本发明公开了一种新冠抗体检测试剂全盒及使用方法,包括多层相互铰接的保温置物架,每层保温置物架的表面设有多个切口,且每个切口内设有抽屉式拉板,每排抽屉式拉板上设有多个放置抗体检测条的置位夹;每个切口的上端均设有用于固定抽屉式拉板的自锁机构,自锁机构包括设置在切口上端的保温置物架的安装孔槽,以及设置在安装孔槽内部的齿条插杆,保温置物架表面还设有用于与齿条插杆相互啮合的滚动齿轮,齿条插杆朝向保温置物架外侧的表面设有平滑过渡面,且抽屉式拉板的板面上表面设有与齿条插杆对应的插槽,抽屉式拉板通过齿条插杆与插槽的相互限位实现固定;本发明对单排的抽屉式拉板进行独立读取,保证正在检测的抗体检测条的稳定性。

本发明涉及抗体检测技术领域,具体涉及一种新冠抗体检测试剂全盒及使用方法。
背景技术
根据现有病例资料,新型冠状病毒肺炎以发热、干咳、乏力等为主要表现,少数患者伴有鼻塞、流涕、腹泻等上呼吸道和消化道症状,重症病例多在1周后出现呼吸困难,严重者快速进展为急性呼吸窘迫综合征、脓毒症休克、难以纠正的代谢性酸中毒和出凝血功能障碍及多器官功能衰竭等。
新型冠状病毒的检测方法主要包含核酸检测、抗体检测、抗原检测几种方法。由于抗原检测检出率较低,目前新冠检测主要集中在抗体和核酸检测。核酸检测目前是新型冠状病毒检测的“金标准”,具有早期诊断、灵敏度和特异性高等特点;但抗体检测操作便捷、检测迅速,可作为核酸诊断的补充手段,新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)抗体检测试剂条用于快速定性检测人类全血、血清、血浆中的新型冠状病毒IgM/IgG抗体,放置在合适的温度范围内,最快可在15分钟内肉眼观察获得检测结果。
在抗体检测试剂条上添加血清后,需要将抗体检测试剂条放置在保温盒体内隔离式等待检测结果,但是目前的检测试剂全盒还存在的缺陷为:
(1)整体式开盖方式,每层盒体中的抗体检测试剂条不断被全部暴露,影响检测时间,造成查看检测结果的时间不稳定,严重影响检查结果的有序性和及时性;
(2)抗体检测试剂条在检测试剂全盒内的放置方式无序,不方便按序及时查看检测结果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种新冠抗体检测试剂全盒及使用方法,以解决现有技术中整体式开盖方式,每层盒体中的抗体检测试剂条不断被全部暴露,影响检测时间,且抗体检测试剂条在检测试剂全盒内的放置方式无序,不方便按序及时查看检测结果的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明具体提供下述技术方案:
一种新冠抗体检测试剂全盒,包括多层保温置物架,相邻两个所述保温置物架的同一个侧边通过铰链连接,每层所述保温置物架的表面设有多个均匀分布的切口,且每个所述切口内设有沿着所述保温置物架移动的抽屉式拉板,每排所述抽屉式拉板上设有多个均匀分布且用于放置抗体检测条的置位夹;
每个所述切口的上端均设有用于固定所述抽屉式拉板的自锁机构,所述自锁机构用于在所述抽屉式拉板推动至所述保温置物架内部时实现对所述抽屉式拉板的自动锁定,且所述抽屉式拉板通过对所述自锁机构的手动解锁实现对所述抽屉式拉板的释放;
所述自锁机构包括设置在所述切口上端的所述保温置物架的安装孔槽,以及设置在所述安装孔槽内部的齿条插杆,所述保温置物架表面还设有用于与所述齿条插杆相互啮合的滚动齿轮,所述齿条插杆朝向所述保温置物架外侧的表面设有平滑过渡面,且所述抽屉式拉板的板面上表面设有与所述齿条插杆对应的插槽,所述抽屉式拉板通过所述齿条插杆与所述插槽的相互限位实现固定。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述抽屉式拉板包括底板、与所述底板垂直的竖向板,以及安装在所述底板与竖向板端部的封面板,所述插槽设置在所述封面板的上表面中心位置,所述齿条插杆设置在所述保温置物架正对所述插槽的位置;
