Background
The industrial control computer is a general term for tools for detecting and controlling production process, electromechanical equipment and process equipment by adopting a bus structure. The industrial personal computer has important computer attributes and characteristics, such as a computer main board, a CPU, a hard disk, a memory, peripherals and interfaces, an operating system, a control network and a protocol, a computing capability and a friendly man-machine interface, and the driving main board is an important component of the industrial personal computer, and because of more electrical elements on the main board, if the main board is wet or stained with dust, the main board is often affected;
the industrial computer case is used as an important fixed protection part of the industrial computer, and a mechanism is generally added in the industrial computer case in the prior art to achieve the purposes of dampproofing, heat dissipation, dust cleaning and the like.
The Chinese patent discloses a dampproof and dust-proof integrated industrial control case, the patent application number is CN201921333097.2, and the dampproof and dust-proof integrated industrial control case comprises a main case body, a top cover, a rear cover and a dust-collecting dampproof device; a dust collection and moisture prevention device is arranged in front of the main box body; the left side of the main box body is uniformly provided with a plurality of exhaust fans, the middle part of the main box body is uniformly provided with a plurality of clamping blocks, the left side of each clamping block is provided with a mounting support frame on the main box body, and the rear of the main box body is provided with a positioning connecting block; the top cover is connected with the upper part of the main box body through screws, and positioning and mounting blocks are symmetrically arranged below the top cover; the rear cover is characterized in that one side of the rear cover is provided with a clamping groove, the clamping groove is connected with a positioning connecting block, and handles are symmetrically arranged on the other side of the rear cover.
According to the device, the exhaust fan is arranged to radiate the industrial personal computer, the wind shield and the dust collection box are arranged in the air inlet cavity, so that dust particles mixed in air are automatically removed during air inlet, the storage box is arranged, silica gel particles are filled in the storage box to absorb moisture in air, and the purpose of moisture prevention is achieved.
For this purpose, an intelligent industrial control computer is proposed.

the heat dissipation mechanism comprises a heat dissipation plate, the rear end of the heat dissipation plate is fixedly connected with the industrial control computer case, a plurality of fixing grooves are formed in the outer surface of the front end of the heat dissipation plate, the inner diameter of an opening of each fixing groove is smaller than the diameter of a water absorption column, and one side, close to the heat dissipation plate, of the water absorption column penetrates through the air inlet box and is clamped with the fixing grooves.
Because the working environment of the industrial personal computer is severe, working time is long, the operation power consumption of the main board is high, ventilation and heat dissipation effects are poor only through the exhaust fan, the industrial personal computer can cause the conditions of equipment performance reduction, service life shortening and the like when operated in a higher temperature environment for a long time.

When the device works, the water absorption column gives consideration to the effect of dust absorption, and a large amount of dust is accumulated at one end of the water absorption column, which is close to the air inlet, after long-term use, and the water absorption column needs to be cleaned regularly to prevent dust accumulation from blocking the air inlet and influence the heat dissipation performance of the heat dissipation mechanism.
Preferably, a plurality of first semicircular grooves are formed in the outer surface of the front end of the air inlet box, a plurality of second semicircular grooves are formed in the position, close to the first semicircular grooves, of the outer surface of the rear end of the sealing plate, and the first semicircular grooves and the second semicircular grooves are mutually attached to form an air inlet.
In the long-term working process of the water absorption column, the water absorption performance of the water absorption column is gradually reduced, the water absorption column needs to be replaced to ensure the moisture-proof effect of the device.
Preferably, the water absorption column is made of sponge materials, the dustproof cloth is made of long-staple yarns and polyester materials, the dustproof water absorption column has the advantages of being water-absorbing and strong in dust absorption, a plurality of ventilation holes are formed in the inner edge position of one side, close to the air inlet, of the water absorption column, and through holes are formed in the inner center position of the water absorption column.
In order to prevent moisture in air from entering the air inlet box from a gap between the water absorption column and the air inlet, so that the water absorption column cannot thoroughly absorb the moisture, the water absorption column is mutually attached to the air inlet, but the air inlet is easy to block, so that air circulation is not smooth, and the ventilation and heat dissipation effects of the device are affected.

