Technical Field

Background
In recent years, power supply enterprises have accelerated the construction of distribution automation in order to improve the quality level of power supply and utilization, improve the quality of service to power consumers and accelerate the development of distribution automation. The power distribution terminal is an important component of power distribution automation construction. The power distribution terminal collects real-time operation data of the power distribution network, detects and identifies faults, monitors the operation conditions of the switch equipment and realizes quick positioning and isolation of the faults of the power distribution network.
The automation and the intelligent degree of the distribution network are higher and higher, the updating period is faster and faster, and the following problems are brought to the operation and maintenance of the power distribution while the power supply stability of the distribution network is improved:
when the line is required in aspects such as intelligent upgrade, the problem of function incompatibility can occur in the distribution terminal which is put into operation on the line, and in addition, the distribution terminal can expose the software function defect which is difficult to find or can not be found during network access detection under the long-time operation.
Generally, the upgrading or the deletion of the functions of the power distribution terminal can be solved by upgrading the program of the power distribution terminal. However, no uniform provision is made for the program upgrading interface of the power distribution terminal on the basis of the power distribution terminal technical specification in the national network range at present. The method for upgrading the program of the power distribution terminal manufacturer is in the shape of a five-door tree, cables used for downloading the program are not uniform, and some manufacturers can upgrade the program even by special cables customized by the manufacturers. The development of power distribution operation and maintenance work is not facilitated. In addition, when a certain distribution network terminal in operation has a fault caused by a program design defect, the number of the affected distribution terminals and the affected range cannot be counted due to the lack of a uniform distribution terminal software version management platform, and great difficulty is brought to the defect elimination work. Meanwhile, a large number of power distribution terminals which are separated from the master station management exist in the distribution network, and if program upgrading and software management are carried out on the off-line power distribution terminals, the problem in operation and maintenance of the distribution network is also solved.
CN107453925A discloses a remote firmware upgrade method based on a multi-level communication platform and a cloud platform, the method includes: the primary platform detects whether the equipment to be upgraded belongs to the secondary platform, if so, the primary platform receives the setting of the upgrading parameters and transmits an upgrading program file to the equipment to be upgraded; if not, the primary platform receives the setting of the upgrading parameters and transmits the upgrading program file to the secondary platform equipment corresponding to the equipment to be upgraded; the secondary platform equipment analyzes the upgrading parameters, determines the terminal type, the terminal number and the upgrading mode of the equipment to be upgraded and transmits the upgrading program file to the equipment to be upgraded according to the terminal type, the terminal number and the upgrading mode; and the equipment to be upgraded carries out equipment self-check, checks whether the equipment meets the condition of program upgrading, and reads the program file for upgrading if the equipment meets the condition. The method for upgrading the firmware of the device from top to bottom step by step and the transverse firmware upgrading of the communication device at the same step are realized. And the primary platform is also in communication connection with the handheld intelligent equipment, and the primary platform is controlled by the handheld intelligent equipment. However, this method realizes upgrade unified management, but requires all devices to be networked to realize unified management and upgrade, and cannot realize offline terminal management.

Particularly, the problem that an offline power distribution terminal is difficult to upgrade is solved, and the problems of high program upgrading cost, low efficiency and insufficient coverage of the conventional power distribution terminal are finally solved.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme.
A power distribution terminal program upgrading and managing system is composed of a power distribution terminal program managing platform and handheld terminals, wherein the power distribution terminal program managing platform is in information interaction with the handheld terminals, and the handheld terminals are in information interaction with the power distribution terminals;
the power distribution terminal program management platform stores information and program files of all power distribution terminals on the power distribution network, stores information of the handheld terminal, and undertakes management work of issuing management and power distribution terminal program upgrading tasks and managing power distribution terminal upgrading reports;
the handheld terminal obtains an upgrading task issued by the power distribution terminal program management platform by the system, realizes the functions of program upgrading and upgrading result verification of the power distribution terminal, and can generate a power distribution terminal program upgrading operation report.
Preferably, the power distribution terminal program management platform is erected on a distribution network master station server, the power distribution terminal program management platform stores device IDs, GPS geographic information and software and hardware version number information of all commissioned power distribution terminals in a distribution network, stores all historical version program files of all commissioned power distribution terminals in the distribution network, and stores inventory information of the handheld terminals.
Preferably, the handheld terminal adopts a windows operating system platform of an ARM-architecture multi-core processor, and comprises external communication interfaces such as a wireless 4G, WIFI interface, a Beidou/GPS positioning interface, a USB3.0 interface and an RJ45 network interface, so that the requirement of power distribution terminal program upgrading on a transmission channel is met.