所述竖向板包括与所述底板一体化成型的第一板块以及铰接在所述第一板块上表面的第二板块,所述置位夹安装在所述第一板块和所述第二板块的铰接位置,所述第二板块在所述置位夹空闲时呈90°覆盖所述置位夹,按序在每个所述抽屉式拉板内放置所述抗体检测条,且每排抗体检测条单独拉出查看检验结果。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述保温置物架的下表面设有多组并列分布的限位轨道,所述底板的下表面设有一组倒T字卡条,每组所述限位轨道通过与所述倒T字卡条的相互卡定限制所述抽屉式拉板沿着所述限位轨道线性移动。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述齿条插杆的上端部分直径大于所述齿条插杆的下端部分直径,所述抽屉式拉板推动至所述保温置物架内部时,所述封面板挤压平滑过渡面并推动所述齿条插杆上移,且所述齿条插杆下落在所述封面板的插槽内实现对所述抽屉式拉板整体的固定;

作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述第一板块的下表面以及所述第二板块的上表面设有吸附磁片,所述第一板块和所述第二板块呈稳定的竖直状态,所述置位夹内的所述抗体检测条高度低于所述封面板的高度,且所述抗体检测条的上端与所述齿条插杆的下端之间设有冗余安全距离。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明还进一步提供下述技术方案:一种新冠抗体检测试剂全盒的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤100、打开最下层保温置物架的挂扣并翻转上层保温置物架,依次对每个抽屉式拉板翻盖,将抗体检测条依次放置在置位夹内;
步骤200、依次打开上层的保温置物架的挂扣,重复步骤100,以将所有的保温置物架内全部放置所述抗体检测条;
步骤300、按照先进先出的方式将所述抽屉式拉板从保温置物架内拉出判读检测结果;
步骤400、将读取检测结果后的抽屉式拉板推动至所述保温置物架内部,利用自锁机构固定所述抽屉式拉板。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,翻转上层的所述保温置物架且下层的所述保温置物架保持水平状态,将所述抗体检测条直接插入所述置位夹内以实现对所述抗体检测条的固定作用,等待检测结果;
查看检测结果时,将每个所述抽屉式拉板拉出所述保温置物架判读,以避免上层所述保温置物架翻转而引起所述抗体检测条无序混乱。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述自锁机构通过与抽屉式拉板的相互限位工作以实现对抽屉式拉板的固定作用,将所述抽屉式拉板推入所述保温置物架内部时,所述抽屉式拉板挤压所述自锁机构的齿条插杆并推动齿条插杆上移,直至齿条插杆受重力作用下移至抽屉式拉板的插槽内以实现自锁。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,将所述抽屉式拉板拉出所述保温置物架时,手动推动滚动齿轮,所述滚动齿轮通过与所述齿条插杆的啮合作用带动齿条插杆上移以从所述抽屉式拉板移出,拉动所述抽屉式拉板外移以按序独立查看每个所述抗体检测条的检测结果。