Preferably, a plurality of through grooves are formed in the heat dissipation plate and close to the upper end and the lower end of the fixing groove, and filter plates are fixedly connected to the openings of the through grooves.
In operation, although the water absorption column is partially exposed outside by arranging the fixing groove, when the water absorption column still has a larger part wrapped inside the fixing groove, thereby influencing the evaporation rate of water in the water absorption column.

according to the invention, the ventilation fan and the heat dissipation plate are arranged to improve the heat dissipation effect on the industrial personal computer, so that the normal operation of the equipment is ensured, meanwhile, the service life of the equipment is prolonged, the dustproof mechanism and the heat dissipation mechanism are arranged to be mutually matched for use, so that moisture in the air is absorbed by the water absorption column, part of dust particles mixed in the air can be absorbed by the water absorption column, the dust particles which are not absorbed can be absorbed by the dustproof cloth arranged in the air outlet, at the moment, when the air in the air inlet box enters the industrial personal computer from the air outlet, moisture and dust are not mixed any more, the clean and dry of the working environment in the industrial personal computer is ensured, the occurrence of short circuit and the like is avoided, the service life of the circuit board is prolonged, the heat dissipated by the heat dissipation plate can evaporate the moisture in the water absorption column, the heat dissipation of the heat dissipation plate can be accelerated by evaporation and the heat absorption column can be further improved, and the high water absorption property of the device can be ensured due to the fact that the water absorption column continuously evaporates the moisture under the effect of the heat dissipation plate, so that the high water absorption property of the water absorption column can not be prevented from being timely dissipated to cause the performance reduction of the device.

Because the operational environment of the industrial computer is abominable, operating time is long, mainboard operation consumption is high, it is not good to take a breath the radiating effect through air extraction fan 13 alone, the operation of industrial computer can cause equipment performance decline and the circumstances such as life shorten to take place for a long time under higher temperature environment, the invention is through setting up air extraction fan 13 and heating panel 31 in order to improve the radiating effect to the industrial computer, thereby guarantee the normal operating of equipment, the life of equipment has been increased simultaneously, through setting up dustproof mechanism 2 and the mutual cooperation of cooling mechanism 3 and use, when air extraction fan 13 operation is with outside air suction intake 22, moisture in the air is absorbed by water absorption column 24, and the dirt granule that is mingled with in the air also can be absorbed by water absorption column 24, and the dirt granule that is not absorbed then can flow to air outlet 26 along with the air, by the dustproof cloth 27 that sets up inside air outlet 26, when the air in the time inlet box 21 is by air outlet 26 to get into the inside the industrial computer case 1, no longer mingled with and dust, guarantee the clean drying of the circumstances such as inner working environment of industrial computer case 1, the circumstances such as short circuit has been avoided, the circumstances such as the circumstances appear, the service life of dustproof mechanism 2 and cooling panel 3 are mutually supporting and use, when the cooling panel is set up, the high-down the heat absorption device is avoided when the cooling panel is more in time, the evaporation device is cooled down in the cooling panel 31, the evaporation device is avoided and the evaporation device is cooled down because of the high-down, the evaporation device is capable of guaranteeing the fact that the evaporation device is high-down, the evaporation device is capable of being cooled down in time, and the evaporation device 31, and can be cooled down, and can be more down by the water absorption column 31.