Preferably, the power distribution terminal program management platform pushes a power distribution terminal upgrading task work order and an upgrading program file to a designated handheld terminal through a WIFI hotspot.
Preferably, the upgrading program human-computer interaction system of the handheld terminal adopts a graphical operation interface and is responsible for human-computer interaction between an operator and the operated handheld terminal. An operator can obtain a power distribution terminal program upgrading task and a program file from an upper-level management system on the platform, inquire the version number of a running program of the power distribution terminal, push an upgrading program to the power distribution terminal, form a program upgrading report and upload the program upgrading report to the power distribution terminal program management platform.
Preferably, the handheld terminal is connected with the power distribution terminal through a network cable, and an IEC104 communication protocol conforming to national power grid enterprises is adopted to perform information interaction with the power distribution terminal.
A method for upgrading and managing a power distribution terminal program comprises the following steps:
step one, dispatching a list by a power distribution terminal program management platform: when a problem of a power distribution terminal program of a certain version is found, an operator can inquire the power distribution terminal running the power distribution terminal program of the version through a power distribution terminal program management platform, select one or more handheld terminals in a library to be used for field program upgrading according to actual needs, dispatch an operation and maintenance notification message to relevant operation and maintenance personnel by calling a dispatching system on a distribution network master station server, notify the operation and maintenance personnel to pick up the handheld terminal and download a program upgrading task and a program file to a distribution network master station dispatching center;
step two, downloading the program upgrading task and the program file by the handheld terminal: after the order dispatching operation is completed, the power distribution terminal program management platform opens the wireless WIFI service equipment and waits for the handheld terminal to access; after the operation and maintenance personnel hold the handheld terminal to access the hotspot, the power distribution terminal program management platform pushes a program upgrading task and a program file to the handheld terminal.
Thirdly, the handheld terminal uploads a program file to the power distribution terminal to finish program upgrading: after the identity of the power distribution terminal is determined, the program version of the power distribution terminal which is running at the moment is inquired, and the program version is recorded into a program upgrading report; after the situation that the fault is not found is determined, the handheld terminal automatically pushes an upgrading program to the power distribution terminal, the instruction of the upgrading program is completely based on the definition of standard IEC104 protocol on the upgrading of the power distribution terminal program, and the matching of different types of power distribution terminal products of different manufacturers meeting the standard can be ensured; after the power distribution terminal is upgraded successfully, the power distribution terminal is automatically restarted, the program version of the power distribution terminal is inquired again, and whether the program is changed into a designated program or not is verified;
step four, uploading an upgrade report and updating the version information of the power distribution terminal program: after the program upgrading task is completed by the personnel to be operated and maintained, the personnel to be operated and maintained access the WIFI hotspot of the power distribution terminal program management platform again by using the handheld terminal, an upgrading report is uploaded to the power distribution terminal program management platform, the power distribution terminal program management platform reads the upgrading report, an upgrading result is extracted, and the power distribution terminal program version information stored by the power distribution terminal program management platform is updated.
Preferably, before program upgrading, the handheld terminal calls and records the section data of the power distribution terminal in the current operation condition, after the program upgrading is finished, the section data of the program in the operation condition is called again and compared with the data before upgrading, and the power distribution terminal is verified to be still in a normal operation state after the program upgrading is carried out in an error range.
Preferably, after the program is successfully upgraded, the handheld terminal pushes the GPS geographic information of the power distribution terminal to be upgraded next, and the operation and maintenance personnel are guided to continuously complete the power distribution terminal upgrading task.
Further preferably, the handheld terminal and the power distribution terminal are connected with the power distribution terminal with the upgraded program through an RJ45 network cable; after the handheld terminal is in communication connection with the power distribution terminal through an IEC104 communication protocol, the equipment ID and program version number information of the power distribution terminal to be upgraded are inquired through a remote parameter inquiry command in the IEC104 protocol, the handheld terminal inquires whether the equipment ID of the power distribution terminal exists in an operation and maintenance list or not through inquiring the equipment ID of the power distribution terminal, whether GPS geographic information conforms to positioning information acquired by the handheld terminal through a GPS chip or not, whether the power distribution terminal is in an upgrade list or not is confirmed, and if the equipment ID of the power distribution terminal exists, an upgrade program file corresponding to the power distribution terminal is found.
Preferably, after the handheld terminal finishes calling and records the section data of the current operation condition of the power distribution terminal, the handheld terminal issues the program file to the power distribution terminal through a program upgrading command in the IEC104 protocol; and after the transmission is finished, transmitting a terminal restarting command in the IEC104 protocol, after the power distribution terminal is restarted, inquiring the program version number of the power distribution terminal to be upgraded through a remote parameter inquiry command in the IEC104 protocol again, and verifying the upgrading result.