本发明与现有技术相比较具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明按照时间顺序,将抗体检测条按照从下到上以及从左到右,或从右到左依次放置在保温置物架的每层抽屉式拉板内,由于每排的抗体检测条的检测操作具有时间差,因此在查看检测结果时,可以对单排的抽屉式拉板进行独立的读取操作,保证其他正在检测的抗体检测条的稳定性,避免将整层的保温置物架内部的抗体检测条暴露以影响检测时间的有序性;
(2)本发明方便安插等待检测以及及时的读取检测结果,避免在读取检测结果时将上层的保温置物架翻转造成抗体检测条散落混杂的情况,保证有序检测和按序查看检测结果,从而使用更加便利,且提高了整体检测结果的及时性和稳定有序性。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1所示,本发明提供了一种新冠抗体检测试剂全盒,本实施方式通过设计抗体检测试剂全盒的结构,方便将新冠抗体检测试剂按序放置在盒体内,同时为了避免每次拿取检测试剂时的翻盖操作将每层的检测试剂暴露,特将每层的检测试剂设计为单排独立拉取操作,从而一方面可以根据检测时间独立拿取一排检测试剂,同时另一方面避免未检测出结果的检测试剂频繁暴露,从而提高检测试剂盒的储纳稳定性,提高测量结果可靠性,且方便移动,实现便携式的户外检测。
具体包括多层保温置物架1,相邻两个保温置物架1的同一个侧边通过铰链连接,相邻两个保温置物架1的侧面设有挂扣8,两个相邻的保温置物架1通过挂扣8进行固定以实现便携式移动。
将所有的保温置物架1通过挂扣8连接形成一个整体,方便手提移动,将每层的保温置物架1通过挂扣8释放后,可直接将抗体检测条安插在保温置物架1内部,因此本实施方式的保温置物架可以通过挂扣8拆分和组装成整体,使用方便,且每层的置物架1的温度可以自定义设定,实用性高,适用不同的抗体检测场景。
每层保温置物架1的表面设有多个均匀分布的切口2,且每个切口2内设有沿着保温置物架1移动的抽屉式拉板3,每排抽屉式拉板3上设有多个均匀分布且用于放置抗体检测条的置位夹4。
翻转上层的保温置物架1,使用下层的保温置物架1的抽屉式拉板3放置抗体检测条,在查看检测结果时,将抽屉式拉板3单独拉出拿取判读,从而同一层保温置物架1的其他抽屉式拉板3保持稳定的检测工作,提高检测的规律性,以便按照先进先出的方式判读检测结果。
其中需要补充说明的是,抗原初次进入机体后,经过-定的潜伏期产生浆细胞并合成分泌抗体。最早出现的是IgM,但该抗体维持时间短、浓度低、亲和力较低,在血中持续数日至数周,急性期感染的诊断指标;在IgM接近消失时,IgG的含达到高峰,IgG产生晚,但浓度高、维持时间长、和力高,血清IgG阳性提示感染中后期或既往感染,当数月乃至数年再次接触相同抗原时,最初原抗体量稍有下降,可能是由于一部分原有抗体被再次进入的抗原所结合,从而暂时降低了抗体含量,但短期内抗体含量迅速增加,可能比原来抗体含高数倍至数十倍,以gG为主,在体内持续时间也长,IgM很少增加。
在本实施方式中,抗体检测条为棒状结构,抗体检测条则利用血清学检测,即通过检测血液样本中的特异性抗体IgM和IgG的存在及含量,来间接判断体内有无病毒及病毒感染情况。目前临床中常用的抗体血清学检测方法有3种:酶联免疫吸附试验法、化学发光免疫分析法、胶体金免疫层析法,本实施方式抗体检测条选择利用胶体金法操作便捷,可直接目视判读,一般15分钟左右即可完成检测。
每个切口2的上端均设有用于固定抽屉式拉板3的自锁机构5,自锁机构5用于在抽屉式拉板3推动至保温置物架1内部时实现对抽屉式拉板3的自动锁定,且抽屉式拉板3通过对自锁机构5的手动解锁实现对抽屉式拉板3的释放。
如图2和图3所示,自锁机构5包括设置在切口2上端的保温置物架1的安装孔槽51,以及设置在安装孔槽51内部的齿条插杆52,保温置物架1表面还设有用于与齿条插杆52相互啮合的滚动齿轮53,齿条插杆52朝向保温置物架1外侧的表面设有平滑过渡面54,且抽屉式拉板3的板面上表面设有与齿条插杆52对应的插槽55,抽屉式拉板3通过齿条插杆52与插槽55的相互限位实现固定。
