A tray turning device as shown in figures 1-2 is used for turning a heat treatment tray and mainly comprises a turning support bracket 1 and a tray support frame 2. Wherein, the tray supporting frame 2 is rotationally arranged on the overturning supporting bracket 1 through rotating shafts 21 arranged at two ends, and a bearing seat matched with the rotating shaft 21 is arranged on the overturning supporting bracket 1. The overturning support bracket 1 is provided with a driving device for driving the tray support frame 2 to overturn, the driving device comprises a driven sprocket 22 arranged on the rotating shaft 21 and a driving sprocket 11 arranged on the overturning support bracket 1, and the driving sprocket 11 and the driven sprocket 22 are in chain transmission. A plurality of guide wheels 5 are arranged on the guide wheel positioning plate 4 along the length direction of the guide wheels, and are of symmetrical structures from top to bottom, so that the supporting effect of the tray before and after overturning is the same. The guide wheels arranged on the guide wheel positioning plate 4 are used for supporting the tray and guiding the tray to move along the width direction of the tray supporting frame 2, so that the tray can be conveniently put into the tray supporting frame 2 and can be conveniently taken out after being turned. And a guide plate 6 is arranged between the upper guide wheel positioning plate and the lower guide wheel positioning plate 4 and is used for guiding and limiting the left end and the right end of the tray, so that the tray can be smoothly loaded or unloaded.
As shown in fig. 2, in the embodiment, the pitch circle diameter of the driving sprocket 11 is smaller than that of the driven sprocket 22, so as to achieve the purpose of searching with a small belt size, thereby saving more labor when the hand wheel 12 rotates and ensuring uniform rotation speed.

When the tray is turned in place, the spring pins are inserted into the pin holes to play a certain locking role, a worker is prompted to turn in place, the worker can screw the locking bolts 9 on the turning support bracket 1 at the moment, and the rotating shaft 21 is tightly jacked through the locking bolts 9 to limit rotation.
The turnover device of the embodiment is also matched with a tray carrying trolley for use, and a lock hook 8 for connecting the carrying trolley is further arranged on the turnover support bracket 1.
