Abstract
The invention discloses an anti-inflammation and peculiar smell-removing knitted fabric and a production process thereof, the fabric comprises a fabric body, the fabric body comprises an outer layer fabric and an inner layer fabric, the outer layer fabric is formed by weaving cotton yarn, polyester filament yarn and nano polypropylene filament yarn, the inner layer fabric is formed by knitting bamboo pulp fiber and special-shaped cross fiber, and the process comprises the following steps: (1) weaving polyester filament, nano polypropylene filament and cotton yarn into a warp plain stitch; (2) knitting and weaving the bamboo pulp fibers and the special-shaped cross fibers by a circular knitting machine; (3) sewing the outer layer fabric and the inner layer fabric into a whole to form a gray cloth; (4) dyeing the gray cloth; (5) putting the dyed gray cloth into a dryer for drying treatment; (6) cleaning the gray cloth; (7) and (5) preparing a finished fabric. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the fabric has antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and deodorant effects, and also has moisture absorbing and moisture guiding effects.

(6) putting the dried gray cloth into clear water for cleaning;
(7) and drying and shaping the cleaned gray cloth to obtain the finished fabric.
