Example 1
The embodiment provides a building suitable for stereoscopic interconnection and intercommunication with mountain, as shown in fig. 1-5, comprising
The first main beam 2 is an arc beam arranged in the vertical direction of the building 9, and may be a beam body in any shape such as a circle, a rectangle, and the like, and is preferably made of steel.
The specific structure of the first main beam 2 is not limited in this embodiment, and preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the first main beam 2 of this embodiment includes a body connected to the corresponding support members; one end of the supporting beam 7 is connected with the body, and the other end of the supporting beam 7 is connected with the ring beam 3; the supporting beam 7 is arranged to support the ring beam 3, so that the radian of the ring beam 3 is further changed, and the curved surface structure of the curved surface framework formed by the ring beam 3 and the first main beam 2 is further changed, so that a curtain wall panel arranged on the curved surface framework is in a free-form surface structure, namely the supporting beam 7 is arranged at a place where the curtain wall panel needs to be subjected to further curved surface change; of course, in other embodiments, the support beams 7 may not be provided, and the ring beams 3 are all directly connected with the body of the first main beam 2.
The ring beam 3 is an arc beam that is disposed on the first main beam 2 and is arranged along the horizontal direction of the building 9, and may be a beam body having any shape such as a circle, a rectangle, and the like, and is preferably made of steel.
The specific structure of the ring beam 3 is not limited in this embodiment, and preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the ring beam 3 of this embodiment includes a main portion 4 corresponding to a side of the building 9, and a bent portion 5 connecting adjacent main portions 4, where the bent portion 5 is disposed in an arc shape, so that the ring beam 3 of this embodiment can simultaneously surround multiple sides of the building 9; of course, in other embodiments, the ring beam 3 may also correspond only to the sides of the building 9; the ring beam 3 of this embodiment includes a main body portion 4 and a bending portion 5, wherein the bending portion 5 is in an arc shape, so that the curtain wall panel disposed at the bending portion 5 also forms a curved surface structure, and then the curtain wall panel supported by the supporting structure of this embodiment is a curved surface structure as a whole, and especially, is convenient for forming a free-form surface structure.
Since the first main beams 2 of the present embodiment are obliquely arranged on the building 9, at the location of the bent portion 5, in the direction from the lower end of the building 9 to the upper end thereof, the first main beams 2 are gradually gathered, and in order to avoid interference between the first main beams 2 at the location and to ensure sufficient supporting force, it is preferable that the upper end of the first main beam 2 at the main portion 4 is connected to the first main beam 2 at the bent portion 5, as shown in fig. 1; the first main beam 2 of the bending portion 5 is supported by the first main beam 2 of the main body portion 4 in addition to the support member group, so as to reduce the pressure applied to the support member group of the first main beam 2 supporting the bending portion 5, and to make the curved surface structure of the present embodiment more stable.
The first main beam 2 and the ring beam 3 enclose a curved framework which is adapted to the building 9 and supports a curtain wall panel, the installation structure of the curtain wall panel is not particularly limited in this embodiment, and preferably, the curtain wall panel is installed on the ring beam 3; the connection structure of the first main beam 2 and the ring beam 3 is not particularly limited in this embodiment, and the two may be detachably connected by a connection member, or may be welded to each other.
A support member set, where a specific structure of the support member set is not limited in this embodiment, preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the support member set of this embodiment is used to support the first main beam 2, and includes a first support member 1 having one end connected to the building 9 and the other end connected to the first main beam 2, and preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the building 9 of this embodiment includes a multi-layer platform, and the multi-layer platform is arranged in a stepped manner; the first supporting pieces 1 are respectively arranged on the corresponding platforms and are used for obliquely arranging the first main beams 2 on the building 9, so that the curved surface framework formed by the first main beams 2 and the ring beams 3 can be arranged on the building 9 comprising the multi-layer platform in a surrounding manner, and a curved surface curtain wall panel arranged on the curved surface framework can surround the building 9 comprising the multi-layer platform; of course, in other embodiments, the support members may support the ring beam 3, or both the first main beam 2 and the ring beam 3; in this embodiment, a plurality of supporting points are formed on the first main beam 2 by the plurality of first supporting members 1 to stably support the first main beam 2, and meanwhile, the first supporting members 1 make a space between the building 9 and the curved framework formed by the first main beam 2 and the ring beam 3 fully utilized, so as to further install the walkway 10.
The present embodiment does not specifically limit the connection structure between the first supporting member 1 and the building 9, and the first supporting member 1 may be inserted into the concrete structure of the building 9, or may be connected to the original steel supporting member of the building 9.
