The control mode of the present invention is automatically controlled by a controller in the control panel 14, the control circuit of the controller can be realized by simple programming by a person skilled in the art, the supply of power is also common knowledge in the art, and the present invention is mainly used for protecting mechanical devices, so the control mode and circuit connection are not explained in detail in the present invention.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the lifting device 8 drives the tea tray 4 to move downwards, so that the side face of the tea tray 4 shields the negative ion sterilization device 5, the UV sterilization device 6 and the IR sterilization device 7, damage to components caused by contact of water flow and the equipment in the cleaning process is reduced, then the water pump 12, the ultrasonic vibration device 9 and the stirring motor 11 are started, the water pump 12 injects water into the tea tray 4 through the processing cavity 10, and the ultrasonic vibration device 9 and the stirring motor 11 are matched to effectively remove stains and foreign matters adhered to a tea set; after the adhered stains and foreign matters are cleaned, the water pump 12 and the ultrasonic vibration device 9 are turned off, the stirring motor 11 reversely drives the stirring blade 1002 to discharge the cleaning liquid from the water discharge pipe 13, then the lifting device 8 drives the tea tray 4 to move downwards so that the negative ion sterilization device 5, the UV sterilization device 6 and the IR sterilization device 7 which are positioned on two sides of the tea tray 4 are started to sterilize the tea tray 4, the IR sterilization device 7 can remove water stains on the tea set while sterilizing, and water vapor formed in the process can be discharged from the water discharge pipe 13 by the reversely-rotating stirring fan blades 1002; after disinfection, the rolling device 102 rolls the separation curtain 3, and the lifting device 8 lifts the tea tray 4 to the opening 101 of the tabletop 1, so that the tea tray can be normally used.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (1)
1. The utility model provides a tea table that can disinfect, includes desktop (1) and supporting seat (2), desktop (1) sets up in supporting seat (2) top surface, its characterized in that:
the device also comprises a barrier curtain (3), a tea tray (4), an anion sterilization device (5), a UV sterilization device (6), an IR sterilization device (7), a lifting device (8), an ultrasonic vibration device (9), a treatment cavity (10), a stirring motor (11), a water pump (12) and a drain pipe (13);
an opening (101) is formed in the desktop (1), the blocking curtain (3) is movably arranged on the opening (101), and two ends of the blocking curtain (3) are respectively connected with the winding device (102) and the unwinding device (103);
the tea tray (4) is arranged in the supporting seat (2) and forms a moving pair in the vertical direction with the supporting seat, and the tea tray (4) is positioned right below the opening (101);
the negative ion sterilization device (5), the UV sterilization device (6) and the IR sterilization device (7) are arranged in the supporting seat (2) and located on two sides of the opening (101), and when the tea tray (4) is flush with the tabletop (1), two ends of the tea tray (4) just block the negative ion sterilization device (5), the UV sterilization device (6) and the IR sterilization device (7);
the lifting device (8) is arranged in the supporting seat (2) and is used for lifting the tea tray (4);
the ultrasonic vibration device (9) is arranged in the supporting seat (2), and an energy converter of the ultrasonic vibration device (9) is connected with the bottom of the tea tray (4);
the top end of the treatment cavity (10) is communicated with the bottom end of the tea tray (4) through a corrugated pipe (1001), and a stirring blade (1002) is movably arranged in the treatment cavity (10);
the stirring motor (11) is fixedly arranged in the supporting seat (2), and a traditional treatment cavity (10) of a rotating shaft of the stirring motor (11) is connected with the stirring blade (1002);
the water pump (12) is arranged in the supporting seat (2), and a water outlet of the water pump (12) is communicated with the bottom of the treatment cavity (10) through a pipeline provided with a one-way valve (1201);
the drain pipe (13) is communicated with the treatment cavity (10), and the drain pipe (13) is provided with an electromagnetic valve (1301);
the winding device (102) and the unwinding device (103) respectively adopt a winding motor with a winding shaft arranged on a rotating shaft and an unwinding shaft connected with a volute spiral spring, and the winding motor and the unwinding shaft are respectively arranged on two sides of the supporting seat (2);
the lifting device (8) specifically adopts an electric telescopic rod, the fixed end of the electric telescopic rod is arranged in the supporting seat (2), and the movable end of the electric telescopic rod is connected with the bottom end of the tea tray (4);
the device is characterized by further comprising a control panel (14), wherein the control panel (14) is installed on the surface of the supporting seat (2) in an embedded mode, and the negative ion sterilization device (5), the UV sterilization device (6), the IR sterilization device (7), the lifting device (8), the ultrasonic vibration device (9), the stirring device, the winding device (102), the water pump (12) and the electromagnetic valve (1301) are connected and controlled by the control panel (14);
the left end of the barrier curtain (3) is connected with the unreeling shaft, and the right end of the barrier curtain (3) is connected with the unreeling shaft through a connecting rope (301);
the two ends of the supporting seat (2) are provided with rollers (201) in an embedded manner;
mirror coatings are arranged on the bottom surface of the barrier curtain (3) and the inner surface of the tea tray (4);
the use method of the tea table capable of being disinfected comprises the following steps:
(a) the lifting device (8) drives the tea tray (4) to move downwards, and the winding device (102) and the unwinding device (103) are matched to enable the blocking curtain (3) to cover the opening (101);
(b) closing the electromagnetic valve (1301), injecting water into the treatment cavity (10) by the water pump (12) to enable the water level to rise to the tea tray (4), and then starting the ultrasonic vibration device (9) and the stirring motor (11) to drive the stirring blade (1002) to clean the tea tray (4);
(c) the electromagnetic valve (1301) is opened, the stirring motor (11) reversely drives the stirring blade (1002) to discharge the sewage through the drain pipe (13);
(d) starting the negative ion sterilization device (5), the UV sterilization device (6) and the IR sterilization device (7) to sterilize the tea tray (4);
(e) the stirring motor (11) drives the stirring blade (1002) to reversely drive the stirring blade (1002) to discharge hot air generated in the disinfection process through the drain pipe (13);
(f) the rolling device (102) rolls the barrier curtain (3), and then the lifting device (8) drives the tea tray (4) to move upwards for normal use.