自锁机构5利用抽屉式拉板3挤压齿条插杆52,并推动齿条插杆52上移且在重力作用下落至抽屉式拉板3上表面对应的插槽55内,从而实现对抽屉式拉板3的固定作用,当拉出抽屉式拉板3时,则需要推动滚动齿轮53带动齿条插杆52从插槽55内移出,从而实现向外拉动抽屉式拉板3并进行检测结果读取。
齿条插杆52的上端部分直径大于齿条插杆52的下端部分直径,抽屉式拉板3推动至保温置物架1内部时,封面板33挤压平滑过渡面54并推动齿条插杆52上移,且齿条插杆52下落在封面板33的插槽55内实现对抽屉式拉板3整体的固定。
手动旋转滚动齿轮53带动齿条插杆52上移,以使得齿条插杆52脱离封面板33的插槽55且实现对抽屉式拉板3的释放,齿条插杆52在自重作用下自动沿着安装孔槽51下移。
其中抽屉式拉板3包括底板31、与底板31垂直的竖向板32,以及安装在底板31与竖向板32端部的封面板33,插槽55设置在封面板33的上表面中心位置,齿条插杆52设置在保温置物架1正对插槽55的位置。
竖向板32包括与底板31一体化成型的第一板块321以及铰接在第一板块321上表面的第二板块322,置位夹4安装在第一板块321和第二板块322的铰接位置,第二板块322在置位夹4空闲时呈90°覆盖置位夹4,按序在每个抽屉式拉板3内放置抗体检测条,且每排抗体检测条单独拉出查看检验结果。
为了确保操作人员在每排抽屉式拉板3的置位夹4内按序插入抗体检测条,本实施方式将抽屉式拉板3的竖向板32分为铰接而成的第一板块321和第二板块322,在置位夹4空闲即无抗体检测条插入时,则第二板块322翻转90°覆盖置位夹4,在安插抗体检测条内,将第二板块322翻转至与第一板块321保持同一竖直方向,从而实现对每排抽屉式拉板3的按序使用。
而对比现有的全开放式置位来说,操作人员很容易产生混乱安插的行为,本实施方式在每次使用抽屉式拉板3时进行盖板操作,可以减少产生混乱安插的行为,从而每排抽屉式拉板3的安插时间相差不多,因此检测结果出现时间相近,方便同时读取同一个抽屉式拉板3内多个置位夹4内的抗体检测条的检测结果。
另外,由于本实施方式中的多层保温置物架1属于铰接连接,如果在读取检测结果时翻转上层的保温置物架1会导致上层内的抗体检测条从置物夹4内滑落,容易造成抗体检测条混乱的情况,而本实施方式通过抽屉拉取式的操作,保证在读取检测结果时,抽屉式拉板3上的抗体检测条按时间顺序无混乱读取。
需要补充说明的是,第一板块321的下表面以及第二板块322的上表面设有吸附磁片323,第一板块321和第二板块322呈稳定的竖直状态,提高抽屉式拉板3向外拉取时的稳定性,且置位夹4内的抗体检测条高度低于封面板33的高度,且抗体检测条的上端与齿条插杆52的下端之间设有冗余安全距离,避免抗体检测条抵住切口2而无法拉出。
保温置物架1的下表面设有多组并列分布的限位轨道6,底板31的下表面设有一组倒T字卡条7,每组限位轨道6通过与倒T字卡条7的相互卡定限制抽屉式拉板3沿着限位轨道6线性移动。
另外如图4所示,本实施方式还提供了一种新冠抗体检测试剂全盒的使用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤100、打开最下层保温置物架的挂扣并翻转上层保温置物架,依次对每个抽屉式拉板翻盖,将抗体检测条依次放置在置位夹内;
步骤200、依次打开上层的保温置物架的挂扣,重复步骤100,以将所有的保温置物架内全部放置抗体检测条;
步骤300、按照先进先出的方式将抽屉式拉板从保温置物架内拉出判读检测结果;
步骤400、将读取检测结果后的抽屉式拉板进行盖板操作且推动至保温置物架内部,利用自锁机构固定抽屉式拉板。