Because the radian of the bending part 5 of the ring beam 3 is large, effective support needs to be ensured at the position of the bending part 5, that is, a sufficient number of first support members 1 need to be arranged at the position of the bending part 5, preferably, as shown in fig. 1, in order to avoid mutual interference between the first support members 1 at the position, the first support members 1 in adjacent support member groups of the bending part 5 of the embodiment are located on the same platform and connected in a V-shaped structure facing the opening of the curtain wall panel, the connection mode simultaneously reduces the connection points of the first support members 1 and the building 9, reduces the use of the connection members, reduces the installation difficulty, makes the installation of the first support members 1 cleaner, makes the space between the curtain wall panel and the building 9 fully utilized, and does not raise the utilization difficulty of the space due to disorder arrangement of the first support members 1, and results in a less tidy space, of course, in other embodiments, the first supports 1 of the bent portion 5 may not be connected to each other as long as they can meet the support requirements.
The embodiment does not limit the specific structure of the first supporting member 1, when the intersection angle between the first supporting member 1 and the horizontal plane of the building 9 is 45 °, the length of the first supporting member 1 is shortest, but since the intersection angle between the first supporting member 1 and the horizontal plane of the building 9 is too small, it is not beneficial to transmit force to the building 9 through the first supporting member 1, it is necessary to lift the cross-sectional dimension of the first supporting member 1 to ensure that it forms effective support, it is not beneficial to reduce the cross-sectional dimension of the first supporting member 1, and reduce the occupied space, so as to utilize the space between the curtain wall panel and the building, and improve the tidiness of the space, and meanwhile, since the intersection angle between the first supporting member 1 and the horizontal plane of the building 9 is too small, it also results in that the clearance of the space between the curtain wall panel and the building is low, and it is difficult to obtain effective utilization; when the intersection angle between the first supporting piece 1 and the horizontal plane of the building 9 is 90 degrees, force is transferred to the building 9 through the first supporting piece 1 most favorably, but at the moment, the first supporting piece 1 is too long, so that the reduction of the section size of the first supporting piece 1 is still not facilitated, the occupied space is reduced, the space between the curtain wall panel and the building is utilized, and the tidiness of the space is improved; thus, the angle of intersection between the first support 1 and the horizontal plane of the building 9 is 45 ° to 90 °; preferably, in this embodiment, in order to ensure that the cross-sectional dimension of the first support 1 is minimized and the clear height of the space between the curtain wall panel and the building is appropriate, the angle of the intersection between the first support 1 and the horizontal plane of the building 9 is 75 °, and of course, in other embodiments, the first support 1 may be set at other angles.
The support member set of the present embodiment further includes a second support member 6, one end of which is connected to one end of the first support member 1 facing the building 9, and the other end of which is connected to the first main beam 2; the first support 1 and the second support 6 both constitute a V-shaped structure open towards the curtain wall panel; the V-shaped structure is arranged at the lower side of the building 9, the first supporting member 1 is not convenient to arrange due to the low height of the space between the first main beam 2 and the building 9, but the first main beam 2 still has a certain length at the position, and a supporting point needs to be arranged to form stable support, so that the second supporting member 6 is arranged at the position to support the first main beam 2, and meanwhile, the second supporting member 6 is connected with one end of the first supporting member 1 facing the building 9, so that the use of connecting members is reduced compared with the direct arrangement on the building 9, and the installation difficulty is reduced; of course, in other embodiments, the support set may also use only the first support 1, without using the second support 6.
The second main beam 8 is connected with the building 9 and is arranged along the vertical direction of the building 9, the ring beam 3 is connected with the second main beam 8, the ring beam can be a beam body in any shape such as a round shape, a rectangular shape and the like, and is preferably made of steel, and the second main beam 8 and the ring beam 3 enclose a curved surface framework which is adapted to the building 9 and supports a curtain wall panel; the second main beam 8 is suitable for being arranged outside the vertical side surface of the building 9, and because the side surface does not have a multi-layer platform arranged in a stepped shape, the second main beam 8 can be directly arranged outside the building 9 through a connecting piece without arranging a support group, and of course, the second main beam 8 can be a straight beam or an arc beam; of course, in other embodiments, the first main beam 2 may be adopted without the second main beam 8, and at this time, a support group needs to be arranged on the vertical side of the building 9 to install the first main beam 2.
In the embodiment, the connected first main beam 2 and the ring beam 3 are arranged to form a framework for supporting the curtain wall panel, and the supporting member set is arranged to support the first main beam 2 and/or the ring beam 3 on the building 9, so that the curtain wall panel surrounds the periphery of the building 9; because the first main beam 2 and the ring beam 3 are both arc-shaped beams, the framework formed by the first main beam and the ring beam is a curved surface framework, so that the curtain wall panel arranged on the framework forms a curved surface structure, and the visual effect of the curved surface curtain wall is realized.