According to the power distribution terminal program upgrading and managing system, the power distribution terminal program managing platform and the power distribution terminal are not directly interacted, the system structure is simple, the program upgrading of the power distribution terminal can be completed only by the aid of the handheld terminal loaded with the power distribution terminal program upgrading software module, the support of other systems and equipment is not needed, and the requirement on a network environment is also avoided. The method is particularly suitable for local program upgrading and offline version management of the offline power distribution terminal which is not in networking communication with the distribution network main station. The invention also has the following advantages:
1. the program version record can be inquired and traced back: the power distribution terminal program management platform uniformly controls the program version condition of the power distribution terminals of the whole distribution network, when the program defects of the power distribution terminals of a certain version are found, the distribution condition of the power distribution terminals to be upgraded can be quickly determined, and an accurate power distribution terminal upgrading operation and maintenance scheme is formulated.
2. Unifying program upgrading tools: the handheld terminal can realize the uniform program upgrade of different types of power distribution terminals of all manufacturers;
3. unification of upgrading interfaces of the power distribution terminals: local wired operation and maintenance based on a uniform RJ45 interface;
4. standardization of program upgrade protocol: based on the standard of 'power distribution automation system application DLT634.5104-2009 implementation rules', unified upgrade of power distribution terminals of different manufacturers and types is achieved.

As shown in fig. 1, a power distribution terminal program upgrading and management system is composed of a power distribution terminal program management platform and a handheld terminal, wherein the power distribution terminal program management platform is in information interaction with each handheld terminal, and the handheld terminal is in information interaction with the power distribution terminal; the power distribution terminal program management platform is a software program version management platform of a power distribution terminal of a distribution network in operation and is responsible for dispatching a power distribution terminal upgrading task and managing a software version. The handheld terminal is an intermediate node of a power distribution terminal program upgrading management system.
The power distribution terminal program management platform stores information and program files of all power distribution terminals on the power distribution network, stores information of the handheld terminal, and undertakes management work of issuing management and power distribution terminal program upgrading tasks and managing power distribution terminal upgrading reports;
the handheld terminal obtains an upgrading task issued by the power distribution terminal program management platform by the system, realizes the functions of program upgrading and upgrading result verification of the power distribution terminal, and can generate a power distribution terminal program upgrading operation report.

In the invention, the upgrading program man-machine interaction system of the handheld terminal adopts a graphical operation interface to be responsible for man-machine interaction between an operator and the operated handheld terminal. An operator can obtain a power distribution terminal program upgrading task and a program file from an upper-level management system on the platform, inquire the version number of a running program of the power distribution terminal, push an upgrading program to the power distribution terminal, form a program upgrading report and upload the program upgrading report to the power distribution terminal program management platform.
In the invention, the handheld terminal is connected with the power distribution terminal through a network cable, and an IEC104 communication protocol conforming to the national power grid enterprise standard is adopted to carry out information interaction with the power distribution terminal.
A method for upgrading and managing a power distribution terminal program comprises the following steps:
step one, dispatching a list by a power distribution terminal program management platform: when a problem of a power distribution terminal program of a certain version is found, or when a shipped power distribution terminal product of a certain manufacturer finds a software defect and needs to upgrade the program, a power distribution terminal program management platform starts a program updating management process, an operator can inquire a power distribution terminal running the version program through the power distribution terminal program management platform, select one or more handheld terminals in a library to be used for field program upgrading according to actual needs, dispatch an operation and maintenance notification message to relevant operation and maintenance personnel by calling a dispatching system on a distribution network master station server, notify the operation and maintenance personnel to get the handheld terminals and download a program upgrading task and a program file to a distribution network master station dispatching center;
the generation of the detailed list of the upgrading task is triggered by clicking a relevant button on a power distribution terminal program management platform by an operator, after the management platform receives a trigger instruction, according to a power distribution terminal to be upgraded selected on a platform interface by the operator, GPS geographic information of the selected power distribution terminal and equipment ID of the power distribution terminal are extracted from a background database of the platform, and file name information of an upgrading program file is adapted to generate a text document. The naming of the text document consists of 11 cell phone numbers of the operation and maintenance personnel assigned by the operator on the distribution terminal program management platform and 8 assignment dates (e.g., 20210101). After the detailed list file of the upgrading task is generated, the detailed list file is temporarily stored in a list dispatching task downloading directory of the platform and waits for operation and maintenance personnel to obtain the detailed list file.
