1. A chamfering machine for removing a boiler tube weld, comprising: a drive device (1);
a rotating disc (4), wherein the rotating disc (4) can rotate around the axis of the rotating disc (4) and is arranged at one side of the driving device (1), and the rotating disc (4) is arranged to be driven by the driving device (1) to rotate;
a pair of cutting blades (5), two cutting blades (5) are symmetrically arranged on one side of the rotating disc (4) far away from the driving device (1), and the inner sides of the cutting blades (5) can be in contact with a welding block to realize cutting action;
the positioning column (3) is fixedly arranged in the middle of the rotating disc (4) and is used for extending into a boiler tube, so that the axis of the rotating disc (4) is coincident with the axis of the boiler tube;
the upper end of the cutting blade (5) is connected with the rotating disc (4) in a sliding way, and the feeding assembly can push the cutting blade (5) to slide towards the midpoint of the rotating disc (4) during the rotation of the rotating disc (4);
be provided with locating component on reference column (3), locating component is including adjusting structure and a pair of slider (17), slider (17) can be followed the reference column and radially slided, and the symmetry set up in reference column (3) both sides, adjust the structure and can when reference column (3) are rotatory, order about slider (17) to the reference column (3) outside slides.

The chamfering machine for removing boiler tube welds according to claim 1, characterized in that the driving device (1) includes a driving motor (11) and a mounting housing, the driving motor (11) is fixedly disposed inside the mounting housing, the rotating disk (4) is rotatably disposed on the mounting housing, and an output shaft of the driving motor (11) is coaxially and fixedly connected with the rotating disk (4).

The chamfering machine for removing boiler pipe welds according to claim 1, characterized in that a pair of sliding grooves (6) are opened on the rotating disk (4), the sliding grooves (6) extend along the radial direction of the rotating disk (4), a sliding seat (7) is slidably arranged in the sliding grooves (6), and the upper end of the cutting blade (5) is fixedly connected with the sliding seat (7).

The chamfering machine for removing boiler pipe welds according to claim 3, characterized in that the feed assembly includes a drive ring (8) and a driving structure, the drive ring (8) is disposed coaxially with the rotating disk (4) and can slide along its own axis, the outer side wall of the cutting blade (5) is disposed obliquely to form an inclined surface (9), the inclined surface (9) is in sliding contact with the inner side of the drive ring (8), there is a magnetic attraction force between the drive ring (8) and the cutting blade (5), and the driving structure can drive the drive ring (8) to move along its own axis.

The chamfering machine for removing boiler pipe welds according to claim 5, characterized in that the driving structure further includes a driving chamber (12) and a pair of first counterweights (13) and a reset member, the driving chamber (12) is disposed in the rotating disk (4) and extends along the radial line of the rotating disk (4), two of the first counterweights (13) are symmetrically disposed in the driving chamber (12) and connected therebetween by an elastic member (14), the first counterweights (13) are in sliding sealing contact with the driving chamber (12), the middle portion of the driving chamber (12) is communicated with the outside, the telescopic rod includes a driving pipe (15) and a driving rod (16), the upper end of the driving pipe (15) is communicated with the outer end of the driving chamber (12), the driving rod (16) is in sealing insertion in the driving pipe (15), and the lower end is fixedly connected with the driving ring (8), the upper end of the inclined surface (9) is closer to the vertical distance of the positioning column (3).
7. The chamfering machine for removing boiler pipe welds according to claim 1, characterized in that a ball is embedded in the side of the slider (17) away from the positioning post (3).
