The ultra-low protein compound feed for fattening cattle according to claim 1, characterized in that raw materials thereof comprise the following components in parts by weight: 500 parts of corn, 120 parts of bean pulp, 180 parts of wheat bran, 75 parts of pomace, 45 parts of alternanthera philoxeroides, 25 parts of sweet potato vine, 3 parts of vanilla extract, 8 parts of baking soda and a plurality of parts of water.
3. The preparation method of the ultralow protein compound feed for fattening cattle according to claim 2, which is characterized by comprising the following specific steps:
the method comprises the following steps: sequentially adding corn, bean pulp, wheat bran, pomace, water peanuts, sweet potato vines and water into a stirring machine with a heating function;
step two: starting a stirring machine, heating, stirring and decocting for 1-1.5 hours at the temperature of 80-90 ℃;
step three: after the second step of stirring and decocting for 30-45 minutes, adding vanilla extract and baking soda, and then continuing heating and stirring;

(2) moisture content: < 14%;