In operation, as the suction column 24 gives consideration to the dust collection effect, a large amount of dust is accumulated at one end of the suction column 24, which is close to the air inlet 22, after long-term use, and the suction column is required to be cleaned regularly, so as to prevent dust accumulation from blocking the air inlet 22 and affecting the heat dissipation performance of the heat dissipation mechanism 3.
As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 and 7, a plurality of first semicircular grooves 28 are formed on the outer surface of the front end of the air inlet box 21, a plurality of second semicircular grooves 29 are formed on the outer surface of the rear end of the sealing plate 41 near the first semicircular grooves 28, and the first semicircular grooves 28 and the second semicircular grooves 29 are mutually attached to form the air inlet 22.
In operation, the water absorption performance of the water absorption column 24 is gradually reduced in the long-term operation process, and the water absorption column 24 needs to be replaced to ensure the moisture-proof effect of the device.
As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, the water absorbing column 24 is made of a sponge material, the dust-proof cloth 27 is made of a long-pile yarn and a polyester material, which has the advantages of strong water absorbing and dust absorbing properties, the water absorbing column 24 is provided with a plurality of ventilation holes 20 near the inner edge of one side of the air inlet 22, and the inner center of the water absorbing column 24 is provided with a through hole 211.
In order to prevent moisture in air from entering the air inlet box 21 from a gap between the water absorption column 24 and the air inlet 22, so that the water absorption column 24 cannot thoroughly absorb moisture, the water absorption column 24 is mutually attached to the air inlet 22, but the air inlet 22 is easy to block, so that air circulation is not smooth, and the ventilation and heat dissipation effects of the device are affected.
As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, a connection block 212 is fixedly connected to an end of the water suction column 24 away from the air inlet box 21, a groove 213 is formed in a central position of an outer surface of the end of the connection block 212 away from the water suction column 24, and an opening of the fixing groove 32 is in an arc-shaped structure.
In operation, because the diameter of the water absorption column 24 is larger than the opening inner diameter of the through groove 33, when the water absorption column 24 is disassembled, the water absorption column 24 is required to be scratched by manpower, so that the water absorption column 24 is inconvenient and is easy to damage.
As an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, a plurality of through grooves 33 are formed in the heat dissipation plate 31 near the upper and lower ends of the fixing groove 32, and a filter plate 34 is fixedly connected to the openings of the plurality of through grooves 33.
In operation, although the water absorbing column 24 is partially exposed outside by arranging the fixing groove 32, when the water absorbing column 24 is still wrapped inside the fixing groove 32 to influence the evaporation rate of water in the water absorbing column 24, the invention increases the contact area between the water absorbing column 24 and the outside air by arranging the plurality of through grooves 33 in the heat dissipation plate 31 near the upper end and the lower end of the fixing groove 32 to increase the evaporation rate of water in the water absorbing column 24, and prevents the situation that sundries enter the through grooves 33 to cause the blockage of the through grooves 33 by arranging the filter plates 34 at the openings of the through grooves 33.
Working principle: according to the invention, the ventilation fan 13 and the heat dissipation plate 31 are arranged to improve the heat dissipation effect on the industrial personal computer, so that the normal operation of the equipment is ensured, the service life of the equipment is prolonged, the dustproof mechanism 2 and the heat dissipation mechanism 3 are arranged to be mutually matched for use, when the ventilation fan 13 operates to suck outside air into the air inlet 22, moisture in the air is absorbed by the water absorption column 24, part of dust particles mixed with the air can be absorbed by the water absorption column 24, the unabsorbed dust particles flow to the air outlet 26 along with the air, the dust particles are absorbed by the dustproof cloth 27 arranged in the air outlet 26, when the water absorption column 24 absorbs more moisture, the moisture can be guided to the side close to the heat dissipation plate 31, the heat emitted by the heat dissipation plate 31 can evaporate the moisture, meanwhile, the heat dissipation plate 31 can be accelerated by evaporation and heat dissipation, when the disassembly mechanism 4 is arranged, the screw fixed between the first fixing plate 42 and the second fixing plate 43 is disassembled, so that the water absorption column 24 is exposed to the outside, the water absorption column 24 is extracted through the groove 213, the water absorption column 24 is extracted, the water absorption column 32 and the fixing groove 28 are separated from the circular groove 13, and the circular ventilation mechanism is convenient to replace the circular ventilation mechanism: SJ9225.
The electric elements are all connected with an external main controller and 220V mains supply through a transformer, and the main controller can be conventional known equipment for controlling a computer and the like.
