In other embodiments, a hinge may be used to provide a rotational connection between the end cap 17 and the body 16. In order to provide a better hand feeling when using the end cap 17, one side of the end cap 17 is provided with a positioning part 172, and the main body 161 is provided with a first limit groove 163 and a second limit groove 164 which are arranged on the rotation path of the end cap 17 at intervals; when the end cover 17 is in a closed state, the positioning part 172 is clamped into the first limiting groove 163; when the end cover 17 is in the opened state, the positioning portion 172 is clamped into the second limiting groove 164.
The pins 14 extend out of the main body 16, and the part of the pins 14 located in the main body 16 is connected to the inner wall of the main body 16 by screws (not shown), for example, the two pins 14 are respectively connected to the relay body and the current transformer body in the main body 16, and by arranging the screws, the force applied by the pins 14 during plugging can be partially offset by the screws, so that the pins 14 are not easy to be separated from the relay body and the current transformer body in the main body 16.
The electricity meter 1 further includes a key 200 or the like provided on the main body 16.
The main body 16 has a through hole penetrating forward and backward, and an extending portion 165 extending backward and an annular stopper portion 166 extending radially and connected to the extending portion 165 are formed in the through hole.
The key 200 includes a pressing member 201 extending into the through hole, and an elastic triggering portion 202 abutting against the bottom of the pressing member 201, the elastic triggering portion 202 having a tendency to support the pressing member 201 forward to disconnect its electrical connection with the circuit board 161, the pressing member 201 being capable of acting on the elastic triggering portion 202 under the action of external force to electrically connect the elastic triggering portion 202 with the circuit board 161.
The pressing member 201 is a T-shaped supporting column, and the supporting column has two opposite elastic clamping legs 201a at the rear part thereof, each elastic clamping leg 201a passes through the annular limiting portion 166 and reversely buckles the rear surface of the annular limiting portion 166, and the elastic clamping leg 201a abuts against the elastic triggering portion 202. The rear portion of the T-shaped support post is planar to facilitate uniform application to the second region 202b described below. Because the elastic clamping pin 201a is arranged, when the key 200 is assembled, the pressing piece 201 can be directly inserted into the main body 16, and the structure of preventing the pressing piece 201 from being separated from the main body 16 after the pressing piece 201 is inserted into the main body 16 is not needed, so that the operation is convenient and quick.
The elastic triggering portion 202 includes a ring-shaped first region 202a connected to the circuit board 161, a pillar-shaped second region 202b extending forward and backward, and a second elastic connection wall 202c connecting the first region 202a and the second region 202b, the second elastic connection wall 202c having a tendency to support the second region 202b forward so that the second region 202b has a tendency to support the key 200 forward away from the circuit board 161; the second region 202b has two states, and when the pressing member 201 acts backwardly on the elastic triggering portion 202, the bottom end of the second region 202b triggers the circuit board 161; when the pressing member 201 is not under force, the bottom end of the second region 202b is separated from the circuit board 161 without triggering the circuit board 161; a fixing portion 167 extending rearward is provided at the rear surface of the annular stopper 166, so that a gap between the annular first region 202a and the columnar second region 202b extending forward and rearward can be fitted over the fixing portion 167. In other embodiments, the resilient triggering portion 202 is a micro switch that can be electrically connected to or disconnected from the circuit board 161.
The working principle and the use process of the electric meter box of the embodiment are as follows.
When the ammeter 1 is installed, the lug 13 of the ammeter 1 is inserted into the clamping groove 21 of the base 2, the pin 14 is inserted into a socket (not shown in the figure) in the base 2, the positioning groove 15 of the ammeter 1 is aligned with the positioning convex part 22, and the positioning convex part 22 is connected with the groove bottom of the positioning groove 15 through the first fastener, so that the ammeter 1 is connected with the base 2, the ammeter 1 can be rapidly positioned through the lug 13, the installation of the ammeter 1 is more convenient and rapid, and the installation efficiency is higher. When the connection between the protruding block 13 and the clamping groove 21 is firm, the first side 11 can be installed without screwing a screw, so that one screw can be saved, and the cost is reduced.
When the connection between the protruding block 13 and the clamping groove 21 is not firm enough, the first side 11 can be further fixed by using a fastener such as a screw. The elastic metal part 4 is matched with the metal contact part 3, so that when machining or assembling errors exist, the elastic metal part 4 can be compensated, the contact between the elastic metal part 4 and the metal contact part is stable, and poor contact is not easy to occur.
After the pin 14 of the ammeter 1 is connected with the socket in the base 2, the pin 14, the metal contact part 3 and the elastic metal part 4 are all hidden and are not easy to contact, so that the safety is high and the anti-electricity-theft function is also realized.
When the end cover 17 needs to be opened, the elastic piece 18 ejects the end cover 17 outwards while unscrewing the second fastening piece 19, so that the second fastening piece 19 can rapidly push up the end cover 17 even if the second fastening piece 19 is not completely opened in place; in addition, because the elastic member 18 supports the end cap 17, the end cap 17 does not re-engage the body 16 and the second fastener 19 falls back into the corresponding aperture, which is more efficient in opening the end cap 17.
In addition, when the cover 17 is opened, the second portion 182 of the elastic member 18 moves forward to be separated from the circuit board 161, and the detection module on the circuit board 161 detects that the cover 17 is in the opened state. Thus, when the end cover 17 is opened, for example, when an electricity stealing event occurs or maintenance is performed, the detection module can detect whether the end cover 17 is opened or not, so that the corresponding event can be further recorded and reported.