因此本实施方式翻转上层的保温置物架且下层的保温置物架保持水平状态,将抗体检测条直接插入置位夹内以实现对抗体检测条的固定作用,等待检测结果,查看检测结果时,将每个抽屉式拉板拉出保温置物架判读,以避免上层保温置物架翻转而引起抗体检测条无序混乱。
自锁机构通过与抽屉式拉板的相互限位工作以实现对抽屉式拉板的固定作用,将抽屉式拉板推入保温置物架内部时,抽屉式拉板挤压自锁机构的齿条插杆并推动齿条插杆上移,直至齿条插杆受重力作用下移至抽屉式拉板的插槽内以实现自锁。
将抽屉式拉板拉出保温置物架时,手动推动滚动齿轮,滚动齿轮通过与齿条插杆的啮合作用带动齿条插杆上移以从抽屉式拉板移出,拉动抽屉式拉板外移以按序独立查看每个抗体检测条的检测结果。
因此本实施方式实现以下几种功能,第一,按照时间顺序,将抗体检测条按照从下到上以及从左到右,或从右到左依次放置在保温置物架的每层抽屉式拉板内,由于每排的抗体检测条的检测操作具有时间差,因此在查看检测结果时,可以对单排的抽屉式拉板进行独立的读取操作,保证其他正在检测的抗体检测条的稳定性,避免将整层的保温置物架内部的抗体检测条暴露以影响检测时间的有序性;第二,方便安插等待检测以及及时的读取检测结果,避免在读取检测结果时将上层的保温置物架翻转造成抗体检测条散落混杂的情况,保证有序检测和按序查看检测结果,从而使用更加便利,且提高了整体检测结果的及时性和稳定有序性。

Claims (10)
1.一种新冠抗体检测试剂全盒,其特征在于:包括多层保温置物架(1),相邻两个所述保温置物架(1)的同一个侧边通过铰链连接,每层所述保温置物架(1)的表面设有多个均匀分布的切口(2),且每个所述切口(2)内设有沿着所述保温置物架(1)移动的抽屉式拉板(3),每排所述抽屉式拉板(3)上设有多个均匀分布且用于放置抗体检测条的置位夹(4);
每个所述切口(2)的上端均设有用于固定所述抽屉式拉板(3)的自锁机构(5),所述自锁机构(5)用于在所述抽屉式拉板(3)推动至所述保温置物架(1)内部时实现对所述抽屉式拉板(3)的自动锁定,且所述抽屉式拉板(3)通过对所述自锁机构(5)的手动解锁实现对所述抽屉式拉板(3)的释放;
所述自锁机构(5)包括设置在所述切口(2)上端的所述保温置物架(1)的安装孔槽(51),以及设置在所述安装孔槽(51)内部的齿条插杆(52),所述保温置物架(1)表面还设有用于与所述齿条插杆(52)相互啮合的滚动齿轮(53),所述齿条插杆(52)朝向所述保温置物架(1)外侧的表面设有平滑过渡面(54),且所述抽屉式拉板(3)的板面上表面设有与所述齿条插杆(52)对应的插槽(55),所述抽屉式拉板(3)通过所述齿条插杆(52)与所述插槽(55)的相互限位实现固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新冠抗体检测试剂全盒,其特征在于:所述抽屉式拉板(3)包括底板(31)、与所述底板(31)垂直的竖向板(32),以及安装在所述底板(31)与竖向板(32)端部的封面板(33),所述插槽(55)设置在所述封面板(33)的上表面中心位置,所述齿条插杆(52)设置在所述保温置物架(1)正对所述插槽(55)的位置;
所述竖向板(32)包括与所述底板(31)一体化成型的第一板块(321)以及铰接在所述第一板块(321)上表面的第二板块(322),所述置位夹(4)安装在所述第一板块(321)和所述第二板块(322)的铰接位置,所述第二板块(322)在所述置位夹(4)空闲时呈90°覆盖在所述置位夹(4)的上方,按序在每个所述抽屉式拉板(3)内放置所述抗体检测条,且每排抗体检测条单独拉出查看检验结果。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种新冠抗体检测试剂全盒,其特征在于:所述保温置物架(1)的下表面设有多组并列分布的限位轨道(6),所述底板(31)的下表面设有一组倒T字卡条(7),每组所述限位轨道(6)通过与所述倒T字卡条(7)的相互卡定限制所述抽屉式拉板(3)沿着所述限位轨道(6)线性移动。