Step two, downloading the program upgrading task and the program file by the handheld terminal: after the order dispatching operation is completed, the power distribution terminal program management platform opens the wireless WIFI service equipment and waits for the handheld terminal to access; after the operation and maintenance personnel hold the handheld terminal to access the hotspot, 11 mobile phone numbers of the user are filled in a login interface and confirmed, and the power distribution terminal program management platform pushes a corresponding program upgrading task and a corresponding program file to the handheld terminal.
The program upgrading task comprises information such as GPS geographic information of the power distribution terminal, equipment ID of the power distribution terminal, and a file name of the adaptive program file.
And after acquiring the upgrading file and the detailed list of the upgrading task by using the handheld terminal on the power distribution terminal program management platform, the operation and maintenance personnel reach the power distribution terminal site of the program to be upgraded according to the GPS geographic information of the power distribution terminal on the dispatch.
Thirdly, the handheld terminal uploads a program file to the power distribution terminal to finish program upgrading:
after the identity of the power distribution terminal is determined, the program version of the power distribution terminal which is running at the moment is inquired, and the program version is recorded into a program upgrading report; after the situation that the fault is not found is determined, the handheld terminal automatically pushes the upgrading program to the power distribution terminal, the instruction of the upgrading program is completely based on the definition of the standard IEC104 protocol on the upgrading of the terminal program, and the matching of different types of power distribution terminal products of different manufacturers meeting the standard can be ensured; and after the power distribution terminal is upgraded successfully, automatically restarting the power distribution terminal, inquiring the program version of the power distribution terminal again, and verifying whether the program is replaced by a specified program.
In the invention, the handheld terminal and the power distribution terminal are connected with the power distribution terminal with the upgraded program through the RJ45 network cable. After the handheld terminal is in communication connection with the power distribution terminal through the IEC104 communication protocol, information such as the equipment ID and the program version number of the power distribution terminal to be upgraded is inquired through a remote parameter inquiry command in the IEC104 protocol. The handheld terminal acquires geographic information through a GPS chip assembled by the handheld terminal. And inquiring records of the power distribution terminal to be operated and maintained in the upgrade list file by taking the equipment ID and the GPS geographic information of the power distribution terminal as two parameters, confirming whether the power distribution terminal is in the upgrade list or not when one record matched in the file is the same as the ID number of the inquiry condition and the latitude and longitude difference of the GPS geographic information is within 1 second, and finding the upgrade program file name corresponding to the power distribution terminal in the power distribution terminal list.
The handheld terminal calls and records section data of the current operating condition of the power distribution terminal, the content of the section data comprises four semaphores such as line voltage, current, storage battery voltage, ambient temperature and the like acquired from the power distribution terminal, and the section data are stored in a file in a 16-system floating point number mode.
After the section data acquisition is completed, the handheld terminal issues a corresponding upgrading program file to the power distribution terminal through a program upgrading command in the IEC104 protocol. And after the distribution is finished, a power distribution terminal restarting command in the IEC104 protocol is issued, after the power distribution terminal is restarted, the program version number of the power distribution terminal to be upgraded is inquired through a remote parameter inquiry command in the IEC104 protocol again, and the upgrading result is verified. After the program is upgraded successfully, calling section data of the running working condition of the program again, wherein the section data comprises line voltage, current, storage battery voltage and environment temperature, and calculating the relative error of each semaphore in a one-to-one correspondence manner with the data of the line voltage, the current, the storage battery voltage and the environment temperature collected before upgrading, wherein the relative error calculation formula is shown as formula 1, and if the absolute errors obtained by calculating the four signals are all less than 10%, the power distribution terminal is determined to be still in a normal running state after the program upgrading. And after the program is successfully upgraded, recording an upgrading result to a power distribution terminal upgrading report, pushing GPS geographic information of a power distribution terminal needing upgrading from the next station, and guiding operation and maintenance personnel to continuously finish the power distribution terminal upgrading task.
Wherein, δ represents a relative error, and before and after L represent signal values collected before and after upgrading of the device upgrading program, respectively.
After all assigned power distribution terminal program upgrading tasks are completed, the handheld terminal instructs operation and maintenance personnel to upload an operation and maintenance report to the power distribution terminal program management platform.
Step four, uploading an upgrade report and updating the version information of the power distribution terminal program: after the program upgrading task is completed by the personnel to be operated and maintained, the personnel to be operated and maintained access the WIFI hotspot of the power distribution terminal program management platform again by using the handheld terminal, an upgrading report is uploaded to the power distribution terminal program management platform, the power distribution terminal program management platform reads the upgrading report, an upgrading result is extracted, and the power distribution terminal program version information stored by the power distribution terminal program management platform is updated.
