A baseband grinding device of a flange conveyer belt is characterized by comprising a first grinding wheel and a second grinding wheel, wherein the first grinding wheel is used for transversely grinding a baseband, the second grinding wheel is used for longitudinally grinding the baseband, the first grinding wheel and the second grinding wheel are respectively connected with a first fixing frame and a second fixing frame above a rack, the first fixing frame is arranged at the feed end of the rack, the second fixing frame is arranged at the discharge end of the rack, a screw rod device is arranged on the first fixing frame and used for driving the first grinding wheel to reciprocate along the width direction of the baseband, a first hydraulic device is arranged on the first fixing frame and used for driving the first grinding wheel to move along the direction far away from or close to the baseband, a second hydraulic device is arranged on the second fixing frame and used for driving the second grinding wheel to move along the direction far away from or close to the baseband, and the rack is provided with a conveying device, and the conveying device is used for dragging the base belt to move along the length direction when the base belt is in contact with the second grinding wheel.