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种新冠抗体检测试剂全盒,其特征在于:所述齿条插杆(52)的上端部分直径大于所述齿条插杆(52)的下端部分直径,所述抽屉式拉板(3)推动至所述保温置物架(1)内部时,所述封面板(33)挤压平滑过渡面(54)并推动所述齿条插杆(52)上移,且所述齿条插杆(52)下落在所述封面板(33)的插槽(55)内实现对所述抽屉式拉板(3)整体的固定;
手动旋转所述滚动齿轮(53)带动所述齿条插杆(52)上移,以使得所述齿条插杆(52)脱离所述封面板(33)的插槽(55)且实现对所述抽屉式拉板(3)的释放,所述齿条插杆(52)在自重作用下自动沿着所述安装孔槽(51)下移。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新冠抗体检测试剂全盒,其特征在于:相邻两个所述保温置物架(1)的侧面设有挂扣(8),两个相邻的所述保温置物架(1)通过挂扣(8)进行固定以实现便携式移动。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种新冠抗体检测试剂全盒,其特征在于:所述第一板块(321)的下表面以及所述第二板块(322)的上表面设有吸附磁片(323),所述第一板块(321)和所述第二板块(322)呈稳定的竖直状态,所述置位夹(4)内的所述抗体检测条高度低于所述封面板(33)的高度,且所述抗体检测条的上端与所述齿条插杆(52)的下端之间设有冗余安全距离。
7.一种应用于权利要求1-6任一项所述新冠抗体检测试剂全盒的使用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤100、打开最下层保温置物架的挂扣并翻转上层保温置物架,依次对每个抽屉式拉板翻盖,将抗体检测条依次放置在置位夹内;
步骤200、依次打开上层的保温置物架的挂扣,重复步骤100,以将所有的保温置物架内全部放置所述抗体检测条;
步骤300、按照先进先出的方式将所述抽屉式拉板从保温置物架内拉出判读检测结果;
步骤400、将读取检测结果后的抽屉式拉板推动至所述保温置物架内部,利用自锁机构固定所述抽屉式拉板。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种新冠抗体检测试剂全盒的使用方法,其特征在于,翻转上层的所述保温置物架且下层的所述保温置物架保持水平状态,将所述抗体检测条直接插入所述置位夹内以实现对所述抗体检测条的固定作用,等待检测结果;
查看检测结果时,将每个所述抽屉式拉板拉出所述保温置物架判读,以避免上层所述保温置物架翻转而引起所述抗体检测条无序混乱。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种新冠抗体检测试剂全盒的使用方法,其特征在于,所述自锁机构通过与抽屉式拉板的相互限位工作以实现对抽屉式拉板的固定作用,将所述抽屉式拉板推入所述保温置物架内部时,所述抽屉式拉板挤压所述自锁机构的齿条插杆并推动齿条插杆上移,直至齿条插杆受重力作用下移至抽屉式拉板的插槽内以实现自锁。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种新冠抗体检测试剂全盒的使用方法,其特征在于,将所述抽屉式拉板拉出所述保温置物架时,手动推动滚动齿轮,所述滚动齿轮通过与所述齿条插杆的啮合作用带动齿条插杆上移以从所述抽屉式拉板移出,拉动所述抽屉式拉板外移以按序独立查看每个所述抗体检测条的检测结果。
