Background
Clinically, patients often need to open an airway, for example, trachea intubation is needed when breathing is weak or stops, and a simple respirator is needed to assist breathing before intubation so as to save the lives of the patients; in order to smoothly place the pipeline into the airway during trachea intubation; when a patient without an artificial airway sucks the sputum, the airway can be opened so that the sputum suction tube can smoothly enter the airway to achieve the purpose of sucking the sputum and purifying the air; when a patient with sudden cardiac arrest breathes artificially, the airway needs to be fully opened, at present, clinical intubation is completely carried out by depending on the cooperation of doctors and nurses, and at least 2-3 persons are needed to participate; at the present stage, a large number of people need to participate in clinical intubation, especially under the condition of medical tension; possibly causing that the operation cannot be performed in time, and after the intubation is finished, other hidden troubles caused by the head deflection of the patient need to be prevented subsequently; in order to solve the problems exposed during the use of the current airway management aid, there is a need to improve and optimize the structure of the airway management aid.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides an airway opening auxiliary device which has the characteristics of conveniently and quickly adjusting a chin rest and reducing the burden of medical staff.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: an air flue opening auxiliary device comprises a head support, wherein two ends of the head support are fixedly provided with a shell, a toothed bar is connected inside the shell in a sliding manner, an auxiliary shaft rod is arranged on one side of the toothed bar and is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the head support, a second driven gear is fixed on the outer wall of the auxiliary shaft rod, a first driven gear is arranged on one side of the second driven gear and is fixed on the outer wall of the auxiliary shaft rod, a main shaft rod is rotatably connected above the inside of the head support, a driving gear is fixed on the outer wall of the main shaft rod and is in meshed connection with the first driven gear, a ratchet wheel is arranged on one side of the driving gear and is fixed on the outer wall of the main shaft rod, a pawl is arranged on one side of the ratchet wheel and is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the head support, the top end of the toothed bar is connected with a connecting frame, and the top end of the connecting frame is connected with a chin support, a face mask is arranged above the head support.
According to the optimal technical scheme of the airway opening auxiliary device, two ends of the face mask are rotatably connected with telescopic bolts, one end, far away from the face mask, of each telescopic bolt is provided with a connecting block, one end of each connecting block is connected with a telescopic rod, and one end, far away from the connecting blocks, of each telescopic rod is connected with the chin rest.
In a preferred embodiment of the airway opening assistance device according to the present invention, the second driven gear and the rack are engaged with each other.
According to the preferable technical scheme of the airway opening auxiliary device, the front end of the shell is internally provided with the sliding groove, the middle part of the pawl is positioned in the sliding groove, the lower part of the sliding groove is fixedly provided with the extension frame, the top end of the extension frame is fixedly provided with the spring, and the top end of the spring is connected with the bottom end of the pawl.
As a preferred technical scheme of the airway opening auxiliary device, the toothed bar is in rotary connection with the connecting frame.
As a preferred technical solution of the airway opening assisting device of the present invention, a knob is fixed to an outer end of the main shaft rod.
As a preferable technical solution of the airway opening assisting device of the present invention, a sponge pad is mounted on a surface of the chin rest.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the lifting of the chin rest is realized under the matching of the gear and the rack by rotating the knob, which is beneficial to conveniently and rapidly adjusting the chin rest and solving the problem of other hidden dangers caused by the head deflection of a patient; the medical staff is not enough to cure the patient.

The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: the chin rest 15 at two ends supports the lower jaw of a patient, the main shaft rod 7 is driven to rotate by rotating the knob 16, when the main shaft rod 7 rotates, the driving gear 8 drives the first driven gear 6 to rotate, meanwhile, the first driven gear 6 drives the second driven gear 5 to rotate through the auxiliary shaft rod 4, the second driven gear 5 drives the chin rest 15 to lift through the toothed rod 3, the height of the chin rest 15 is adjusted according to the patient, then, the telescopic bolts 18 at two ends of the face mask 17 are shortened and then stretched and inserted into the connecting block 19, so that the face mask 17 is fixed, the situation that medical staff need to hold the face mask 17 with hands is avoided, the burden of the medical staff is increased, and the efficiency is improved.
