described in detail above. The principles and embodiments of the present invention have been described herein with reference to specific examples, the description of which is intended only to facilitate an understanding of the method of the present invention and its core ideas. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and adaptations of the invention can be made without departing from the principles of the invention and these modifications and adaptations are intended to be within the scope of the invention as defined in the following claims.
